EL CIRCUITO OSCILADOR INCLUYE UN CIRCUITO INVERSOR (31,41) ACOPLADO A TRAVES DE PRIMEROS Y SEGUNDOS TERMINALES DE UN CIRCUITO RESONANTE (14). EL CIRCUITO INVERSOR INCLUYE UNA ETAPA EXCITADORA EN CONTRAFASE QUE TIENE UN TRANSISTOR DE CANAL P (18) Y UN TRANSISTOR DE CANAL N (20). LOS ELECTRODOS DE DRENAJE COMUN DE CADA UNO ESTAN ACOPLADOS AL SEGUNDO TERMINAL DEL CIRCUITO RESONANTE. LOS ELECTRODOS FUENTE DE LOS TRANSISTORES DE CANAL N Y CANAL P ESTAN RESPECTIVAMENTE ACOPLADOS A LOS PRIMEROS Y SEGUNDOS TERMINALES DE TENSION DE ALIMENTACION. EL ELECTRODO DE PUERTA DEL PRIMER TRANSISTOR ESTA ACOPLADO AL PRIMER TERMINAL DEL CIRCUITO RESONANTE. EL CIRCUITO INVERSOR ADEMAS INCLUYE UN CIRCUITO (32,42) PARA VARIAR EL NIVEL DE TENSION APLICADO AL ELECTRODO DE PUERTA DEL SEGUNDO TRANSISTOR, EN RELACION A LA TENSION APLICADA AL ELECTRODO PUERTA DEL PRIMER TRANSISTOR, POR UNA TENSION PREDETERMINADA.
