Claims (1)

  1. 증폭기(FA)와 이 증폭기(FA)의 입출력단자간에 접속된 귀환리액턴스(FX) 및 상기 증폭기(FA)의 입출력단자간에 귀환저항으로서 접속된 전송게이크(TG)를 포함하여 이루어진 발진부(OS)와, 외부전압(Vb)이 인가되는 전원단자부, 적어도 발진부(OS)의 발진동작이 안정될 때까지 상기 외부전압(VB)을 제 1내부전압(VD1) 및 제2 내부전압(VD2)으로 변환시켜 제1 내부전압(VD1)을 전원전압으로서 증폭기(FA)에 공급함과 더불어 제2 내부전압(VD2)을 게이트제어전압으로서 전송게이트(TG)에 공급하는 전력제어수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 발진회로.
