Claims (1)
- 전원부와 이 전원부로부터의 출력을 입력으로하여 트랜지스터의 스위치동작에 의하여 출력측에 고주파출력을 발생하는 인버어터 장치와 이 인버터장치로부터의 출력의 일부를 정류하여 상기 트랜지스터의 베이스에 공급하는 구동회로와 IC에 의하여 구성되고 상기 인버터장치로부터의 출력이 이상 상태가 되었을 때, 상기 구동회로를 상기 인버어터장치에 대하여 차단하는 제어회로와 상기 구동회로로부터의 출력에 의하여 충전되고 상기 제어회로에 동작전압을 공급하는 전원을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 트랜지스터 인버터장치.※ 참고사항:최초 출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
