Claims (2)

  1. 전원부와 이 전원부에서의 출력을 입력으로 하고 트랜지스터의 스위칭 동작에 의하여 출력측에 고주파출력을 발생하는 인버어터 장치와 이 인버터 장치에서의 출력의 일부를 정류 평활하고, 트랜지스터의 베이스에 공급하는 구동회로와 인버어터 장치의 시동에 의하여 급전(給電)되는 시정수 회로와 이 시정수회로가 제1의 기준 전위에 달하는 사이 구동회로에서 트랜지스터에 공급되는 베이스 전류를 제한하는 베이스 전류 제어회로와 인버터 장치에서의 출력에 이상이 검출되었을 때 시정수회로에 흐르는 전류를 변화시켜 그 시정수회로가 제2의 기준전위에 달할때 마다 인버어터장치의 동작을 간헐적으로 정지시키는 이상시 정지회로 등으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 트랜지스터 인버터장치.
  2. 제1항에서, 베이스 전류 제어회로와 이상시 정지회로를 하나의 IC 소자에 의하여 구성된 것을 특징으로하는 트랜지스터 인버터 장치.
