Abstract

본 발명은 콤프레서를 정지시키는 일없이 보호동작을 행하도록 하는 동시에 반도체 소자의 파괴를 확실히 방지할 수 있도록 하는 냉동 사이를 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 듀티제어회로(15)는 듀티 설정기(17), 주기 카운터(18)클럭발진기(19)에서의 신호에 기초해, 미리 설정된 듀티로 PWM 제어 펄스신호를 베이스 드라이버(5)에 출력한다. 듀티제한회로(16)는, 인버터회로(4)에서 콘버터회로(2)로 흐르는 전류 I가 과전류 레벨에 도달한 것을 전류 검출회로(9)에서의 신호에 의해 검출하면, 제한신호로서의 리셋신호를 주기마다에 듀티제한회로(15)에 출력하고, PWM 제어신호의 듀티를 일정범위내로 제한한다. 이에 전류 I가 감소하기 때문에, 콤프레서(6) 및 콤프레서 모터(7)의 운전을 정지하고 않고도 인버터 회로(4)내의 트랜지스터의 파괴를 방지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예의 구성을 도시한 블럭도, 제2도는 제1도의 제어내용을 설명하기 위한 파형도, 제3도는 제1도의 제어에 의해 얻을 수 있는 콤프레서 모터의 특성을 도시한 특성도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 교류전원에서의 교류전력을 직류전력으로 변환하는 콘버터 회로와, 상기 콘버터 회로에서의 직류전력의 입력에 기초해 직류전력을 콤프레서 구동용의 직류 모터에 공급하는 인버터 회로와, 상기 인버터 회로에 대해서 PWM 제어를 행하는 것으로 그 출력을 제어하는 PWM 제어회로와, 상기 콘버터 회로와 상기 인버터 회로 사이를 흐르는 전류의 검출을 하는 전류검출회로를 구비하고, 상기 전류 검출회로의 검출치가 소정 레벨에 도달한 경우에, 상기 콘버터 회로 및 인버터 회로 내의 반도체 소자의 파괴를 방지하기 위한 소정의 보호동작을 하는 냉동사이클 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 PWM 제어회로는, 미리 설정된 듀티값이 되도록 소정의 펄스상승 지정시점에서 펄스 하강 지정시점 까지 사이의 PWM 제어펄스 신호를 출력하는 듀티제어회로와 상기 소정의 펄스상승 지정시점에서 펄스 하강 지정시점에 달하기 까지의 사이에 상기 전류 검출회로의 검출치가 상기 소정레벨에 달한때는, 상기 듀티제어 회로에 대해서 그 시점에서 펄스 하강 지정시점 까지의 PWM 제어펄스 신호의 출력을 정지시키는 듀티제한 회로를 구비하고, 상기 소정의 보호동작으로서 콤프레서 구동용 모터를 정지시키기지 않고, 상기 듀티 제한회로에 의해 제한된 출력 범위내로 운전을 계속시키는 동작을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동사이클 제어장치.
