Abstract

본 발명은 일련의 세탁행정시 모터구동부에 과전류가 흐를때 입력되는 전원을 차단하도록 하여 과전류로부터 모터구동부을 보호할 수 있도록 한 세탁기의 과전류보호장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 일련의 세탁시, 세착조를 구동시키는 모터의 컨버터부에 흐르는 전류 상태를 감지하는 전류감지부와, 상기 전류감지부에서 입력된 신호를 소정의 프로그램에 의하여 제어하고 제어된 신호를 출력하는 마이콤과, 상기 마이콤에서 제어된 출력신호에 따라 온, 오프 구동하면서 입력전원을 차단하는 전원제어부와, 상기 마이콤에서 출력되는 제어신호에 의하여 이상상태를 표시하는 표시부로 구성한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 입력되는 신호를 받아 소정의 프로그램에 의하여 제어하고 제어된 신호를 출력하는 마이콤(가)과, 상기 마이콤(가)의 제어신호에 의하여 소정의 구동신호를 출력하는 트랜지터동직접회로(나)와, 입력되는 전원이 브리지정류기(BD)로 직류화시키고 필터링하여 트랜지스터(TR1-TR2)에 공급되게 되는 컨버터(다)와, 상기 컨버터(다)에서 공급된 전압에 의하여 회전하는 모터(M)로 구성되는 세탁기에 있어서, 상기 마이콤(가)의 입력단에 상기 컨버터(다)의 트랜지스터(TR1-TR6)에 흐르는 전압을 감지하여 소정의 기준전류와 비교하여 비교된 전압신호를 출력하는 과전류감지부(라)와, 상기 과전류감지부(라)에서 감지된 신호에 따라 마이콤(가)에 의하여 온 오프 구동하면서 입력전원을 공급 및 차단하는 전원제어부(마)로 구성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 세탁기의 과전류보호장치.
