Claims (1)
- 전원부와 이 전원부에서 출력을 입력으로하여 트랜지스터의 스위치동작에 의하여 출력측에 고주파출력을 발생하는 인버어터 장치와 인버터장치의 시동후 소정시간 트랜지스터의 공급되는 베이스 전류를 제한하는 베이스 전류 제어회로와 인버어터장치에서의 출력에 이상 검출되었을 때 그 인버어터장치의 동작을 불능화시키는 이상시 정지회로와 인버어터장치의 출력에 응동하여 인버어터장치의 시동후 소정시간 이상시 정지회로의 동작을 정지시키는 시동시 제어회로 등으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 트랜지스터 인버터장치.※ 참고사항:최초 출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
