Claims (1)

  1. 발진기에 있어서, 제어된 전류를 공급하기 위한 제 1 전류원과, 부극성 상호 컨덕턴스를 제공하도록 동작되고, 그리고 반전입력, 비 반전입력, 제어입력 및 출력을 갖는 제 1 상호 컨덕턴스단을 구비하며, 상기 제어입력은 상기 제 1 전류원에 결합되며, 상기 제 1 상호 컨덕턴스단의 상기 출력에 결합되는 제 1 용량 수단과, 반전입력, 비반전입력, 제어입력 및 출력을 갖는 제 2 상호 컨덕턴스단을 구비하고, 상기 제어 입력은 상기 제 1 전류원에 결합되고, 상기 출력은 상기 제 1 상호 컨덕턴스간의 상기 반전입력에 결합되며, 상기 비반전 입력은 상기 제 1 상호 컨덕턴스단의 출력에 결합되고, 그리고 상기 반전 입력은 접지 전위에 결합되며, 상기 제 2 상호 컨덕턴스단의 상기 출력에 결합되는 제 2 용량 수단과, 상기 제 1 상호 컨덕턴스단의 출력에서 상기 비반전입력까지 귀환 신호를 제공하기 위한 귀환전류 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 집적 쟈이레이터 발진기.
