BIOCATALIZADORES INMOVILIZADOS INSOLUBLES EN AGUA EN FORMA DE PARTICULAS CONSTITUIDOS POR CELULAS VIVAS, PARTICULARMENTE LEVADURAS, DISPERSADAS EN UN AGENTE GELIFICANTE RETICULADO. UNA ENZIMA, PARTICULARMENTE LA AMILOGLUCOSIDASA, PUEDE ESTAR CO-INMOVLIZADA EN LAS PARTICULAS. ESTAS PARTICULAS SE PRERARAN SUSPENDIENDO LAS CELULAS VIVAS EN UNA DISOLUCION ACUOSA DE UN AGENTE GELIFICANTE, DISPERSANDO ESTA SUSPENSION EN UN LIQUIDO ORGANICO INMISCIBLE EN AGUA PARA FORMAR UNA SUSPENSION EN EL LIQUIDO DE LAS PARTICULAS ACUOSAS CONSTITUIDAS POR LAS CELULAS VIVAS Y EL AGENTE GELIFICANTE, GELIFICANDO EL GEL Y RETICULANDO EL AGENTE GELIFICANTE.
