Claims (17)

  1. 비누화도가 95몰% 이상이고, 평균 중합도가 1,000 이상인 폴리비닐 알콜 수용액, 효소함유 물질 및 활성탄 분말을 혼합하고, 혼합물을 목적하는 형태의 용기에 붓고, 이 혼합물을 탄수율이 50% 이상 되도록 탈수시켜 겔화 및 성형시키고 수득된 성형물을 물과 접촉시켜 침지 물질을 수득하고, 침지 물질을 건조시킴을 특징으로 하여,고정된 효소를 함유하는 단단한 다공성 물질을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 알콜 수용액의 농도가 5 내지 30W/W% 범위인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 효소 함유 물질이 효소제제이거나 효소를 생성하는 미생물 세포인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 효소 제제가 (a)효소, (b)효소 및 무기 또는 유기 담체의 혼합물, 또는 (c)효소 및 무기 또는 유기 담체의 복합 물질인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 효소 제제가 상기(b) 또는 (c)의 현탁액인 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 효소 제제가 (d)효소액, (e)효소액 및 무기 또는 유기 담체의 혼합물, 또는 (f)효소액 및 무기 또는 유기 담체의 복합물인 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 효소 제제가 상기 (e) 또는 (f)의 현탁액인 방법.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 효소를 생성하는 미생물 세포가 생세포, 건조세포체, 파괴세포체, (g) 이러한 세포체 및 무기 또는 유기 담체의 혼합물, 또는 (h)이러한 세포 및 무기 또는 유기 담체의 복합물질인 방법.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 효소 생성 세포가 생세포, 건조세포 또는 파괴 세포의 현탁액이거나 상기 (g) 또는 (h)의 현탁액인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,활성탄을 폴리비닐알콜 중량에 대해 8 내지 40중량% 범위로 사용하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 용기가 과립·봉·판 형태인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 자연건조 또는 공기 건조시켜 탈수시키는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 물에 침지시키거나 물을 분무하여 물과 접촉시키는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 효소 활성을 감소시키기 않는 온도 범위내의 조건하에서 물과 접촉시키는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 침지 물질이 봉 또는 판 형태인 경우 침지물질을 미세과립화시킬 수 있는 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 자연 건조 또는 공기 건조로써 건조시키는 방법.
