Abstract
SUBSTRATO DE VIDRIO REVESTIDO Y PROCEDIMIENTO PARA SU FABRICACION. LOS REVESTIMIENTOS PIROLITICOS DE OXIDO DE ESTAÑO FORMADOS SOBRE VIDRIO PRESENTAN NEBLINA EN LA INTERFASE VIDRIO/REVESTIMIENTO DEBIDA A LA MIGRACION DE IONES DE SODIO DESDE EL VIDRIO HASTA EL REVESTIMIENTO. LOS REVESTIMIENTOS DE OXIDO DE ESTAÑO TAMBIEN EXHIBEN IRIDISCENCIA EN CIERTOS ESPESORES. A FIN DE REDUCIR LA IRIDISCENCIA Y DE PROPORCIONAR UNA BARRERA CONTRA LA INCORPORACION DE SODIO EN LA CAPA DE OXIDO DE ESTAÑO, EL VIDRIO ES CUBIERTO PRIMERO CON UNA CAPA DE REVESTIMIENTO INTERIOR DE METAL OXIDADO QUE CONTIENE ALUMINIO CON UNA MENOR PROPORCION DE VANADIO. EL ESPESOR OPTICO DEL REVESTIMIENTO INTERIOR ES SELECCIONADO PARA LA REDUCCION DE LOS EFECTOS DE INTERFERENCIA E LA LUZ VISIBLE DEBIDOS AL REVESTIMIENTO EXTERIOR DE OXIDO DE ESTAÑO.
