LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA FABRICACION DE PIEZAS DE ALEACION DE ALUMINIO, QUE CONSERVAN UNA BUENA RESISTENCIA A LA FATIGA DESPUES DE SU UTILIZACION EN CALIENTE. ESTE PROCEDIMIENTO CONSISTE EN EMPLEAR UNA ALEACION QUE CONTIENE EN PESO: 11-26 % DE SILICIO, 2-5 % DE HIERRO, 0,5-5 % DE COBRE, 0,1-2 % DE MAGNESIO, 0,1-0,4 % DE CIRCONIO Y 0,5-1,5 % DE MANGANESO; SOMETER LA FUNDICION EN ESTADO FUNDIDO A UN MEDIO DE SOLIDIFICACION RAPIDO, COLOCARLA BAJO FORMA DE PIEZAS Y SOMETER ESTAS ULTIMAS EVENTUALMENTE A UN TRATAMIENTO TERMICO ENTRE 490 Y 520 (GRADOS) C, SEGUIDO DE UN TEMPLE AL AGUA Y DE UN REVENIDO ENTRE 170 Y 210 (GRADOS) C.
