Claims (7)
- 0.01내지 0.15%의 보론, 0.01 내지 .0.2%의 마그네슘, 나머지는 제조중에 함유되는 불순물과 연속 주조 금형용 재료인 통상의 처리합금을 포함하는 구리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리합금 이용방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0.01 내지 0.05%의 보론 성분과 0.05 내지 0.15%의 마그네슘 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리합금 이용방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 0 내지 0.05%의 실리콘과, 0 내지 0.5%의 니켈과 0 내지 0.3%의 철과 0 내지 0.3%의 티탄과, 0 내지 0.2%의 지르코늄 및 0 내지 0.04%의 인으로 구성된 그룹중에서 0.6%까지의 적어도 한 원소를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리합금 이용방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 0.02 내지 0.04%의 실리콘 및/또는 0.1 내지 0.5%의 니켈로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리합금 이용방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 강도를 증가시키도록 적어도 10%정도 냉간 변형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리합금 이용방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 열간 변형후 적어도 10%가 냉간변형되고 300 내지 550℃의 온도범위에서 적어도 15분간 어닐링되고 연달아서 적어도 10%의 냉간 성형체에 있게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리합금 이용방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 마지막 냉간 변형후 200 내지 450℃의 온도범위에서 새로이 어닐링되고 이에 따라 적당한 적어도 10%의 냉간 변형체가 생기는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리합금 이용방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
