Claims (10)

  1. 수지상 구조를 갖는 금속합금을 합금의 고화온도 이상 및 합금의 액화온도 이하의 온도로 가열한다음, 가열된 금속을 금속 합금의 수지상 구조의 적어도 일부가 파괴되어 액체-고체 금속합금 조성물을 형성하기에 충분한 정도의 전단작용을 받게 함을 특징으로 하는 액체-고체 금속 합금의 제조방밥.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 금속합금이 마그네슘 합금인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 마그네슘 합금이 AZ 91B인 방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전단작용을 압출기에 의해 제공하는 방법.
  5. 상기항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 액체-고체 금속 합금 조성물이 고체를 약 65중량%까지 함유하는 방법.
  6. 상기항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 사출성형 공정단계에서 금속합금의 일부가 형성되는 방법.
  7. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전단작용이 사출성형기에 의해 제공되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 성형기가 왕복 스크류 사출성형기인 방법.
  9. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 액체-고체 금속을 고압, 냉실 다이 주조기를 사용하여 성형시키는 방법.
  10. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 액체-고체 금속을 단조기를 사용하여 성형시키는 방법.
