Claims (10)
- 수지상 구조를 갖는 금속합금을 합금의 고화온도 이상 및 합금의 액화온도 이하의 온도로 가열한다음, 가열된 금속을 금속 합금의 수지상 구조의 적어도 일부가 파괴되어 액체-고체 금속합금 조성물을 형성하기에 충분한 정도의 전단작용을 받게 함을 특징으로 하는 액체-고체 금속 합금의 제조방밥.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속합금이 마그네슘 합금인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 마그네슘 합금이 AZ 91B인 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전단작용을 압출기에 의해 제공하는 방법.
- 상기항중의 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 액체-고체 금속 합금 조성물이 고체를 약 65중량%까지 함유하는 방법.
- 상기항중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 사출성형 공정단계에서 금속합금의 일부가 형성되는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전단작용이 사출성형기에 의해 제공되는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 성형기가 왕복 스크류 사출성형기인 방법.
