제1도는 열처리된후 7 MPa의 압력하에서 본 발명에 따른 A-S7G03 합금 주물의 현미경 사진이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 주조되어질 제품의 기본적인 포옴 금형이 고착제를 함유하지 않은 건사탕 (bath of dry sand)으로써 한정되어진 벽들로 구성되고 포옴을 제거시키며 서서히 응고되는 용융금속으로 채워지는 주형안에 담겨져, 주형안에 용융금속이 채워지기 바로 직전에 주형과 용융금속에 동시에 점차로 상승되어지는 평형개스가 가해지며, 이때의 가해지는 평형개스의 압력이 1.5-10 MPa 사이의 값까지 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제품, 특히 알루미늄 및 알루미늄 합금 제품의 가압 로스트-포옴 주조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가해진 압력이 5-10MPa사이의 값까지 상승하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 응고화된 금속의 양이 최대한 중량으로 40%가 될때 압력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 최대 압력값이 응고화된 금속이 양이 중량으로 90%가 되기 이전에 얻어지게 된것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
