Claims (5)

  1. 유기물질로된 거품으로 만들어진 패턴을 바인더를 포함하지 않은 건조사로된 탕으로 구성된 모울드 내에 함침시켜서 금속물, 특히 알루미늄 및 그 합금을 주조하기 위한 로스트 포옴 주조법에 있어서, 모울드를 용융 금속으로 채운후 및 금속의 응고부분이 40wt%를 넘기 전에 등압가스 압축을 모울드에 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로스트 포옴 주조법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 응고가 시작되기 전에 가스압축을 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 로스트 포옴 주조법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 압력이 0.5-1.5MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는 로스트 포옴 주조법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 압축은 15초 내에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 로스트 포옴 주조법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 압력은 선택된 값으로 점차적으로 증가시키면서 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 로스트 포옴 주조법.
