Claims (5)
- 매화물질의 필름으로 씌워진 유기물질의 포옴에 의해 형성된 캐스트될 제품의 패턴을 사용하고, 바인더 없는 건조한 모래에 의해 형성된 모울드에 상기 패턴을 담그며, 상기 패턴을 굽기 위해 용융상태의 금속으로 모울드를 채우고, 패턴에 의해 방출된 증기와 액체 잔유물을 배출시키며, 상기 제품을 얻기 위해 용융금속이 응고되게 하고, 금속의 응고된 부분이 40중량%를 초과하기 전에 최대범위 0.5와 1.5MPa 사이의 값을 가진 균일한 압력을 모울드에다 적용시키는 단계로 된 입력하에서의 금속재의 로스트 포옴 캐스팅 방법에 있어서, 상기 압력은 모래 가루의 크기와 패턴의 침투 깊이의 함수로 모래에 통한 차지의 손실에 의해 경계영역에 있는 모래에 대한 용융금속의 초가 압력이 급속하게 그리고 순간적으로 발생하도록 상승되고, 상기 초과 압력은 두 제한점 사이에 있는 상기 압력이 증가되면 감소되는 값에 도달되며, 그리고 응고가 완전하게 될 때까지 상기 압력이 일정하게 유지되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속제의 로스트 포옴 캐스팅 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력의 상승률이 0.003과 0.3 MPa/sec사이이고 그리고 제품이 두꺼우며 두꺼울수록 상기 상승률이 낮아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초과 압력이 0.001과 0.030MPa 사이의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 초과 압력이 0.002과 0.010MPa 사이의 값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 최대 초과 압력이 2초이내에 도달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
