Claims (4)
- 주조될 제품의 유기포옴의 모형이 벽면들이 점결제를 포함하지 않은 건주물사의 바스(bath)로 형성되는 주형속에 잠기며, 상기 주형은 포옴을 태움으로써 점진적으로 포옴을 대처해 나가는 액체상태의 금속으로 충전되고, 이후 바람직하기로는 금속의 응고가 시작되기 전에 주형과 금속에 0.5내지 10MPa 사이의 일정값에 도달할때까지 시간이 흐름에 따라 증가하는 준 등압의 가스압력이 가해지며, 상승시작의 최초 5초 이내에 최대압력이 얻어지는 주물사에 대한 이러한 용해 금속에서의 효과압력이 압력상승상태에서 발생되어지는 제어된 압력하에서의 금속물품, 특히 알루미늄 및 그 합금의 로스트-포옴 주조방법에 있어서, 상기 압력이 최초에는 압력의 상승시작으로부터 길어야 5초의 제1기간 동안에 0.003내지 0.3MPa/sec사이의 상승률로 증가되고, 이후 최대 압력이 얻어질 때까지 제2기간 동안에 제1기간 동안의 상승률 보다 높은 상승률로 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어된 압력하에서의 금속물품, 특히 알루미늄 및 그 합금의 로스트-포옴 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1기간이 길어야 2초인 것을 특징으로 하는 제어된 압력하에서의 금속물품, 특히 알루미늄 및 그 합금의 로스트-포옴 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 압력 상승률이 제1, 제2기간동안에 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 제어된 압력하에서의 금속물품, 특히 알루미늄 및 그 합금의 로스트-포옴 주조방법.
