Abstract

E descritto un materiale in lega di alluminio per tissofusione. In una termografia di analisi termica differenziale per questo materiale in lega di alluminio per tissofusione è stabilita la correlazione E1? E2 tra un valore di picco E1 di una prima sezione endotermica di angolo generata dalla fusione di un eutettico ed un valore di picco E2 di una seconda sezione endotermica di angolo generata dalla fusione di un segmento avente un punto di fusione superiore al punto eutettico. Quindi una fase liquida prodotta dalla fusione dell'eutettico ha un grande calore latente perchè il valore di picco E1 della prima sezione endotermica di angolo è superiore al valore di picco E2 della seconda sezione endotermica di angolo in un materiale in lega di alluminio eutettico semifuso derivato dal materiale in lega di alluminio per tissofusione. Come risultato in una fase di solidificazione del procedimento per tissofusione una fase liquida prodotta dalla fusione di un eutettico è alimentata a sufficienza attorno ad una fase solida in risposta alla solidificazione ed al ritiro della fase solida e quindi solidificata. Perciò è possibile produrre una fusione priva di difetti come vuoti di ordine dal micron.
