Claims (15)
1. Способ литья под давлением, включающий стадии нагревание сплава с целью создания полутвердой пульпы с содержанием твердого материала от примерно 60 до примерно 85%; впрессовывание пульпы в пресс-форму в условиях турбулентного течения со скоростью достаточной для существенного заполнения пресс-формы; и уплотнение пульпы после впрессовывания пульпы в пресс-форму, где в процессе уплотнения пульпа находится в полутвердом состоянии.
2. Способ литья под давлением по п.1, в котором пульпа на стадии впрессовывания заполняет пресс-форму за время от примерно 25 до примерно 100 мс.
3. Способ литья под давлением по п.1, в котором пульпа на стадии впрессовывания заполняет пресс-форму за время от примерно 25 до примерно 50 мс.
4. Способ литья под давлением по п.1, в котором пульпа на стадии впрессовывания заполняет пресс-форму за время от примерно 25 до примерно 30 мс.
5. Способ литья под давлением по любому из пп.1-4, в котором сплавом являются стружки сплава на основе магния.
6. Способ литья под давлением по п.5, в котором сплавом являются стружки магний-алюминий-цинкового сплава.
7 Способ литья под давлением по любому из пп.1-4, в котором сплавом являются стружки сплава на основе алюминия.
8. Способ литья под давлением по любому из пп.1-4, в котором сплавом являются стружки сплава на основе цинка.
9. Способ литья под давлением по любому из пп.1-4, в котором скорость определяется впускной скоростью в пределах от примерно 50 до примерно 60 м/с.
10. Способ литья под давлением по любому из пп.1-4, в котором скорость определяется впускной скоростью в пределах от примерно 40 до примерно 50 м/с.
11. Способ литья под давлением по любому из пп.1-4, в котором содержание твердого материала находится в пределах от примерно 60 до примерно 75%.
12. Способ литья под давлением по любому из пп.1-4, в котором содержание твердого материала находится в пределах от примерно 75 до примерно 85%.
13. Отлитое под давлением изделие, образованное в соответствии со способом по любому из пп.1-12.
14. Отлитое под давлением изделие по п.13, в котором сплавом являются стружки на основе магния.
15. Отлитое под давлением изделие по п.13, в котором микроструктура изделия преимущественно состоит из глобулярных частиц первоначально твердого материала, взаимосвязанного с затвердевшим эвтектическим материалом, и в котором микроструктура на содержит дендритной фазы.
