Description

Vakuumgedämmter Stapelbehälter für den
temperaturgeführten Transport von Nahrungsmitteln
Die Erfindung betrifft einen vakuumgedämmten Stapelbehälter für den temperaturgeführten (z. B. gekühlten) Transport von Nahrungsmitteln gemäß dem unabhängigen Anspruch. Stapelbehälter dieser Art sind aus der Praxis vielfach bekannt und werden zum Beispiel bei der Handhabung von Brot in Bäckereien in Form von Kunststoffboxen zum Transport, aber auch zur Lagerung verwendet. Diese Kunststoff boxen sind im befüllten und im ungefüllten Zustand stapelbar.
Derartige Kunststoffboxen umfassen eine Behälterwandung, die an vier Seiten umlaufend einen Behälterboden umschließt, wodurch ein einseitig nach oben geöffneter Behälterraum entsteht, der mit Brot oder Ähnlichem gefüllt werden kann.
Dabei sind der offene Rand der Behälterwandung sowie der Boden jeweils mit einer umlaufenden Kante ausgebildet, die ineinander greifen können. So kann die Kante am Behälterboden einer obenliegenden Kunststoffbox an der Kante an der Behälterwandung einer darunterliegenden Kunststoffbox anliegen, um die gestapelten Kunststoffboxen gegen ein Verrutschen zu sichern.
Das Problem derartiger Kunststoffboxen ist, dass die Anwendung aufgrund mangelnder isolierender Eigenschaften eingeschränkt ist. Insbesondere weil immer häufiger bei sogenannten Filialbäckereien das Ladegut temperiert angeliefert wird, sind herkömmliche Kunststoffboxen ohne Isolierung bei einem Transport mit Lieferfahrzeugen ohne Kühlaggregat nicht einsetzbar. Selbst bei Fahrzeugen mit integrierter Kühlung besteht während der Umlagerung in die Filiale ein deutlich erhöhter Temperatureinfluss. Hierbei besteht die Gefahr, dass das darin gelagerte oder transportierte Lebensmittel eine zu große Temperaturschwankung erfährt und hierdurch nicht mehr verwendbar ist bzw. verdirbt.

Nahrungsmitteltransport ergibt sich genauso auch beim Transport von Fleischwaren. Hier besteht die Gefahr einer unzureichenden Kühlung schon bei der Handhabung innerhalb der Metzgerei. Diese Problematik lässt sich auf viele weitere Bereiche der Handhabung von Lebensmitteln übertragen.
Ein thermisch isolierender Stapelbehälter ist in der DE 20 2016 001 097 U1 gezeigt. Prinzipiell kann der darin beschriebene Transportbehälter für temperatursensitive Lebensmittel (z. B. Brot, Fleischwaren, Fisch etc.) verwendet werden. Der Transportbehälter umfasst ein Unterteil aus einem Innenbehälter und einem Außenbehälter, zwischen denen ein Isoliermaterial angeordnet ist. Auf dem Unterteil ist ein verschließbarer Deckel angeordnet, dessen Oberseite im geschlossenen Zustand komplementär zur Unterseite des Transportbehälters ausgebildet ist, um ein Stapeln zu ermöglichen. Im Unterschied zu den oben beschriebenen Kunststoffboxen ist der Transportbehälter mit einem Deckel versehen, so dass beim Stapeln die Unterseite des oberen Behälters auf den geschlossenen Deckel gelegt wird. So ergibt sich in der vertikalen Richtung im Prinzip eine redundante Dämmung, die für die normale Anwendung beim Nahrungsmitteltransport nicht benötigt wird. Es ist die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung einen Stapelbehälter bereitzustellen, der die Nachteile im Stand der Technik überwindet und der insbesondere einfach aufgebaut ist und sich zum Transport praktisch handhaben lässt.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Stapelbehälter für den temperaturgeführten Transport von Nahrungsmitteln gemäß dem unabhängigen Anspruch gelöst.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen bilden den Gegenstand der jeweiligen Unteransprüche.
Die Erfindung umfasst (vakuumgedämmte) Stapelbehälter für den temperaturgeführten Transport von Nahrungsmitteln. Der Stapelbehälter hat einen Außenbehälter mit einem Außenbehälterboden und einer Außenbehälterwandung, die derart miteinander verbunden sind, um einen einseitig geöffneten Aufnahmeraum zu bilden. Der Stapelbehälter hat ferner einen Innenbehälter mit einem
Innenbehälterboden und einer Innenbehälterwandung, die derart miteinander verbunden sind, um einen einseitig geöffneten Behälterraum zu bilden. Die
Innenbehälterwandung hat einen oberen Randabschnitt und der Außenbehälterboden einen unteren Randabschnitt, die derart komplementär ausgebildet sind, um bei übereinandergestapelten Stapelbehältern jeweils ineinander zu greifen. Zwischen der Innenbehälterwandung und der Außenbehälterwandung und zwischen dem Innenbehälterboden und dem Außenbehälterboden ist ein Vakuumisolationselement angeordnet. Aufgrund der Ausgestaltung des oberen Randabschnitts kann der untere Randabschnitt des darüber liegenden
Stapelbehälters sicher eingreifen, so dass eine Vielzahl von Stapelbehältern sicher übereinander gestapelt werden können. Aufgrund der Anordnung des Vakuumisolationselements zwischen dem Innenbehälterboden und dem
Außenbehälterboden wird ein isolierter Deckel bei gestapelten Stapelbehältern bereitgestellt, indem der Boden des oberen Behälters den Behälterraum des unteren Behälters abschließt. Bevorzugt handelt es sich bei dem Vakuumisolationselement um ein Vakuumisolationspaneel (VIP), das zum Beispiel in der EP 2 700 891 A2 oder der DE 20 2014 004 515 U1 beschrieben wird. Auf diese Art und Weise lässt sich ein Stapelbehältersystem aus mindestens zwei Stapelbehältern, die übereinander gestapelt angeordnet sind, bereitstellen, wobei der Außenboden eines oberen Stapelbehälters die Oberseite des Behälterraums des unteren Stapelbehälters abschließt. So ergeben sich hochisolierte, stapelbare Kompartments, die ein thermisches System mit guten thermischen Leitwerten kleiner 0,5 W/K ergeben. Dies entspricht einem Wärmedurchgangskoeffizient (U-Wert) von ca. 0,61 W/(m2 K) (inkl. aller Wärmebrücken, inkl. Deckelfläche und basierend auf der Außenfläche). In der Regel ist die erzielte Temperaturhaltedauer durch die sehr gute Isolation durch Vakuumisolationselemente ausreichend, um Transportzeiten von ca. 6 Stunden zu erreichen. Um erweiterte Transportzeit z. B. bis 24 Stunden zu erreichen, können Phasenwechselmaterialien (PCM) eingebracht werden, die die Temperaturhaltedauer entsprechend verlängern. Um eine mechanische Belastung des Gutes zu verhindern, werden die (PCM)-Akkus (Seiten und/oder Deckel) durch eine Halterung im Inliner fixiert und am Umfallen gehindert. Als Abschluss eines Stapels von Boxen oder falls einzelne Boxen ausgeliefert werden bzw. nach der Zustellung eine längere Wartezeit haben, kann ein zusätzlicher Deckel angeordnet werden, der ein Vakuumisolationselement umfasst.
Gemäß einem vorteilhaften Aspekt umfassen die Innenbehälterwandung am oberen Randabschnitt und der Außenbehälterboden am unteren Randabschnitt jeweils einen L-förmigen Anschlag. Die L-förmige Ausgestaltung ermöglicht es auf einfache Art und Weise den oberen Randabschnitt und den unteren Randabschnitt komplementär auszubilden, so dass diese rutschsicher arretiert sind.
Vorteilhafterweise hat der L-förmige Anschlag am oberen Randabschnitt und am unteren Randabschnitt jeweils einen ersten Profilabschnitt und einen (im rechten Winkel dazu angeordneten) zweiten Profilabschnitt mit jeweils einer Mindestlänge von 0,5 cm. Besonders bevorzugt umfasst die Innenbehälterwandung einen vollständig an einem oberen Randabschnitt umlaufenden Fortsatz mit einer Größe und Form, so dass der Fortsatz im eingelegten Zustand die Außenbehälterwandung zumindest abschnittsweise überdeckt. Vorteilhafterweise ist der Fortsatz des Innenbehälters mit der
Außenbehälterwandung umlaufend fest verbunden.
Um die feste Verbindung zu erreichen, ist der Fortsatz des Innenbehälters und der Außenbehälterwandung bevorzugt aus einem thermisch fügbaren Kunststoffmaterial. Der Kunststoff kann z. B. Polyurethan, Polypropylen oder Polyethylen umfassen. Der Fortsatz des Innenbehälters ist dabei mit der Außenbehälterwandung verschweißt.
Gemäß einer Alternative ist der Fortsatz des Innenbehälters mit der
Außenbehälterwandung verklebt. Gemäß der Alternative können sowohl thermisch fügbare, als auch nicht fügbarere Stoffe durch eine Verklebung verbunden werden. Es ist ferner bevorzugt, dass die Innenwandung vom Innenboden ausgehend senkrecht auslaufend oder konisch auseinanderlaufend angeordnet ist.
Insbesondere, wenn das Vakuumisolationselement ein einstückiges
Vakuumisolationspaneel ist, das entsprechend dem Verlauf des
Innenbehälterbodens bzw. des Außenbehälterbodens gefaltet wird, ist es für die Montage von Vorteil, wenn der Abstand zwischen Innenbehälterboden und Außenbehälterboden größer ist während der Abstand zwischen
Innenbehälterwandung und Außenbehälterwandung geringer ist.
Gemäß einem weiteren vorteilhaften Aspekt ist die Größe der
Innenbehälterbodenfläche mindestens 70 % der Größe der Außenbehälterbodenfläche. Aufgrund der hervorragenden isolierenden
Eigenschaften von Vakuumisolationspaneelen ist es möglich, den Raum zwischen der Innenbehälterbodenfläche und der Außenbehälterbodenfläche klein zu halten, so dass eine im Vergleich zur Außenbehälterbodenfläche ähnlich große
Innenbehälterbodenfläche bereitgestellt wird. Besonders bevorzugt ist, dass das Vakuumisolationselement ein einziges
(einstückiges) Vakuumisolationspaneel ist. Das Vakuumisolationspaneel umfasst mindestens eine Faltkante. Vorteilhafterweise hat der Außenbehälterboden eine Größe und Form, um den oberen Randabschnitt eines darunter liegenden Stapelbehälters vollständig umlaufend abzuschließen. Ein vorteilhaftes Beispiel sieht vor, dass der Abschluss zwischen den Behältern derart gestaltet ist, dass Konvektion unterbunden wird. Eine mögliche Ausgestaltung dieses Aspekts sieht vor, dass der Außenbehälterboden einen ausreichenden Höhenversatz in der Bodenkonstruktion besitzt, um im gestapelten Zustand zweier Stapelbehälter, in den untenliegenden oberen Randabschnitt derart tief einzugreifen, dass der thermische Weg der Wärme genügend verlängert sowie Konvektion reduziert wird.
Im Folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand der in den beigefügten Zeichnungen dargestellten Beispiele näher erläutert.

Innenbehälters eines Ausführungsbeispiels des erfindungsgemäßen Stapelbehälters für den temperaturgeführten Transport von Nahrungsmitteln;

Stapelbehälter, wie es zwischen dem Außenbehälter und dem Innenbehälter aus Fig. 1 angeordnet werden kann. In Fig. 1 ist eine Detailansicht des Außenbehälters 3 und des Innenbehälters 2 eines Ausführungsbeispiels des erfindungsgemäßen Stapelbehälters 1 gezeigt.
Der Außenbehälter 3 umfasst einen Außenbehälterboden 31 und eine sich von diesem nach oben erstreckende Außenbehälterwandung 32. Die
Außenbehälterwandung 32 und der Außenbehälterboden 31 sind aus einem Stück gebildet bzw. in einem Herstellungsschritt aus einem Kunststoffmaterial geformt. Der so geformte Außenbehälter 3 hat einen einseitig nach oben geöffneten Aufnahmeraum 33, in den der Innenbehälter 2 fast vollständig eingeschoben werden kann, so dass zwischen der Innenseite des Außenbehälters 3 und der Außenseite des Innenbehälters 2 ein vollständig geschlossener Aufnahmeraum für ein Vakuumisolationselement ausgebildet ist.
Der Innenbehälter 2 hat einen Innenbehälterboden 21 und eine
Innenbehälterwandung 22, die einstückig aus einem einzigen Material gebildet miteinander verbunden sind. So wird ein einseitig offener Behälterraum 23 gebildet, der zur Aufnahme von für den temperaturgeführten Transport vorgesehenen Nahrungsmitteln geeignet ist.
Um das Stapeln auf eine sichere und stabile Art zu gewährleisten, hat die Innenbehälterwandung 22 oben einen Randabschnitt 221 mit einem vollständig umlaufenden L-förmigen Anschlag.
Der Außenbehälterboden 31 hat einen unteren Randabschnitt (in dieser Perspektive nicht zu sehen; vgl. Fig. 2), der derart komplementär ausgebildet ist, um bei übereinandergestapelten Stapelbehältern 1 an dem L-förmigen Anschlag am oberen Randabschnitt 221 an der Innenbehälterwandung 22 des darunterliegenden Stapelbehälters 1 anzuliegen. Der vollständig zusammengesetzte Stapelbehälter für den temperaturgeführten Transport von Nahrungsmitteln ist in Fig. 2 in einer seitlichen Schnittansicht gezeigt.
In der Schnittansicht des Stapelbehälters 1 ist der Außenbehälter 3 mit einem Außenbehälterboden 31 und einer Außenbehälterwandung 32, die unmittelbar miteinander verbunden sind, zu sehen. Im nach oben geöffneten Aufnahmeraum 33 ist der Innenbehälter 2 angeordnet.
Der Innenbehälter 2 hat einen Innenbehälterboden 21 und eine Innenbehälterwandung 22, die ebenso unmittelbar verbunden sind.
Aus der Schnittansicht geht der umlaufende obere Randabschnitt 221 mit dem L- förmigen Absatz und der am unteren Randabschnitt 31 1 angeordnete untere L- förmige Absatz hervor. Die beiden L-förmigen Absätze sind derart komplementär ausgebildet, dass im gestapelten Zustand zweier Stapelbehälter 1 diese ineinander liegen, um die Stapelbehälter 1 gegen ein Verrutschen zu sichern. Der gezeigte L- förmige Anschlag am unteren Randabschnitt 31 1 hat einen ersten Profilabschnitt 31 1 1 mit einer Länge von 1 ,9 cm und einen zweiten Profilabschnitt 31 12 mit einer
Länge von 0,8 cm.
Im oberen Bereich weist die Innenbehälterwandung 22 einen vollständig am oberen Randabschnitt 221 umlaufenden Fortsatz 222 auf. Der Fortsatz 222 hat eine Größe und Form, die ausreicht, um die Außenbehälterwandung 32 von oben vollständig abzudecken. Die Abdeckung kann prinzipiell auch nicht vollständig ausgeführt werden. Diese Variante ergibt ggf. Nachteile bezüglich der mechanischen Stabilität oder der Wärmebrücken.
Die Innenwandung 22 ist vom Innenboden 21 ausgehend konisch auseinanderlaufend, also hin zur Außenbehälterwandung 32 laufend, angeordnet. Der Grad der Konizität kann abhängig von der Produktionstechnologie und der Anwendung variieren. In der Regel ist ein Minimum von ca. 1 ° als angebracht anzusehen. Das dargestellte Vakuumisolationselement 5 ist ein einstückiges
Vakuumisolationspaneel.
Fig. 3 ist eine perspektivische Detailansicht einer Ecke eines Innenbehälters des Stapelbehälters aus Fig. 2. Die Innenbehälterwandung 22 hat einen oberen Randabschnitt 221 mit einem L- förmigen Anschlag sowie sich einen daran anschließenden umlaufenden Fortsatz 222. Die Breite des Fortsatzes 222 entspricht der Stärke der
Außenbehälterwandung. Der gezeigte L-förmige Anschlag am oberen Randabschnitt 221 hat jeweils einen ersten Profilabschnitt 221 1 mit einer Länge von 1 ,3 cm und einen zweiten Profilabschnitt 2212 mit einer Länge von 0,8 cm.
In Fig. 4a ist ein Stapel aus zwei Stapelbehältern gezeigt. Beim oberen Stapelbehälter 1 ist der Außenbehälterboden (nicht dargestellt) derart ausgebildet um im oberen Randabschnitt des unteren Stapelbehälters anzuliegen. In Fig. 4b ist der Stapel mit einem isolierten Deckel 6 dargestellt, wobei der Deckel 6 an der Oberseite ein Profil umfasst, welches komplementär zur Unterseite des Außenbehälters ausgebildet ist.
Das in Fig. 5 gezeigte Vakuumisolationspaneel 5 hat vier Faltkanten 51 , die im eingebauten Zustand jeweils entlang des Außenumfangs des Außenbehälterbodens angeordnet sind. Die Kontur der Flügel 52 ist derart geschaffen, dass sie sich an den Außen- und Innenbehälter (z. B. Konizität) anpasst. Bei zu vernachlässigender Geometrie (z. B. Konizität) vereinfacht sich die Kontur entsprechend.

Claims

Ansprüche
1 . Stapelbehälter (1 ) für den temperaturgeführten Transport von Nahrungsmitteln umfassend einen Außenbehälter (3) mit einem Außenbehälterboden (31 ) und einer Außenbehälterwandung (32), die derart miteinander verbunden sind, um einen einseitig geöffneten Aufnahmeraum (33) zu bilden, und wobei der Stapelbehälter (1 ) ferner einen Innenbehälter (2) mit einem Innenbehälterboden (21 ) und einer Innenbehälterwandung (22) umfasst, die derart miteinander verbunden sind, um einen einseitig geöffneten Behälterraum (23) zu bilden, wobei die Innenbehälterwandung (22) einen oberen Randabschnitt (221 ) und der Außenbehälterboden (31 ) einen unteren Randabschnitt (31 1 ) umfasst, die derart komplementär ausgebildet sind, um bei übereinandergestapelten Stapelbehältern (1 ) ineinander zu greifen, so dass der Außenbehälterboden (31 ) eines im Stapel obenliegenden Stapelbehälters (1 ) einen Deckel für einen darunter angeordneten Stapelbehälters (1 ) bildet, und wobei zwischen der Innenbehälterwandung (22) und der Außenbehälterwandung (32) und zwischen dem Innenbehälterboden (21 ) und dem Außenbehälterboden (31 ) ein Vakuumisolationselement (5) angeordnet ist.
2. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 , wobei die Innenbehälterwandung (22) am oberen Randabschnitt (221 ) und der Außenbehälterboden (31 ) am unteren Randabschnitt (31 1 ) jeweils einen L-förmigen Anschlag umfassen.
3. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der L-förmige Anschlag am oberen
Randabschnitt (221 ) und am unteren Randabschnitt (31 1 ) jeweils einen ersten Profilabschnitt und einen zweiten Profilabschnitt mit jeweils einer Mindestlänge von 0,5 cm umfasst.
4. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Innenbehälterwandung (22) einen vollständig am oberen Randabschnitt (221 ) umlaufenden Fortsatz (222) mit einer Größe und Form umfasst, so dass der Fortsatz (222) im eingelegten Zustand die Außenbehälterwandung (32) zumindest abschnittsweise überdeckt.
5. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Fortsatz (222) des Innenbehälters (2) mit der Außenbehälterwandung (32) umlaufend fest verbunden ist.
6. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Fortsatz (222) des Innenbehälters (2) und die Außenbehälterwandung (32) aus einem thermisch fügbaren Kunststoffmaterial sind, und wobei der Fortsatz (222) des Innenbehälters (2) mit der Außenbehälterwandung (32) verschweißt sind.
7. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Fortsatz (222) des
Innenbehälters (2) mit der Außenbehälterwandung (32) verklebt ist.
8. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Fortsatz (222) des Innenbehälters (2) mit der Außenbehälterwandung (32) umlaufend lösbar verbunden ist.
9. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Innenwandung (22) vom Innenboden (21 ) ausgehend senkrecht auslaufend oder konisch auseinanderlaufend angeordnet ist.
10. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Größe der Innenbehälterbodenfläche (21 ) mindestens 70 % der Größe der Außenbehälterbodenfläche (31 ) ist.
1 1. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Vakuumisolationselement (5) ein einziges Vakuumisolationspaneel ist, und wobei das Vakuumisolationspaneel mindestens eine Faltkante (51 ) umfasst.
12. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach Anspruch 1 1 , wobei das Vakuumisolationspaneel vier Faltkanten (51 ) umfasst, und wobei die vier Faltkanten (51 ) im eingebauten Zustand jeweils entlang des Außenumfangs des Außenbehälterbodens (31 ) angeordnet sind.
13. Stapelbehälter (1 ) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Außenbehälterboden (31 ) eine Größe und Form hat, um den oberen Randabschnitt (221 ) vollständig umlaufend abzuschließen.
