Abstract
本实用新型一种双层方形保温容器,包括容器本体,所述容器本体整体呈长方体,容器本体由内胆和外壳组成,内胆和外壳之间设有真空层,内胆和外壳上均设有加强筋,所述加强筋能够使方形容器的表面在抽真空时受力均衡,从而避免吸憋现象。在模具表面增加加强筋,加强筋的高度设为2mm左右时,使方形的表面受力均衡;且经过反复试验得到内胆外壳的厚度只要0.5mm左右,从而使得方桶重量大大减轻;在方桶的四周和底面,增加不同形状的加强筋,既保证了钢壁的支撑力,又增加外观效果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及模具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种双层方形保温容器。
背景技术
现有的双层真空保温桶是通过内外不锈钢焊接,内胆和外壳之间通过真空炉,抽去中间空气,形成内侧真空层。真空层隔断内部与外部的热传导,从而起到保温保冷。由于大气压力,内外不锈钢需要保持一定强度,才能保证不被压瘪。通过物理原理可知,圆弧面各方位的支撑力均匀分布,保证真空层不被吸憋相对比较简单。而现有的方形桶,周边四个面都是平面,四个角圆弧过渡,就会造成整个面受力不均衡:四个角支撑力较强,平面支撑力较弱,从而使平面中间下凹,既影响整体美观,又影响真空效果。
通常市面上采用增加材料厚度解决上述问题,但是这样既增加了成本,也增加容器本体的重量,影响客户体验感和市场竞争力。
实用新型内容
为克服现有技术缺点,本实用新型目的在于提供一种双层方形保温容器,以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:
一种双层方形保温容器,包括容器本体,所述容器本体整体呈长方体,容器本体由内胆和外壳组成,内胆和外壳之间设有真空层,内胆和外壳的侧壁上均设有加强筋,所述加强筋能够使方形容器的表面在抽真空时受力均衡,从而避免吸憋现象。
优选的,所述外壳的厚度在0.48~0.60mm之间。
更优选的,所述内胆的厚度在0.45~0.55mm之间。
更优选的,所述加强筋的高度在1.5~2.2mm之间。
优选的,所述外壳的桶口处设有桶口加强筋,所述桶口加强筋设于外壳桶口的两相对侧壁上,以免抽真空时变形。
更优选的,所述桶口加强筋的支撑面互相垂直。
优选的,所述内胆和外壳的底部也均设有加强筋。
优选的,所述外壳通过焊接固定设于内胆外,外壳与内胆的焊接点为桶口一周。
更优选的,所述外壳底部设有真空孔。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果如下:
本实用新型通过在模具表面增加加强筋,加强筋的高度设为1.5~2.2mm左右时(1mm没有效果,3mm成型后不美观),使方形的表面受力均衡,从而避免吸憋现象;且经过反复试验得到内胆外壳的厚度只要0.5mm左右,从而使得方桶重量大大减轻。在方桶的四周和底面,增加不同形状的加强筋,既保证了钢壁的支撑力,又增加外观效果。

为了更清楚地说明本实用新型,下面结合实施例并对照附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。本领域技术人员应当理解,下面所具体描述的内容是说明性的而非限制性的,不应以此限制本实用新型的保护范围。

实施例:
如图1-4所示的一种双层方形保温容器,包括容器本体2,容器本体2整体呈长方体,容器本体2由内胆和外壳组成,外壳底部4设有真空孔41,内胆和外壳之间设有真空层1,外壳通过焊接固定设于内胆外,外壳与内胆的焊接点8 为桶口一周。内胆和外壳的侧壁7上均设有加强筋6,加强筋6能够使方形容器的表面在抽真空时受力均衡,从而避免吸憋现象。外壳的桶口5处设有桶口加强筋3,桶口加强筋3设于外壳桶口的两相对侧壁7上,以免抽真空时变形;桶口加强筋3的支撑面必须互相垂直,即支撑面倾斜会导致侧壁7受力,大大缩小了支撑强度,本实施例中桶口加强筋3为三角形加强筋,两直角边分别在桶口5 侧壁、桶口5与侧壁7的厚度差平台上;内胆和外壳的底部也均设有加强筋6。
外壳的厚度在0.48~0.60mm之间,内胆的厚度在0.45~0.55mm之间,加强筋 6的高度在1.5~2.2mm之间,经过反复试验得到内胆外壳的厚度只要0.5mm左右,可以使得方桶重量大大减轻。本实施例中,内胆和外壳的厚度均为0.5mm,此时加强筋6的高度设为2mm,经试验加强筋6选用1mm时没有效果,选用3mm时成型后不美观。
图3为本实施例提供的一种侧壁7的加强筋6的设置方式,图4为另一种加强筋6的设置方式,加强筋6的具体设置方式可根据不同需求自行调整;本实施例中的容器本体2的内胆和外壳均采用食品级不锈钢制成,容器本体2的四周和底面增加不同形状的加强筋6,既保证了钢壁的支撑力,又增加外观效果。

1.一种双层方形保温容器,包括容器本体,其特征在于,所述容器本体整体呈长方体,容器本体由内胆和外壳组成,内胆和外壳之间设有真空层,内胆和外壳的侧壁上均设有加强筋,所述加强筋能够使方形容器的表面在抽真空时受力均衡,从而避免吸憋现象。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层方形保温容器,其特征在于,所述外壳的厚度在0.48~0.60mm之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种双层方形保温容器,其特征在于,所述内胆的厚度在0.45~0.55mm之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双层方形保温容器,其特征在于,所述加强筋的高度在1.5~2.2mm之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层方形保温容器,其特征在于,所述外壳的桶口处设有桶口加强筋,所述桶口加强筋设于外壳桶口的两相对侧壁上,以免抽真空时变形。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种双层方形保温容器,其特征在于,所述桶口加强筋的支撑面互相垂直。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层方形保温容器,其特征在于,所述内胆和外壳的底部也均设有加强筋。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种双层方形保温容器,其特征在于,所述外壳通过焊接固定设于内胆外,外壳与内胆的焊接点为桶口一周。
9.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种双层方形保温容器,其特征在于,所述外壳底部设有真空孔。
