Description
- Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Glasflasche mit eingesetztem Hartboden und dreidimensionalem dekorativem Element im Flascheninneren aufweisend einen Glashohlkörper, der die Form einer Flasche hat, einen Bodeneinsatz und ein dreidimensionales dekoratives Element im Innenraum der Glasflasche. Weiterhin ist Gegenstand der Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Flasche mit eingesetztem Hartboden.
- Flaschen sind ein beliebte Aufbewahrungsgefäße insbesondere für Flüssigkeiten. Sie werden sowohl für Getränke, wie z.B. Wasser, Milch, Wein, Saft oder alkoholische Getränke, als auch für Öle oder für kosmetische oder medizinische Flüssigkeiten benutzt. Ein typisches Material zur Herstellung von Flaschen ist Glas, da Glas lebensmittelecht und inert ist, sich gut formen lässt und vergleichsweise kostengünstig ist. Auch unter Umweltaspekten ist Glas ein beliebtes Flaschenmaterial.
- Zu Werbezwecken aber auch aus optischen Gründen ist es üblich, Glasflaschen zu verzieren. Dieses erfolgt beispielsweise durch Etiketten, Prägungen auf der Flasche, Gravuren oder an der Flasche angebrachten Objekten.
- Aus der
DE 10 2006 011 282 A1 ist eine Glasflasche mit einem innerhalb der Flasche angeordneten dekorativen Objekt bekannt. Zum Einbringen des Objekts wird der Flaschenboden vom Flaschenkörper getrennt und ein neuer Funktionsboden aus Glas eingesetzt, auf dem das dekorative Objekt befestigt ist. Hierdurch entsteht wieder eine geschlossene Glasflasche mit Glasboden. Entsprechend können nur Glasobjekte in die Flasche eingebracht werden, die mit dem Glasboden verschmolzen sind. -
US 6,740,849 B1 beschreibt eine zweischichtige Wasserglasflasche mit dynamischer Wärmekonfektion, wie sie in ähnlicher Form beispielsweise als Lavalampen oder Dekorationslampen bekannt ist. Die äußere Glasflasche weist einen Bodenaufsatz auf, der mit Dichtungen abgedichtet wird. Eine innere Flasche, die in die äußere Flasche eingebracht ist, wird durch Klebstoff in der Mitte des Bodenaufsatzes befestigt. -
US 2009/039045 A1 offenbart eine Trinkflasche in deren Inneren ein Kühlelement befestigt ist. Die Trinkflasche hat eine Trinköffnung mit einem Ventil. -
US 2005/061800 A1 offenbart ebenfalls eine Wasserglasflasche mit dynamischer Wärmekonfektion, in der im Inneren ein dekoratives Element platziert ist. Dichtung und Aufbau des Bodens sind ähnlich wie in derUS 6,740,849 B1 ausgestaltet. - Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es eine Glasflasche bereitzustellen die die vorgenannten Nachteile überwindet, in die beliebige dekorative Elemente eingebracht werden können und die die Aufbewahrung von Lebensmitteln erlaubt. Weiterhin ist es Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer solchen Glasflasche bereitzustellen.
- Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß gelöst durch eine Glasflasche gemäß Patentanspruch 1 und ein Herstellungsverfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 12.
- Weitere Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche oder nachfolgend beschrieben.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche hat einen eingesetzten Hartboden, den Bodeneinsatz, und ein dreidimensionales dekoratives Element im Flascheninneren, also dem Flascheninnenraum. Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche weist auf
- einen Glashohlkörper, der die Form einer Flasche hat,
- ggf. Dichtelemente, die auch am Bodeneinsatz angespritzt sein können,
- einen Bodeneinsatz, und
- ein dreidimensionales dekoratives Element im Flascheninnenraum der Glasflasche.
- Der Glashohlkörper weist eine Öffnung im Boden auf, wobei die Öffnung bei einem rundem Flaschenboden beispielsweise zentriert /konzentrisch angeordnet ist. Die Öffnung ist in einer Ausführungsform eine kreisrunde Öffnung. Der Bodeneinsatz korrespondiert in seiner Größe und Form mit der Öffnung im Boden des Glashohlkörpers und verschließt die Öffnung im Glashohlkörper kraftschlüssig und /oder stoffschlüssig. Der kraftschlüssige Verschluss erfolgt bevorzugt mit einer Klemmverbindung, Schraubverbindung oder Bördelverbindung. Der stoffschlüssige Verschluss erfolgt bevorzugt mit einer Klebeverbindung. Bevorzugt erfolgt eine Kombination aus einer stoffschlüssigen Klebeverbindung und einer kraftschlüssigen Klemmverbindung z.B. mit einem Dichtring oder einer Bördelverbindung. Bei beiden ist bevorzugt eine zusätzliche Dichtung eingesetzt, um eine lebensmittelgerechte Trennung zwischen Inhalt der Flasche und Klebestelle und eine unnötige Belastung der Klebestelle durch die Flüssigkeit in der Flasche, wie z.B. Alkohole oder andere Kohlenwasserstoffe, zu gewährleisten. Der Bodeneinsatz besteht aus Metall oder Kunststoff und nicht aus Glas. Der Bodeneinsatz dient zur Aufnahme eines dreidimensionalen dekorativen Elementes, welches fest oder variabel mit dem Bodeneinsatz verbunden werden kann. Am Bodeneinsatz ist auf der Oberseite des Bodeneinsatzes eine Aufnahmevorrichtung befestigt, die in die Glasflasche gerichtet ist. Es ist z.B. eine Aufnahmevorrichtung in Form eines Gewindestücks oder auch einer Gewindebohrung möglich. Das dreidimensionale dekorative Element ist an der Aufnahmevorrichtung befestigt und befindet sich im Flascheninnenraum.
- Erfindungsgemäß bezeichnet "unten" die Außenseite des Flaschenbodens, d.h. die auf einer Oberfläche stehende Fläche einer Flasche. "Außen" bezeichnet die Flaschenaußenseite, während innen das Flascheninnere, d.h. den Flascheninnenraum bezeichnet.
- Der Bodeneinsatz ist bevorzugt als flache Platte oder Scheibe ausgebildet. Er kann dabei aus Vollmaterial bestehen oder wie ein Deckel teilweise einen Negativform d.h. einen Hohlraum aufweisen. Bevorzugt weist der Bodeneinsatz einen umlaufenden äußeren Rand auf, der sich im unteren Bereich des Bodeneinsatzes befindet und bevorzugt eine Ebene mit der Außenseite des Bodeneinsatzes bildet. Bei einem runden Bodeneinsatz ist der umlaufende äußere Rand radial umlaufend. Wenn der Bodeneinsatz teilweise einen Hohlraum aufweist, befindet sich der Hohlraum ebenfalls bevorzugt auf der unteren, nach außen gerichteten Seite des Bodeneinsatzes auf der zur Aufnahmevorrichtung gegenüberliegenden Seite. Der Bodeneinsatz kann im eingebauten Zustand in einer Ebene mit dem Glasbodenrand liegen oder kann nach oben oder unten versetzt sein, so dass die Glasflasche entweder nur auf dem Glasbodenrand, dem Glasbodenrand und dem Bodeneinsatz oder nur dem Bodeneinsatz steht. Der Bodeneinsatz weist in einer Ausführungsform auf dem umlaufenden äußeren Rand eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung auf, wobei die innerer, nähere an der Flaschenmitte liegende Stufe höher ist als die äußere Stufe und die innere Stufe eine Anschlagfläche für die Unterseite des Glashohlkörpers bildet. Auf der Bodenaußenseite, zum Beispiel in dem Hohlraum, kann ein Element angeordnet sein wie z.B. ein Sechskant, dass die Montage des dreidimensionalen dekorativen Elements erleichtert.
- Die Verbindung von Bodeneinsatz und Aufnahmevorrichtung kann zusätzlich mit einem Dichtmittel abgedichtet werden z.B. einem O-Ring oder einer Flüssigdichtung wie Loctite®.
- Eine Glasflasche ist ein Gefäß aus Glas mit einer engen Flaschenöffnung und einem Halsansatz, einer Flaschenwand oder Flaschenwänden und einem Flaschenboden. Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche kann eine beliebige Flaschenform haben, bevorzugt mit einem runden oder rechteckigen Boden und einem zylindrischen, konischen oder quaderförmigen Grundkörper, der in den Flaschenhals und die Flaschenöffnung ausläuft. Bevorzugt besteht der Glashohlkörper aus transparentem, besonders bevorzugt farblosem Glas, das auch als Weißglas bezeichnet wird. Die Glasflasche kann in handelsüblicher Form verziert sein z.B. bedruckt, graviert oder mit Etikett versehen, wobei die Verzierung erfindungsgemäß nicht Teil der Flasche ist.
- In einer Ausführungsform wird der äußere Rand des Glasflaschenbodens vom Glashohlkörper gebildet der im Folgenden als Glasbodenrand bezeichnet wird. Der Bodeneinsatz wird in die Öffnung eingesetzt, so dass der gesamte Flaschenboden aus einer Kombination von Bodeneinsatz und Glasbodenrand des Glashohlkörpers besteht. In dieser Ausführung weist der Glasbodenrand bevorzugt eine Ausnehmung an seiner Unterseite auf. Die Ausnehmung bildet einen Anschlag für den Bodeneinsatz. Bevorzugt wird dieser Anschlag als Klebespalt genutzt, wenn der Bodeneinsatz mit Klebstoff mit dem Glashohlkörper verbunden wird. In einer alternativen Ausführungsform wird der Glasflaschenboden vollständig vom Bodeneinsatz gebildet. Die Öffnung wird dann durch die zum Flaschenhals aufsteigenden Wände des Glashohlkörpers gebildet.
- Der Glasbodenrand weist bevorzugt eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung an der Unterseite auf, die eine Anschlagfläche für den Bodeneinsatz bildet. Die stufenförmige Ausnehmung kann alternativ an der Außenwand des Glashohlkörpers angeordnet sein. Die Höhe der Stufe entspricht in einer Ausführungsform der Höhe des umlaufend äußeren Rand des Bodeneinsatzes. Bevorzugt weist die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche einen Glasbodenrand am Glashohlkörper auf und die stufenförmige Ausnehmung ist an der Unterseite des Glasbodenrandes angeordnet. Dabei können z.B. der äußere Rand des Glasflaschenbodens und der Bodeneinsatz eine ebene Fläche und hierdurch einen ebenen Flaschenboden bilden, auf dem die Glasflasche steht. Die Anschlagsfläche dient als Fläche, an die eine Fläche des Bodeneinsatzes anschlägt, wobei die beiden Flächen aufeinander zu liegen kommen. In einer Ausführungsform wird auf die Anschlagsfläche ein Klebstoff aufgetragen, so dass die Anschlagsfläche gleichzeitig die Klebefläche bildet. In einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist die stufenförmige Ausnehmung eine 2. Stufe auf, so dass die höhere Stufe die Anschlagsfläche und die niedrigere Stufe die Klebefläche bildet.
- Die stufenförmige Ausnehmung kann als rechtwinklige Stufe ausgebildet sein. Die Öffnung weist an ihren Rändern an der Unterseite, die zum Flaschenäußeren gerichtet ist, bevorzugt zusätzlich eine Fase mit teilweise abgeschrägten Seiten auf.
- Besonders bevorzugt ist der Bodeneinsatz mit einer Klebverbindung axial mit dem Bodenrand des Glashohlkörpers dichtend verbunden.
- Einer weiteren Ausführungsform weist die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche zusätzlich mindestens ein radiales Dichtmittel auf, dass am Bodeneinsatz befestigt ist, bevorzugt einen Dichtungsring, z.B. einen O-Ring, eine Flüssigdichtung oder ein anderes lebensmittelgeeignetes Dichtmittel. Der Dichtungsring besteht bevorzugt aus EPDM (Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Kautschuk). Alternativ weist die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche zusätzlich mindestens ein axiales Dichtmittel auf, was erfindungsgemäß weniger bevorzugt ist.
- Der Bodeneinsatz besteht bevorzugt aus Edelstahl, Aluminium, Messing, Bronze, Kunststoff oder einer verzinnte Metallplatte oder einer Kombination dieser Materialien. Erfindungsgemäß besteht der Bodeneinsatz nicht aus Glas.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Flasche kann z.B. jede für Spirituosenflaschen, Weinflaschen, Saftflaschen, Ölflaschen oder Bierflaschen übliche Form aufweisen. Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche ist bevorzugt eine Getränkeflasche.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche hat bevorzugt eine Größe und ein Volumen, wie eine übliche Getränkeflasche. Bevorzugt hat die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche ein Volumen von 0,5 l, 0,75 l, 1 l, 1,5 l, 2,l, aber auch Magnum-Flasche mit 5 l, 6 l, 10 l oder 20 l sind möglich. Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche hat bevorzugt ein Volumen von 0,25 l bis 20 l, besonders bevorzugt von 0,5 l bis 20 l oder 0,5 bis 10 l. Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche ist für den Einsatz bei maschineller Abfüllung und für die Erfüllung im industriellen Maßstab, ebenso wie die Herstellung im industriellen Maßstab geeignet.
- Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche hat einen üblichen Flaschenverschluss. Der Verschluss ist beispielsweise ein Gewindeverschluss, ein Schnappverschluss, ein Kronkorken, ein Bügelverschluss, ein Stopfen, z.B. ein Glasstopfen oder ein Korken.
- In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform wird der Bodeneinsatz mit einem UV-Kleber oder MS-Polymer-Kleber mit dem Glashohlkörper verbunden. Ein UV-Kleber ist ein durch UV-Strahlung härtender Kleber, wie z.B. lösemittelfreie, einkomponentige Acrylatkleber, die durch radikalische Polyymerisation aushärten, oder kationisch vernetzende Epoxidklebstoffe. MS-Polymer-Kleber sind silanmodifizierte Polymerklebstoffe. Durch die Klebeverbindung wird verhindert, dass der Bodeneinsatz aus der Flasche herausrutscht. Die Abdichtung der erfindungsgemäßen Glasflasche erfolgt bei dieser Ausführungsform bevorzugt mit einem oder mehreren O-Ringen. Die O-Ringe werden über den äußeren Rand des Bodeneinsatzes gestülpt und kommen zwischen dem Rand der Öffnung im Flaschenboden und dem äußeren Rand des Bodeneinsatzes ggf. in einer Nut zu liegen. Der Vorteil bei dieser Ausführungsform ist, dass die erfindungsgemäßen Glasflasche nur aus wenigen Bauteilen besteht, nämlich dem Glashohlkörper, dem Bodeneinsatz mit daran befestigter Aufnahmevorrichtung und dem dekorativen Element, sowie ggf. mindestens einem O-Ring zur Abdichtung. Durch die Abdichtung mit einem Dichtring ist nur noch eine gedämpfte Relativbewegung des Bodeneinsatzes mehr möglich.
- In einer Ausführungsform ist an der Unterseite des Bodeneinsatzes in einer Ausbuchtung eine Aufnahme für ein formschlüssiges Werkzeug, bevorzugt ein Sechskant angebracht. Die Aufnahme für ein formschlüssiges Werkzeug dient zur besseren Führung eines Werkzeuges, wie eines Maulschlüssels oder Innensechskantschlüssels, und ermöglicht ein besseres Verschrauben zwischen Bodeneinsatz und Aufnahmevorrichtung. Die Aufnahmevorrichtung ist in diesem Falle beispielsweise ein Schraubgewinde an der Unterseite des 3-dimensionalen dekorativen Elements und einer Aufnahmeöffnung mit Gewinde im Inneren der Aufnahme für das formschlüssige Werkzeug.
- Überraschenderweise ist es bei der erfindungsgemäßen Flasche möglich Glas mit einem weiteren Material zu kombinieren und trotzdem eine dichte Flasche zu erhalten. Die Flasche wird flüssigkeitsdicht verschlossen, obwohl der Boden aus einem separaten Bauteil besteht. Die erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche ist nach dem Verschließen des Bodens über eine normale Füllanlage befüllbar.
- Der Bodeneinsatz der erfindungsgemäßen Flasche hat eine doppelte Funktion. Anders als bei herkömmlichen Flaschen dient der Bodeneinsatz nicht nur als Dichtung. Der Bodeneinsatz muss vielmehr auch das in die Flasche eingebrachte dreidimensionale dekorative Element halten. Der Bodeneinsatz hat somit die Doppelfunktion einer Dichtfunktion und einer Haltefunktion.
- Weiterhin ist Gegenstand der Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Glasflasche mit Bodeneinsatz, wobei die Glasflasche einen Glashohlkörper, der die Form einer Flasche hat, einen Bodeneinsatz, und ein dreidimensionales dekoratives Element im Innenraum der Glasflasche, aufweist und der Glashohlkörper eine Öffnung, bevorzugt eine kreisrunde Öffnung, im Boden aufweist, wobei die Öffnung bevorzugt zentriert/konzentrisch bei einem rundem Flaschenboden ist,
- der Bodeneinsatz in seiner Größe maximal der Öffnung im Boden des Glashohlkörpers entspricht, bevorzugt geringfügig kleiner als die Öffnung im Boden des Glasholkörpers ist,
- der Bodeneinsatz die Öffnung im Glashohlkörper stoffschlüssig verschließt,
- der Bodeneinsatz aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht und nicht aus Glas,
- eine Aufnahmevorrichtung am Bodeneinsatz angebracht ist auf der der Flasche zugewandten Oberseite des Bodeneinsatzes, die in die Glasflasche gerichtet ist, und
- das dreidimensionale dekorative Element an der Aufnahmevorrichtung befestigt ist und im Flascheninnenraum angeordnet ist.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren umfasst die Schritte:
- Blasen einer Glasflasche in einer Hohlform,und Aufbohren des Bodens der erkalteten Glasflasche zum Erzeugen eines Glashohlkörpers, oder
- Pressen eines Glashohlkörpers in einer Pressform und
nach Herstellen des Glashohlkörpers durch Blasen oder Pressen: - Anschleifen der Kanten der Öffnung im Boden zum Erzeugen einer Klebefläche, wobei bevorzugt eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung am Bodenrand angebracht wird, bevorzugt erfolgt die Bodenbearbeitung ohne Anschleifen der äußeren Klebefläche,
- Auftragen eines Klebstoffs auf die Klebefläche am Glashohlkörper oder auf eine Fläche des Bodeneinsatzes,
- Bereitstellen eines Bodeneinsatzes mit Aufnahmevorrichtung und dekorativen dreimensionalen Element, wobei das dekorative 3-dimensionale Element durch die Aufnahmevorrichtung am Bodeneinsatz befestigt ist und
- Einsetzen des Bodeneinsatzes mit dekorativem dreidimensionalem Element in die Öffnung im Boden des Glashohlkörpers und Verschließen der Glasflasche mit dem Bodeneinsatz.
- In einer Ausführungsform wird auf die Klebefläche am Glashohlkörper oder am Bodeneinsatz ein UV-Kleber oder MS-Polymer-Kleber aufgetragen bevor der Bodeneinsatz eingesetzt wird. Wenn ein UV-Kleber verwendet wird, erfolgt nach dem Einsetzen des Bodeneinsatzes in die Glasflasche zusätzlich eine Bestrahlung der Klebefläche.
- Bevorzugt umfasst das Bereitstellen eines Bodeneinsatzes die Schritte
- Bereitstellen eines Bodeneinsatzes mit Aufnahmevorrichtung,
- Bereitstellen eines dreidimensionalen dekorativen Elements,
- Befestigten des dreidimensionalen dekorativen Elements an einer Aufnahmevorrichtung.
- In einer Ausführungsform weist der Bodeneinsatz zusätzlich ein Dichtmittel auf, das in einem weiteren Schritt am Bodeneinsatz befestigt wird, bevorzugt nachdem der Bodeneinsatz mit Aufnahmevorrichtung und dreidimensionalen dekorativen Element bereitgestellt ist.
- Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren dient bevorzugt zum Herstellen der erfindungsgemäßen Flasche.

Figur 1a zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Glasflasche 1 ohne eingesetztes dekoratives Element in einer perspektivischen Darstellung. Die Glasflasche 1 hat einen Glashohlkörper 2 und einen Bodeneinsatz 3. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 ist 2-teilig ausgestaltet, wobei der innere Teil in den Glashohlkörper greift und der äußere Teil als Ring um den Glasboden liegt.Figur 1b zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch die Glasflasche 1 ausFigur 1a . Der Bodeneinsatz 3 weist 2 radiale Nuten 16 auf, in denen jeweils ein Dichtring 11 liegt. Der untere äußere Rand des Glashohlkörpers 2 ist angeschliffen, so dass an der Außenseite des Glasholkörpers eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung 12 entsteht. Auf die vertikale Fläche der stufenförmigen Ausnehmung 12 wird Klebstoff aufgetragen, so dass die vertikale Fläche eine radiale Klebefläche 19 bildet. -
Figur 2a zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch eine weitere Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Glasflasche 1. Die Glasflasche 1 hat einen Glashohlkörper 2 mit einer Öffnung 6 im Flaschenboden 8. Der Flaschenboden weist einen Bodenrand 9 auf, der die Öffnung kreisförmig umgibt. Die Öffnung 6 wird durch den Bodeneinsatz 3 verschlossen. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 ist als Scheibe ausgebildet und weist einen äußeren umlaufenden Rand 10 auf. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 ist von einem Dichtring 11 umgeben, der die Lücke zwischen Bodeneinsatz und Glashohlkörper in der Öffnung abgedichtet. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 weist eine Aufnahmevorrichtung 7 auf, die hier als Gewinde ausgebildet ist. An der Aufnahmevorrichtung ist ein 3-dimensionales dekoratives Element 4, das hier ein Kipphebel ist, befestigt. Der Kipphebel weist an seinem unteren Ende ein Gewinde auf, mit dem er an der Aufnahmevorrichtung verschraubt wird. Es ist zu erkennen, dass sich der Kipphebel im Innenraum 5 der Glasflasche befindet. -
Figur 2b zeigt einen vergrößerten Ausschnitt von einem Teilstück des Flaschenbodens 8. Es ist zu erkennen, dass der Glasodenrand 9 eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung 12 an seiner Unterseite aufweist. Die horizontale Fläche der Stufe bildet eine Auflagefläche 13, auf die Klebstoff aufgetragen werden kann. Der äußere umlaufenden Rand 10 des Bodeneinsatzes 3 liegt mit seiner Oberseite 18 an der Anschlagfläche 13 an. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 weist ebenfalls eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung auf. Die höhere Stufe des Bodeneinsatzes liegt an der Anschlagfläche 13 an, zwischen der niedrigeren Stufe der stufenförmigen Ausnehmung und Glasbodenrand 9 ist ein kleiner Hohlraum erkennbar, der beim zusmmaneführen der beiden Elemente durch den Klebstoff gefüllt wird. Die beiden Flächen werden mit Klebstoff verbunden, so dass eine axiale Verklebung erfolgt. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 weist in dieser Ausführungsform 2 radiale Nuten 16 auf, die zur Aufnahme der Dichtmittel 11, die hier als O-Ring ausgebildet sind, dienen. -
Figur 2c zeigt einen weiteren vergrößerten Ausschnitt von einem weiteren Teilstück des Flaschenbodens 8. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 ist hier als Scheibe mit einer Aushöhlung 14 ausgebildet. In der Mitte des Bodeneinsatzes 3 befindet sich ein Sechskant 15, der in seinem Inneren ein Innengewinde hat. Das untere Ende des 3-dimensionalen dekorativen Elements 4 weist ein Außengewinde auf, das in das Innengewinde im Inneren des Sechskants 15 geschraubt ist. - In
Figur 2d ist einer Aufsicht auf den Flaschenboden 8 der Glasflasche ausFigur 2a gezeigt. Der äußere Rand des Flaschenbodens 8 wird durch ein Teil des Glasholkörpers in Form des Glasbodenrandes 9 gebildet. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 ist in die Glasflasche eingesetzt. In der Mitte des Bodeneinsatzes 3 ist Sechskant 15 zu erkennen. Zwischen dem äußeren umlaufenden Rand 10 des Bodeneinsatzes und dem Sechskant 15 befindet sich ein Hohlraum 14. -
Figur 3a zeigt eine weitere Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Glasflasche 1 im Längsschnitt. Die einzelnen Bauteile der Glasflasche sind hier noch nicht miteinander verbunden. Auf der linken Seite ist der Glashohlkörper 2 zu erkennen, der eine Öffnung 6 Flaschenboden 8 aufweist. Der Glashohlkörper 2 bildet einen Glasbodenrand 9, der Teil des Flaschenbodens 8 ist. An der Unterseite des Glasbodenrands 9 ist eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung 12 vorhanden. Auf der rechten Seite ist Bodeneinsatz 3 mit festdaran montierter Aufnahmevorrichtung 7 zu erkennen. Bodeneinsatz 3 und Aufnahmevorrichtung 7 sind hier aus einem Stück gefertigt, d.h. einstückig. Der Bodeneinsatz 3 weist an seiner Unterseite einen äußeren umlaufenden Rand 10 auf. Der Bodeneinsatz ist an seiner Unterseite ausgehöhlt und hat einen Hohlraum 14. An seiner vertikalen Seitenwand weist der Bodeneinsatz 2 äußere radiale Nuten 16 auf, die zur Aufnahme eines Dichtrings 11 dienen. Oberhalb des Bodeneinsatzes 3 ist ein dreidimensional dekoratives Element 4 dargestellt, dass an seiner Unterseite eine Bohrung 17 hat, mit der es an der Aufnahmevorrichtung 7 befestigt wird. -
Figur 3b zeigt einen Ausschnitt des unteren Bereichs der Glasflasche ausFigur 3a nach der Montage. Es ist erkennbar, dass der Bodeneinsatz 3 die Öffnung 6 im Glashohlkörper 2 verschließt. Die Dichtringe 11 werden dabei zwischen dem Rand des Bodeneinsatzes und dem Rand der Öffnung 6 eingeklemmt und dichten so den Boden ab. Die Auflagefläche 13 liegt auf dem äußeren umlaufenden Rand 10 des Bodeneinsatzes, wobei beide mit Klebstoff miteinander verbunden sind. -

Claims (16)
- Glasflasche (1) mit eingesetztem Hartboden und dreidimensionalem dekorativen Element im Flascheninneren aufweisend- einen Glashohlkörper (2), der die Form einer Flasche hat,- einen Bodeneinsatz (3), und- ein dreidimensionales dekoratives Element (4) im Innenraum (5) der Glasflasche (1),- wobei
der Glashohlkörper (2) eine Öffnung (6) im Flaschenboden (8) aufweist, und wobei der Bodeneinsatz (3) die Öffnung (6) im Glashohlkörper kraftschlüssig und/oder formschlüssig verschließt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass- der Bodeneinsatz (3) in seiner Größe und Form mit der Öffnung (6) im Boden des Glashohlkörpers (2) korrespondiert,- eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) am Bodeneinsatz (3) auf der der Flasche zugewandten Oberseite des Bodeneinsatzes(3) angebracht ist, die in die Glasflasche gerichtet ist,- das dreidimensionale dekorative Element (4) an der Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) befestigt ist und im Flascheninnenraum (5) angeordnet ist, und der Bodeneinsatz (3) aus Metall oder Kunststoff besteht und nicht aus Glas. - Glasflasche (1) gemäß Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Rand (9) des Glasflaschenbodens vom Glashohlkörper gebildet wird
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der äußere Rand (9) des Glasflaschenbodens eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung (12) an der Unterseite aufweist, die eine Anschlagfläche (13) für den Bodeneinsatz (3) bildet.
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodeneinsatz (3) über eine Klebverbindung radial oder axial mit dem Glashohlkörper verbunden ist, bevorzugt axial.
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) fest oder variabel mit dem Bodeneinsatz (3) verbunden ist.
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodeneinsatz (3) einen radial umlaufenden äußeren Rand (10) aufweist, der sich im unteren Bereich des Bodeneinsatzes (3) befindet und bevorzugt eine Ebene mit der Außenseite des Bodeneinsatzes bildet und der radial umlaufende äußere Rand (10) des Bodeneinsatzes mit einer Klebverbindung axial mit dem Glasbodenrand (9) des Glashohlkörpers verbunden ist.
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodeneinsatz eine stufenförmige Ausnehmung aufweist, wobei die innere Stufe höher ist als die äußere Stufe und die innere Stufe eine Anschlagfläche für die Unterseite des Glashohlkörpers bildet.
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasflasche (1) zusätzlich mindestens ein radiales Dichtmittel (11) aufweist, dass am Bodeneinsatz (3) befestigt ist, bevorzugt einen O-Ring oder ein anderes lebensmittelgeeignetes Dichtmittel.
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodeneinsatz (3) aus Edelstahl, Aluminium, Messing, Bronze, Kunststoff, einer verzinnte Metallplatte oder einer Kombination dieser Materialien besteht.
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodeneinsatz (3) an seiner Unterseite zumindest teilweise eine Aushöhlung (14) aufweist und ggf. an der Unterseite des Bodeneinsatzes (3) eine Aufnahme (15) für ein formschlüssiges Werkzeug, bevorzugt ein Sechskant, angebracht, in dem bevorzugt die Aufnahmevorrichtung (7) verschraubt ist.
- Glasflasche (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Patentansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasflasche (1) aus einem Glashohlkörper (2), einem Bodeneinsatz (3), einer Aufnahmevorrichtung (7), einem dreidimensionalen dekorativen Element (4), einem Flaschendeckel und ggf. einem oder mehrere Dichtmitteln (11) besteht.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Glasflasche mit Bodeneinsatz, wobei die Glasflasche einen Glashohlkörper, der die Form einer Flasche hat, einen Bodeneinsatz, und ein dreidimensionales dekoratives Element im Innenraum der Glasflasche, aufweist und der Glashohlkörper eine Öffnung, im Boden aufweist,- der Bodeneinsatz in seiner Größe und Form der Öffnung im Boden des Glashohlkörpers entspricht,- der Bodeneinsatz die Öffnung im Glashohlkörper stoffschlüssig verschließt,- eine Aufnahmevorrichtung am Bodeneinsatz angebracht ist, auf der der Flasche zugewandten Oberseite des Bodeneinsatzes, die in die Glasflasche gerichtet ist, und- das dreidimensionale dekorative Element an der Aufnahmevorrichtung befestigt ist und im Flascheninnenraum angeordnet ist,umfassend die Schritte:- 1a. Blasen einer Glasflasche in einer Hohlform und Aufbohren des Bodens der erkalteten Glasflasche zum Erzeugen eines Glashohlkörpers, oder- 1b. Pressen eines Glashohlkörpers in einer Pressform undnach Herstellung des Glashohlkörpers durch Blasen oder Pressen:- Anschleifen der Kanten in der Öffnung im Boden zum Erzeugen einer Klebefläche,- ggf. Anfasen der zur Unterseite gerichteten Kanten der Öffnung im Boden,- Auftragen eines Klebstoffs auf die Klebefläche oder auf eine Fläche des Bodeneinsatzes,- Bereitstellen eines Bodeneinsatzes mit Aufnahmevorrichtung und dekorativem dreimensionalen Element, wobei das dekorative 3-dimensionale Element über die Aufnahmevorrichtung am Bodeneinsatz befestigt ist und- Einsetzen des Bodeneinsatzes mit dekorativem dreidimensionalem Element in die Öffnung im Boden des Glashohlkörpers und Verschließen der Glasflasche mit dem Bodeneinsatz.
- Verfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein UV-Kleber oder MS-Polymer-Kleber auf die Klebefläche am Glashohlkörper aufgetragen wird bevor der Bodeneinsatz eingesetzt wird und ggf. nach Einsetzen des Bodeneinsatzes die Klebefläche zum Aushärten des UV-Klebers bestrahlt wird.
- Verfahren gemäß Patentanspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt des Bereitstellens eines Bodeneinsatzes die Schritte umfasst- Bereitstellen eines Bodeneinsatzes mit Aufnahmevorrichtung,- Bereitstellen eines dreidimensionalen dekorativen Elements und- Befestigten des dreidimensionalen dekorativen Elements an einer Aufnahmevorrichtung.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bodeneinsatz zusätzlich mindestens ein Dichtmittel aufweist und in einem weiteren Schritt das Dichtmittel am Bodeneinsatz befestigt wird, bevorzugt nachdem der Bodeneinsatz mit Aufnahmevorrichtung und dem dreidimensionalen dekorativen Element bereitgestellt ist.
- Verfahren gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 12 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Glasflasche eine Glasflasche gemäß einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 10 ist.
