Abstract

The utility model discloses not only a visual aesthetic of cup, but also a more interesting cup for attracting consumers' attention and vision. a cup with toy decoration comprises a transparent outer cup comprising a first opening on top; an inner cup arranged inside the outer cup, wherein the inner cup is provided with a second opening on top and a connecting part disposed around cup mouth; an inner wall of the connecting part is connected with an outer wall of the outer cup; a containing space disposed between the inner cup and the outer cup; and a toy disposed in the containing space and connected with the outer cup in the bottom.

Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to a container, especially to a cup with toy decoration.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

At present, the double layer thermal cups of prior art only have single function of containing liquid. However, the cups don't have the effects of decoration and entertainment, so that the cups cannot attract the consumer's attention and vision.
From this, the invention intends to provide not only a visual aesthetic of cup, but also a more interesting cup for attracting consumers' attention and vision.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

A main object of the present invention is to provide a visual aesthetic and more interesting cup with top decoration, so as to attract consumers' attention and vision.
The technical problem to be solved by the utility model is to overcome defects of the prior art, which is a cup with toy decoration is characterized by comprising a transparent outer cup (1) comprising a first opening (11) on top; an inner cup (2) arranged inside the outer cup (1), wherein the inner cup is provided with a second opening (21) on top and a connecting part (22) disposed around cup mouth; an inner wall of the connecting part is connected with an outer wall of the outer cup (1); a containing space disposed between the inner cup (2) and the outer cup; and a toy (4) disposed in the containing space (3) and connected with the outer cup (1) in the bottom.
More preferably, wherein the bottom of the outer cup (1) is further provided with a seat (5) for receiving the outer cup (1), and a lighting device (6) further arranged inside the seat (5);
More preferably, wherein the lighting device (6) comprises a light unit (61) arranged inside the seat (5) and corresponded to the toy (4); a circuit board (62) disposed inside the seat (5), and connected electrically with the lighting unit (61) for controlling lighting effect and/or lighting method; a battery (63) disposed on the circuit board (62), and connected electrically with h the circuit board (62); a control switch (64) disposed at the bottom of the seat (5), and connected electrically with the circuit board (62) for controlling the light unit (61).
More preferably, wherein the lighting unit (61) is as one of following: a single color LED, a full color LED, a small bulb.
More preferably, wherein the seat (5) is either a transparent seat or a translucent seat.
More preferably, a hole (12) is disposed on a connecting surface arranged between the seat (5) and the toy (4), wherein the toy (4) is a transparent or a translucent decorated toy.
More preferably, a base (8) is further arranged between the seat (5) and the toy (4), wherein the base (8) further comprises a hole (12) disposed on a connecting surface arranged between the base (8) and the seat (5), wherein the toy (4) is a transparent or a translucent decorated toy.
More preferably, wherein the inner cup (2) is in the form of either a removable connection or a fixing connection with the outer cup (1).
More preferably, wherein the second opening (21) is further provided with a cover (7).

Compared with the prior art, the utility model has the beneficial effects are the followings
Firstly, the toy (4) is disposed inside the containing space (3) arranged between the outer cup (1) and the inner cup (2) to make the cup more interesting, and to attract consumers more attention, so as to facilitate the consumers purchase intention.
Secondly, the bottom of the outer cup (1) is further provided with a seat (5) for receiving the outer cup (1), and a lighting device (6) further arranged inside the seat (5). Thus, the toy (4) has a glow effect by the lighting device (6) for attracting more consumers' attention and vision.
Thirdly, the connecting part (22) of the inner cup and an outside wall of the outer cup (1) are jointed by spiral connection, thus the inner cup (2) and outer cup may be readily replaced to supply the demands of consumers and increase more practicability.
Fourthly, the toy (4) is provided with a pillar (41) in the bottom, and a hole (12) corresponded to the pillar for fixing the toy in the outer cup (1). Thus, the toy (4) can be changeable according to the latest trend, it has the advantages of practicality and higher product value, and meets the market demand.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

The present invention will now be described by referring to the accompanying drawings that illustrate the preferred embodiments of the invention, from which its objects and features will be evident.
A cup with toy decoration comprises a transparent outer cup (1) comprising a first opening (11) on top; an inner cup (2) arranged inside the outer cup (1), wherein the inner cup is provided with a second opening (21) on top and a connecting part (22) disposed around cup mouth; an inner wall of the connecting part is connected with an outer wall of the outer cup (1); a containing space disposed between the inner cup (2) and the outer cup; and a toy (4) disposed in the containing space (3) and connected with the outer cup (1) in the bottom. Accordingly, the toy (4) is disposed inside the containing space (3) arranged between the outer cup (1) and the inner cup (2) to make the cup more interesting, and to attract consumers more attention, so as to facilitate the consumers purchase intention, in addition, the toy (4) can be a brand logo for better promotional effect.
Secondly, the connecting part (22) of the inner cup and an outside wall of the outer cup (1) are jointed by spiral connection, thus the inner cup (2) and outer cup may be readily replaced to supply the demands of consumers and increase more practicability.

The lighting device (6) can generate different effects and/or lighting methods via combined application of the light unit (61), the circuit board (62), the battery (63) and control switch (64).
Wherein the lighting unit (61) is as one of following: a single color LED, a full color LED, a small bulb. Thus, the light unit (61) can provide different products according to consumer demands.
Wherein the inner cup (2) and the toy (4) are in the form of either a removable connection or a fixing connection with the outer cup (1). Thus, the cup has the effects of the change and the diversity, and decreases the production cost.
The second opening (21) is further provided with a cover (7) to prevent dusts from entering the cup.
The toy (4) is provided with a pillar (41) in the bottom, and a hole (12) corresponded to the pillar for fixing the toy in the outer cup (1). Thus, the toy (4) can be changeable according to the latest trend, it has the advantages of practicality and higher product value, and meets the market demand.
As shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, said seat (5) is either a transparent seat or a translucent seat; whole (12) is disposed on a connecting surface arranged between the seat (5) and the toy (4), wherein the toy (4) is a transparent or a translucent decorated toy. Thus, the light from the light unit (61) is projected to the toy (4) through the hole (12) for the toy (4) and the seat (5) with more shiny design.
As shown in FIG. 10, a base (8) is further arranged between the seat (5) and the toy (4), wherein the base (8) further comprises a hole (12) disposed on a connecting surface arranged between the base (8) and the seat (5), wherein the toy (4) is a transparent or, a translucent decorated toy. By applied to the base (8), the light from the light unit (61) is projected to the base (8) through the hole (12) to generate different lighting effects.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrated embodiments and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.

Claims

I claim:

1. A cup with toy decoration is characterized by comprising:

a transparent outer cup (1) comprising a first opening (11) on top;

an inner cup (2) arranged inside the outer cup (1), wherein the inner cup is provided with a second opening (21) on top and a connecting part (22) disposed around cup mouth; an inner wall of the connecting part is connected with an outer wall of the outer cup (1);

a containing space disposed between the inner cup (2) and the outer cup; and

a toy (4) disposed in the containing space (3) and connected with the outer cup (1) in the bottom.

2. The structure defined in claim 1, which is characterized in that the bottom of the outer cup (1) is further provided with a seat (5) for receiving the outer cup (1), and a lighting device (6) further arranged inside the seat (5);

3. The structure defined in claim 2, which is characterized in that the lighting device (6) comprises a light unit (61) arranged inside the seat (5) and corresponded to the toy (4);

a circuit board (62) disposed inside the seat (5), and connected electrically with the lighting unit (61) for controlling lighting effect and/or lighting method;

a battery (63) disposed on the circuit board (62), and connected electrically with the circuit board (62);

a control switch (64) disposed at the bottom of the seat (5), and connected electrically with the circuit board (62) for controlling the light unit (61).

4. The structure defined in claim 3, which is characterized in that said lighting unit (61) is as one of following: a single color LED, a full color LED, a small bulb.

5. The structure defined in claim 2, which is characterized in that said seat (5) is either a transparent seat or a translucent seat.

6. The structure defined in claim 2, which is characterized in that a hole so (12) is disposed on a connecting surface arranged between the seat (5) and the toy (4), wherein the toy (4) is a transparent or a translucent decorated toy.

The structure defined in claim 2, which is characterized in that a base (8) is further arranged between the seat (5) and the toy (4), wherein the base (8) further comprises a hole (12) disposed on a connecting surface arranged between the base (8) and the seat (5), wherein the toy (4) is a transparent or a translucent decorated toy.

8. The structure defined in claim 1, which is characterized in that the inner cup (2) is in the form of either a removable connection or a fixing connection with the outer cup (1).

9. The structure defined in claim 1, which is characterized in that the second opening (21) is further provided with a cover (7).

10. The structure defined in claim 1, which is characterized in that the toy (4) is in the form of either a removable connection or a fixing connection with the outer cup (1).

11. The structure defined in claim 1, which is characterized in that the toy (4) is provided with a pillar (41) in the bottom, and a hole (12) corresponded to the pillar for fixing the toy in the outer cup (1).
