Claims (19)

Substrat (10) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le corps de plaque (37) est en outre pourvu de deux des premières régions (11) et d'une des secondes régions (12), les deux premières régions (11) sont espacées l'une de l'autre le long de la première direction, et la seconde région (12) est disposée entre les deux premières régions (11) espacées.
  4. Substrat (10) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le corps de plaque (37) est en outre pourvu de deux des premières régions (11) et de deux des secondes régions (12), les deux premières régions (11) sont espacées l'une de l'autre le long de la première direction et les deux secondes régions (12) sont espacées l'une de l'autre le long de la première direction, et les deux premières régions (11) et les deux secondes régions (12) sont espacées les unes des autres et disposées en alternance le long de la première direction.
  5. Substrat (10) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le substrat (10) comporte des bords périphériques qui sont respectivement pourvus d'une pluralité de bras de support (35) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, les bras de support (35) se referment sur un bord là où la première région (11) et la seconde région (12) ne sont pas mutuellement assemblées, et les bras de support (35) présentent une hauteur supérieure à une hauteur de la première région (11).
  6. Substrat (10) selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le substrat (10) est en outre constitué d'un corps de plaque (37) et d'une plaque inférieure renforcée (38) disposée sous le corps de plaque (37), au moins l'une des premières régions (1) et au moins l'une des secondes régions (12) sont disposées sur le corps de plaque (37), et la pluralité de bras de support (35) sont formés en repliant un bord entre le corps de plaque (37) et la plaque inférieure renforcée (38).
  7. Plancher surélevé (50) destiné à être monté sur un plancher intérieur, avec pour résultat une différence de hauteur entre le plancher surélevé (50) et le plancher intérieur, le plancher surélevé (50) comprenant :
    un substrat (10) ;
    deux plaques (20) montées sur le substrat (10) ;
    un socle de support (60) comportant un cadre rectangulaire (61) pour le montage du substrat (10), quatre plaques de fixation pour montage (62) respectivement disposées sur chaque coin d'extrémité du cadre rectangulaire (61), et quatre montants (63) reposant sur le sol et respectivement utilisés pour supporter chacune des plaques de fixation pour montage (62) ; et
    deux panneaux (70) montés sur le socle de support (60) ;
    le plancher surélevé (50) étant caractérisé en ce que le substrat (10) est un substrat selon la revendication 1 ;
    l'une des plaques (20) est montée sur la première région (11) et l'autre plaque est montée sur la seconde région (12) ;
    le cadre rectangulaire (61) est constitué de deux barres horizontales (611) espacées l'une de l'autre et de deux barres droites (612) espacées l'une de l'autre qui sont disposées perpendiculairement aux deux barres horizontales (611) ;
    chacun des panneaux (70) vient respectivement recouvrir chacune des barres droites (612), et chacun des panneaux (70) comporte une partie de positionnement (71) recouvrant la barre droite (12) et une partie bande de garniture (72) faisant saillie à partir de la partie de positionnement (71), dans lequel un retrait est formé entre la partie bande de garniture (72) et la partie de positionnement (71), et l'une des parties bande de garniture (72) est située sur un bord de la première région (11) à l'opposé de la seconde région (12) et est adjacente à la première région (11), dans lequel une autre des parties bande de garniture (72) est située sur un bord de la seconde région (12) à l'opposé de la première région (11) et est adjacente à la seconde région (12), et les deux panneaux (70) et les deux plaques (20) se situent sur le même plan.
  8. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le substrat (10) comporte des bords périphériques qui sont respectivement pourvus d'une pluralité de bras de support (35) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, les bras de support (35) se referment sur un bord là où la première région (11) et la seconde région (12) ne sont pas mutuellement assemblées, et les bras de support (35) présentent une hauteur supérieure à une hauteur de la première région (11).
  9. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel chacune des plaques de fixation pour montage (62) est en outre constituée d'une partie de support centrale (621) et de deux parties de support latérales (622) respectivement situées sur deux côtés correspondants de la partie de support centrale (621), l'un des montants (63) et une extrémité de l'une des barres droites (612) sont fixés sur la partie de support centrale (621) et une extrémité de l'une des barres horizontales (611) est disposée sur l'une des parties de support latérales (622).
  10. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel chacune des parties de support latérales (622) est dotée de manière concave d'une rainure de réception (623), et une extrémité de chacune des barres horizontales (611) est montée dans la rainure de réception (623).
  11. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel dans chacun des panneaux (70), la partie de positionnement (71) présente la forme d'un U inversé et un bord de la première région (11) adjacent à l'une des parties bande de garniture (72) est pressé contre la partie de positionnement (71) du panneau adjacent (70) et situé dans le retrait.
  12. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel, dans chacun des panneaux (70), la partie de positionnement (71) présente la forme d'un U inversé et un bord de la seconde région (12) adjacent à l'une des parties bande de garniture (72) est pressé contre la partie de positionnement (71) du panneau adjacent (70) et situé dans le retrait.
  13. Plancher surélevé (50) destiné à être monté sur le sol, avec pour résultat une différence de hauteur entre le plancher surélevé (50) et le sol, le plancher surélevé (50) comprenant :
    un substrat (10) ;
    deux plaques (20) montées sur le substrat (10) ;
    un socle de support (60) comportant un cadre rectangulaire (61) pour le montage du substrat (10), quatre plaques de fixation pour montage (62) respectivement disposées sur chaque coin d'extrémité du cadre rectangulaire (61) et quatre montants (63) reposant sur le sol et respectivement utilisés pour supporter chacune des plaques de fixation pour montage (62) ; et
    deux ensembles de panneaux (90) montés sur le socle de support (60) ;
    le plancher surélevé (50) étant caractérisé en ce que le substrat (10) est un substrat (10) selon la revendication 1 ;
    l'une des plaques (20) est montée sur la première région (11) et l'autre plaque (20) est montée sur la seconde région (12) ;
    le cadre rectangulaire (61) est constitué de deux barres horizontales (611) espacées l'une de l'autre et de deux barres droites (612) espacées l'une de l'autre qui sont disposées perpendiculairement aux deux barres horizontales (611) ; et
    chacun des ensembles de panneaux (90) recouvre respectivement chacune des barres droites (612) et chacun des ensembles de panneaux (90) comporte un panneau inférieur (91) recouvrant chacune des barres droites (612) et un panneau supérieur (92) recouvrant le dessus du panneau inférieur (91), le panneau inférieur (91) comportant une partie de recouvrement (911) recouvrant le dessus de la barre droite (612) et une partie de limitation (912) se dressant vers le haut à partir de la partie de recouvrement (911), dans lequel la partie de limitation (912) fait saillie vers le haut à partir de la partie de recouvrement (911) et le panneau supérieur (92) recouvre la partie de limitation (912) et enveloppe la partie de limitation (912).
  14. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le substrat (10) comporte des bords périphériques qui sont respectivement pourvus d'une pluralité de bras de support (35) faisant saillie vers l'extérieur, les bras de support (35) se referment sur un bord là où la première région (11) et la seconde région (12) ne sont pas mutuellement assemblées, et les bras de support (35) présentent une hauteur supérieure à une hauteur de la première région (11).
  15. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la partie de limitation (912) comporte en outre une rainure de limitation (913) disposée vers le bas et de manière concave sur une surface supérieure, et une barre de limitation (921) pouvant être insérée dans la rainure de limitation (913) est en outre présente dans une position située à l'intérieur du panneau supérieur (92) correspondant à la rainure de limitation (913).
  16. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le substrat (10) comporte des positions dans les coins d'extrémité supérieure et inférieure sur les bords, là où la première région (11) et la seconde région (12) ne sont pas mutuellement assemblées, se prolongeant respectivement vers l'extérieur pour former des plaques de positionnement (89), et chacune des plaques de positionnement (89) est pressée contre la barre droite (612) adjacente.
  17. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 16, dans lequel chacune des barres droites (612) présente une position adjacente à la plaque de positionnement (89), est en outre dotée d'une plaque de fixation mobile (613), la plaque de fixation mobile (613) est disposée pivotante sur la barre droite (612), et la plaque de fixation mobile (613) peut tourner sur la barre droite (612) pour passer en position de compression et appuyer sur la plaque de positionnement (89), de manière à fixer le substrat (10) à la barre droite (612).
  18. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel chacune des plaques de fixation pour montage (62) est en outre constituée d'une partie de support centrale (621) et de deux parties de support latérales (622) respectivement situées sur deux côtés correspondants de la partie de support centrale (621), l'un des montants (63) et une extrémité de l'une des barres droites (612) sont fixés sur la partie de support centrale (621), et une extrémité de l'une des barres horizontales (611) est disposée sur l'une des parties de support latérales (622).
  19. Plancher surélevé (50) selon la revendication 18, dans lequel chacune des parties de support latérales (622) est dotée de manière concave d'une rainure de réception (623), et une extrémité de chacune des barres horizontales (611) est montée dans la rainure de réception (623).
