Definitions

  • the invention relates to an actuator for a control cabinet door lock, with a housing having a mounting side, in which an actuating mechanism is received, via which a handle is coupled to an actuator for the adjustment of a control cabinet door lock, the actuator in a carrier which is connected to or can be fixed on the outside, is adjustably accommodated between a closed position and an open position, the actuator being in engagement with the actuating mechanism via a coupling if the housing is mounted on the carrier via a mounting side, and wherein the housing is connected to the Carrier is set.
  • Such an actuator is from the EP 0 874 119 A1 known.
  • Other actuators also describe the DE 20 2007 014 083 U1 , the AU 2009 200 703 A1 and the WO 2005/071193 A1 ,
  • a push rod lock for locking a cabinet door to a switch cabinet having a handle to which an actuator is coupled via an adjusting mechanism.
  • the handle is adjustable about a pivot axis in a swivel plane running vertically to the plane of the cabinet door, the actuator being displaceable parallel to the plane of the cabinet door as a result of the adjustment of the handle.
  • a toggle lever is articulated at a distance from the pivot axis on a joint of the handle, by means of which the force introduced via the handle can be implemented on the actuator and which changes its angular position when the handle is adjusted.
  • the housing of the actuator has threaded bores, with the aid of which the actuator can be fixed to a control cabinet door. Further threaded bores are formed on a side of the actuator facing the control cabinet door in order to couple the actuator to a push rod that runs vertically on the inside of the door.
  • a further actuator for a control cabinet door lock in particular a push rod lock, is known, in which the actuator has a toothing along a vertical side into which a manually rotatable gearwheel engages, so that the actuator is actuated by a rotary movement of the gearwheel, for example with the aid of a key, is vertically displaceable.
  • a similar closure also describes the DE 84 06 484 U1 , From the DE 10 2006 043 212 B4 a lock for a control cabinet is also known, in which the actuating element is designed as a dome-like knob and is sealed off from the control cabinet door.
  • the actuators known from the prior art have the disadvantage that they are comparatively complex to assemble.
  • the one from the DE 198 01 721 C1 Known actuator three screw connections are provided on the one hand to fix the housing on the control cabinet door, two further screw connections are required for coupling the actuator to the push rod.
  • the consequence of this is that the actuators are already attached to the control cabinet door by the manufacturer in order to relieve the end customer of assembly work.
  • this has the consequence that the packaging and logistics costs increase on the part of the switchgear cabinet manufacturer, since the actuating element protrudes on the door side of the otherwise essentially cuboid-shaped switchgear cabinet body.
  • the latching connection has two opposite latching pawls and two opposing undercuts and, if the housing is fixed to the carrier, undercuts engaged by the latching pawls, the latching pawls being adjustable between a closed position and a release position and being biased towards the closed position, and wherein the latching pawls are coupled to one another via a rigid coupling rod in such a way that they execute an opposite movement, in which the latches are moved towards one another during the transfer into the closed position and away from one another during the transfer into the release position.
  • the latching connection can be designed as a releasable or as a non-releasable latching connection.
  • the actuating element according to the invention is thus essentially of two parts and has a housing having the actuating mechanism and a carrier in which the actuating element is accommodated.
  • the adjusting mechanism can, for example, be an adjusting mechanism for translating or transmitting a swiveling, rotating or folding movement of the handle into a linear or rotating adjusting movement for actuating the actuator, for example for driving a push rod lock.
  • the carrier with the actuator accommodated therein which can be designed as a comparatively flat component, on the inside or outside of the switch cabinet door, and to enclose the housing with the adjusting mechanism as a separate component in the switch cabinet, so that the end customer simply snaps on of the housing, this can be fixed on the control cabinet door, the actuator being coupled to the actuating mechanism when the housing is placed on the carrier. In the latching position, the carrier with the actuator can then be completely accommodated in the housing when the carrier is mounted on the outside of the door.
  • the undercut can be provided by the carrier, for example, while the at least one latch is formed on the mounting side of the housing and in the housing interior.
  • a reverse arrangement of the components mentioned is also conceivable. He knows Lock sign. Access to the undercut can be achieved either directly or by removing a cover / cover beforehand.
  • the housing has at least one positioning pin, which serves as a guide / positioning aid and can be inserted into a corresponding recess in the carrier, so that when inserted into the recess Positioning pin the housing for locking on the carrier is arranged in the correct position with respect to the carrier.
  • pre-positioning can be achieved with the help of contact surfaces and / or edges.
  • the at least one latching pawl is permanently pretensioned in the direction of the closed position by means of a spring element and can optionally be additionally pretensioned in the direction of the closed position and / or locked in the closed position by a first manual actuating means.
  • the first manual actuating means can be, for example, a screw, somewhat a grub screw, which is screwed into the housing from the outside and the locking pawl presses inside the housing so that it is further pretensioned in the direction of the closed position and / or locked in the closed position.
  • the at least one latching pawl can have a run-on contour, so that when the housing is pressed against the carrier, the hook opens against the pretension and is relieved when the undercut is reached and thereby engages behind the undercut due to the pretension.
  • the hooks can also be part of a molded part, for example a molded plastic part.
  • the spring element it is not necessary to provide the spring element as a separate component, for example as a spiral spring. Rather, the spring element can be realized in that the latch is resilient due to its material properties. Suitable plastics or metals are known from the prior art.
  • the latches can be implemented as a rest rail, elastic hooks, swiveling hooks, linearly displaceable hooks or clamping elements, spring-mounted hooks, several hooks or clamping elements coupled / connected to one another, or by a combination of the aforementioned components.
  • the locking pawl can be displaced from the closed position into the release position against its bias by a second manual adjusting means.
  • the second manual adjusting means can also be a screw, for example a grub screw, which is screwed into the housing from the outside and presses against the locking pawl in the interior of the housing such that the locking pawl is displaced in the direction of the release position against the bias.
  • the first and / or the second manually adjustable adjusting means are preferably only accessible via one side of the housing, which is released in an open position of the handle and hidden in a closed position of the handle.
  • the handle is lockable in its closed position, for example with the aid of a cylinder lock
  • the first and second manual actuating means are also covered in the closed position, so that disassembly of the actuator by unauthorized persons is impossible ,
  • one of the two opposite latches is a rigid latch, whereby when the housing is mounted on the carrier, the rigid latch is first inserted behind the undercut and then the housing is folded onto the control cabinet door, so that the adjustable latch with the Reaching the mounting position of the housing on the control cabinet door automatically engages behind the undercut assigned to it.
  • the latches can be pivoted about an axis so that they perform a counter-rotating movement, or only one of the latches can be pivoted about an axis and the other can be moved linearly, so that one of the latches pivots and the other latch performs a linear movement ,
  • the actuator is a slide which is linearly displaceable and preferably captively received in a slide holder of the carrier. This embodiment is used in particular in connection with a push rod lock.
  • Coupling of the actuating mechanism to the actuator can be achieved in a particularly simple manner in the course of the placement process of the housing on the carrier, in that the coupling has a form-fitting coupling in which an actuating lever of the actuating mechanism has a first form-fitting contour at a free end and an actuating lever receptacle of the actuator has a second Has positive locking contour, the first and the second positive locking contour forming a positive lock when the housing is fixed to the carrier.
  • the positive connection is produced from a ball-ball socket combination, two contact surfaces serving to transmit the forces and the movement, one for opening and one for closing.
  • the Figure 1 shows a first embodiment of the actuator 1 according to the invention.
  • the actuator 1 has a housing 3 which can be mounted on a door, for example a control cabinet door, via a mounting side 2.
  • An actuating mechanism 4 is accommodated in the housing 3, by means of which a pivoting movement of the handle 5 is translated into an actuating movement of the actuator 6.
  • the actuating member can be used to actuate a push rod lock, the actuator 6 executing a linear movement as a result of pivoting of the handle 5.
  • the actuator 6 can be brought into engagement with the push rod lock, which is usually arranged on the inside of the door, via adjusting bolts 23 through the control cabinet door, for example via a form fit, so that the push rod lock moves back and forth between a closed position and an open position by actuating the handle can be.
  • the push rod lock which is usually arranged on the inside of the door, via adjusting bolts 23 through the control cabinet door, for example via a form fit, so that the push rod lock moves back and forth between a closed position and an open position by actuating the handle can be.
  • the actuator 1 is made in two parts and essentially consists of a housing 3, in which the components shown are accommodated, and a carrier 7, which receives the actuator 6.
  • the actuator 6 is linearly adjustable in the carrier.
  • the actuator 6 forms a carriage which is linearly adjustable in a slot-like receptacle of the carrier 7.
  • the carrier 7 has an undercut 10 on opposite edges, which can be engaged by a latch 9 on the housing when the housing 3 is placed on the carrier 7.
  • the left-hand latch 9 in the illustration of the figures is mounted in the housing 3 so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis x.
  • the right-hand locking pawl 9 in the illustration is accommodated in a linearly adjustable manner in the housing 3 and is prestressed by a spring element, here a spiral spring.
  • the two locking pawls 9 are coupled in opposite directions via a coupling rod, so that on the one hand the pretension exerted by the spring element 11 acts on both locking pawls 9, and on the other hand both locking pawls 9 can be transferred in parallel and in opposite directions from their respective locking position to a release position.
  • the opposite movement is achieved in the embodiment shown in particular by the coupling rod 14 engaging the left latch 9 above the pivot axis x, while the hook element of the latch 9 is arranged below the pivot axis x.
  • the housing has positioning pins 22 which engage in corresponding recesses in the carrier 7 if the housing 3 is arranged in the correct position with respect to the carrier 7 so that it can engage in the latching connection.
  • the lock bolt 21 of the lock is designed such that it presses against the unlocking rod 25, which is biased by a spring 27, when pivoted in the course of a closing movement. This in turn releases the handle lever 5 with the aid of a blocking element 26.
  • the lock 20 is mounted in the housing 3 with its lock bolt 21 in a closed position of the lock 20 against the latch 9 which can be pivoted about the pivot axis x in such a way that the latch 9 in the position shown in FIG Figures 1 and 2 locking position shown is locked.
  • both locking pawls 9 are designed as locking pawls 9 pivotable about pivot axes x and y, the coupling rod 14 being articulated on the locking pawls 9 such that, on the one hand, the axis of rotation x between the pivot point of the coupling rod 14 on the locking pawl 9 and the hook element of the Locking pawl 9 is arranged, and that on the other hand the coupling rod is articulated at its other end between the pivot axis y and the hook element of the locking pawl 9. In this way, an opposite movement of the latching pawls 9 is again achieved and the bias provided by the spring element 11 also acts on both Latches 9.
  • a coupling 8 is formed between an actuating lever 16 of the actuating mechanism 4 and the actuator 6, which is designed as a form-fitting coupling, in which an actuating lever 16 of the actuating mechanism 4 has a first form-fitting contour 17 at one free end, which contour 17 forms a second form-fitting contour 19 Adjusting lever receptacle 18 of the actuator 6 engages in such a way that the first and the second form-fitting contour 17, 19 form a form-fitting connection when the housing 3 is fixed on the carrier 7.
  • the positive connection is established by a ball-and-socket connection.
  • FIG. 9 a sectional view of a further embodiment of the invention is shown. Compared to the previously described embodiments, this is characterized in particular by the fact that it has a first and a second adjusting means 12, 13 with which the latch 9 on the right in the illustration can be actuated. It can be seen that the pivot axis y is arranged precisely between the first and the second actuating means 12, 13, so that the actuating means 12, 13 are opposing actuating means.
  • the first actuating means 12 serves to transfer the right latching pawl 9 from its closed position in its release position against the bias provided by the spring element 11, for example in order to lift the latched housing 3 back from the carrier 7, the first actuating means 12 has the same effect as that Spring element 11 and accordingly serves to further bias the right latch 9 in the direction of the closed position and / or to lock the right latch 9 in the locked position.
  • the two latches 9 are in turn coupled to one another via the coupling rod 14, so that the two adjusting means 12, 13 also act on both latches 9.
  • the carrier 7 can be designed, for example, as a lock shield carrier, which has an undercut 10 on opposite sides in each case.
  • the actuating element according to the invention it may therefore be necessary to remove a panel 24 that may already be present from the carrier 7.
  • the housing 3 can then be placed on the support 7 via its support side 2.
  • the locking pawls 9 have chamfers so that when the housing 3 is placed on the carrier 7, the locking pawls 9 move from their closed position into the release position against the bias provided by the spring element 11 until the in Figure 12 shown state is reached, in which the latches can engage behind the undercuts 10 due to their bias. If the housing 3, as in Figure 12 shown, is completely snapped onto the carrier 12, the two actuating means 12, 13 can be actuated when the handle 5 is pivoted away, for example in order to pretension the locking pawls 9 even further into their closed position or to lock them in this position, or to lock them with Using the second adjusting means 13 to transfer the latches 9 from the closed position into the release position.
  • the two adjusting means 12, 13 can, for example, be screws, in particular grub screws, which are screwed into the housing 3 from the outside from the handle side of the housing 3. With the handle 5 folded, as shown in Figure 13 is shown, the two actuating means 12, 13 are covered by the handle 5 and protected against unauthorized access.
  • the actuating element according to the invention can be designed so that it can be snapped on in two different positions: on the one hand with the cabinet door closed and locked and with the handle closed and locked; and on the other hand with unlocked and opened cabinet door as well as unlocked and opened handle.
