Claims (17)

  1. Outil destiné à fixer un collier de serrage (19) entourant un objet à fixer, lequel collier de serrage comporte une bande (20) entourant l'objet à fixer et un fermoir (21) s'engageant autour de la bande (20) et monté sur une première partie d'extrémité de bande (22), dans lequel la seconde partie d'extrémité de bande (23) passe à travers le fermoir (21), comportant :
    un dispositif de retenue pour recevoir le fermoir (21) ainsi que la bande (20) entourant l'objet à fixer,
    un dispositif de tension pour tendre la bande (20) autour de l'objet à fixer en exerçant une force de traction sur la seconde partie d'extrémité de bande (23),
    un dispositif de blocage (50) pour bloquer le fermoir (21) sur la bande (20) avec un dispositif (54) pouvant être inséré dans une fenêtre latérale (25) du fermoir (21) afin de déformer un bord latéral de la seconde partie d'extrémité de bande (23) et
    un dispositif de séparation pour séparer une longueur de bande en excès,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (54) destiné à déformer un bord latéral de la seconde partie d'extrémité de bande (23) a une largeur qui correspond à la largeur libre de la fenêtre (25) mesurée dans une direction longitudinale de bande, et peut ainsi être actionné de sorte qu'il entaille et plie une partie (24) du bord latéral de bande sur les bords de la fenêtre (25).

  4. Outil selon la revendication 3, dans lequel les surfaces obliques (55) sont pourvues de nervures (56).
  5. Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de séparation comporte un élément de cisaillement mobile dans une direction transverse à la direction longitudinale de bande pour cisailler la seconde partie d'extrémité de bande (23) sur la surface frontale (26) du fermoir (21) opposée à la première partie d'extrémité de bande (22) .
  6. Outil selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'élément de cisaillement est muni de nervures (37) sur sa surface séparant la partie d'extrémité de bande (23).
  7. Outil selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel l'élément de cisaillement coopère avec un bord (62) présent sur la surface frontale (26) du fermoir (21) lors du cisaillement de la bande (20).
  8. Outil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'élément de cisaillement est arrondi à son extrémité dirigée vers le fermoir (21).
  9. Outil selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le dispositif de séparation comporte deux mors de pince (70 ; 72) agissant l'un contre l'autre avec des bords coupants afin d'entailler des deux côtés la seconde partie d'extrémité de bande (23) sur la surface frontale (26) du fermoir (21) opposée à la première partie d'extrémité de bande (22).
  10. Outil selon la revendication 9, dans lequel les mors de pince (72) du dispositif de séparation ont des surfaces obliques pour plier vers le haut des parties triangulaires (73) de la partie de bande à séparer.
  11. Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif (54) du dispositif de blocage (50) pouvant être inséré dans une fenêtre latérale (25) du fermoir (21) peut être commandé de sorte qu'il sert à fixer le fermoir (21) pendant l'opération de séparation.
