Definitions

  • the invention relates to a knotting device for a thread bundle according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention relates to a gate with at least one warp beam storage and a gate exit, on which such a knotting device is arranged.
  • DE 24 39 361 B1 shows a corresponding Knot issued with a mandrel which is hollow and has a suction opening which communicates with a suction device.
  • the threads to be knotted are gathered together and wrapped around the perimeter of the mandrel. A loose end of the threads is then sucked into the mandrel and the threads are stripped off the mandrel, forming a knot.
  • JP S31 1629 B1 discloses a refluxknot vibration.
  • first bundles of filaments from the end of the bundle of threads wound on the warp beam and forming a plurality of second bundles of filaments from the beginning of the newly introduced bundle of threads.
  • Each first bundle of fibers is then knotted with a second bundle of filaments.
  • knotting for an operator is relatively tedious and exhausting.
  • the invention has for its object to simplify the work for an operator at the output of a gate.
  • the two filament bundles In such a knotting device, it is only necessary to arrange the two filament bundles according to the web paths. In the first path this is relatively easy, because the bundle of fibers must be arranged only in front of the suction opening. For example, if the first bundle of threads hangs down in the direction of gravity, then in many cases it is automatically positioned correctly.
  • the second bundle of fibers merely has to be placed around the mandrel and thereby forms a loop or similar.
  • the suction opening can be sucked by means of the suction device. If the suction opening is evacuated, so here a negative pressure is generated, then the first bundle of fibers is sucked into the suction opening and thus passes through the loop or loop, which forms the second bundle of filaments in the second path.
  • the mandrel which is displaceable relative to the first web path, can then be displaced so that the first bundle of filaments is engaged with the loop or loop of the second bundle of filaments.
  • the loop then only has to be tightened in order to connect the two bundles of fibers sufficiently firmly together.
  • the mandrel is displaceable relative to a stripping device.
  • the stripping means may strip the second bundle of filaments from the mandrel so that the loop formed by the second bundle of filaments may slip over the first bundle of filaments so that the two bundles of filaments are reliably engaged with each other.
  • a throw-over device Adjacent to the mandrel, a throw-over device is arranged.
  • the throw-over device can be used to push the loop formed by the second bundle of filaments over the first bundle of filaments, namely in the direction of the longitudinal extension of the first bundle of filaments in the region of the forming node, so that a cross-knot results.
  • the second track path passes through a slider that is displaceable along a portion of the second track path.
  • a slider which forms part of the throw-over device, the node can be tightened, so to speak.
  • the end of the second bundle of filaments is folded over once, so that it is returned a distance parallel to the rest of the second bundle of filaments.
  • This double bunching becomes then once pulled through the U-shaped end of the double bundle course and thus forms a loop.
  • This loop is arranged in the second path.
  • the slider can push the tip of the "U" over the loop, thereby creating a cross knot.
  • Such a cross knot connects the two bundles of fibers with sufficient strength, so that with such a node, the second bundle of filaments can be pulled by a subsequent processing machine with the aid of the first bundle of filaments.
  • the throw-over device can also have a holding bar, around which the second track path runs and which is movable relative to the first track path.
  • This support bar is used to hold the loop formed by the second bundle of filaments when the second bundle of filaments is stripped off the mandrel.
  • the support rod can then be guided in a direction from which the first bundle of threads tapers and thus push the loop formed by the second bundle of filaments over the first bundle of filaments. Even with this, a cross knot can be reliably obtained.
  • the invention also relates to a gate with such a knotting device at the gate output.
  • the operator must bring in such a gate, only the yarn bundles of the expiring yarn sheet in the correct position in front of the suction and previously arrange the filament bundles from the incoming yarn sheet in the second path.
  • This activity is relatively simple and physically not exhausting.
  • the knotter need only be set in operation by the suction sucks and then, when the first bundle of filaments has entered each of the suction opening, the mandrel is moved relative to the first path. It then forms on all pairings first and second thread bundle the corresponding nodes. This process is also relatively fast, so that not too much time is wasted for the change.
  • a yarn sheet path is arranged between the warp beam storage and the knotting device and a fiber bundle generating device is provided, which is at least partially movable relative to the yarn sheet path.
  • the thread bundle generating device With the thread bundle generating device, the activity is further simplified.
  • the thread bundle generating device generates a number of bundles of filaments from the incoming bundle of threads, wherein the number of bundles of filaments expediently corresponds to the number of available knotting devices. Since the fiber bundle generating device is at least partially movable relative to the yarn sheet path, it can dive into the yarn sheet path and there bundle the yarns into bundles of filaments.
  • the thread bundle generating device has a carrier, on which a plurality of protrusions projecting from the carrier in the direction of the yarn bundle are arranged, wherein each protuberance is assigned a gripper.
  • the projections can then enter the group of threads and subdivide the group of threads in the width direction into as many sections as node directions are present. These sections are then pushed together by the gripper so that a bundle of threads is formed.
  • the projections have a tip and are movable into the yarn sheet.
  • the tip facilitates the introduction of the projections in the yarn sheet. The risk that the threads of the yarn sheet are damaged, is relatively low.
  • a second filament-forming device is arranged in a direction from the warp beam storage to the knotting device behind the knotting device.
  • the second thread bundle generating device may be configured in the same way as the first thread bundle generating device described above. With the second filament bundle generating device, a corresponding number of filament bundles can be generated from the outgoing filament bundle which are then arranged in the first path of the web.
  • each gap between a projection and a gripper is associated with a knotting device. This ensures in a simple manner a match between the number of Knot drivenen and the number of resulting filament bundles.
  • the gripper and a projection, which is adjacent to the gripper associated projection can be brought into overlap. This ensures that the gripper does not interfere with the separation of the threads into individual groups, from which the bundles of fibers are later formed. He rather disappears in or behind the lead.
  • the gripper and the projection are each formed from a plurality of layers, wherein intermediate spaces are formed between the layers and the layers of the gripper enter into intermediate spaces of the projection.
  • Fig. 9 It is first referred to the highly schematic representation of a gate 1, as in Fig. 9 is shown.
  • the gate 1 has two Kettbaumlagerened 2, 3, wherein in each Kettbaumlagerung 2, 3 a partial warp beam 4, 5 is arranged. From each partial warp beam 4, 5 a Partfadenschar 6, 7 is subtracted. The sub-thread coulters 6, 7 are guided over guide rollers 8, 9 and united behind the last guide roller 9 to a yarn sheet 10. This group of threads 10 is then fed in the direction of an arrow 11 to an assembling device (or other processing device). The assembling device can also be preceded by a device for introducing a size.
  • Kettbaumlagerache 2, 3 may be provided so that more than two Operakettbäume 4, 5 can be included in the gate 1.
  • a first filament bundle generating device 14 generates a number of filament bundles from the incoming filament bundle B. These filament bundles are then severed in front of the traction device 12, that is to say between the traction device 12 and the knotter device 13, and, as described below, fed to the knotter device 13.
  • a second filament bundling device 15 For the expiring yarn sheet A, a second filament bundling device 15 is provided.
  • the second thread bundle generating device 15 also generates a number of bundles of filaments, wherein the number of bundles of threads of the expiring thread sheet A and the number of thread bundles of the tapering thread group B are equal. Expediently, the running thread group A and the tapering thread group B still overlap.
  • the filament bundles of the expiring yarn sheet A are referred to as the "first filament bundle” and the filament bundles of the incoming filament bundle B as "second filament bundle".
  • the suction opening may be formed by a V-shaped notch 19 in the end face of the mandrel 17, wherein the base of the "V" is aligned parallel to the first filament bundle 16.
  • the first thread bundle 16 extends in the direction of gravity, ie vertically. Accordingly, the base of the V-shaped notch 19 is also aligned in the direction of gravity.
  • the suction opening 18 communicates with a suction device 20 in connection, so that the suction opening can be acted upon by a negative pressure.
  • a suction device 20 By this vacuum, the first thread bundle, as shown in Fig. 2 is shown sucked into the mandrel 17.
  • the first bundle of fibers 16 lies in a first web path, which in Fig. 1 is shown.
  • This track path extends in front of the suction opening 18.
  • the circumference of the spike forms a second track path 21.
  • the second thread bundle 22 is now arranged in the second track path 21, that is placed around the circumference of the mandrel 17 to form a loop. This is for the sake of clarity in the Fig. 1 and 2 Not shown.
  • the second bundle of filaments 22 is handled as follows: one end 23 of the second filament bundle 22 is deflected by 180 ° and, as it were, guided parallel to the incoming second filament bundle 22. Thus, a portion 24 of the filament bundle 22 and the end 23 of the second filament bundle 22 is parallel to each other and forms a kind of "U", which opens downwards. A base 25 of the U is then returned via the end 23 and the portion 24, so that a loop 26 is formed on the mandrel 17th can be deferred. This is a relatively easy operation. As stated above, first the second bundle of fibers 22 is guided through the second web path 21 and then the first bundle of fibers 16 is guided in the first web path.
  • the mandrel 17 can be moved relative to the second bundle of filaments 22.
  • a stripping device 27 is provided, so that the loop 26 can be stripped off the mandrel 17. The first bundle of fibers 16 then passes through the loop 26.
  • the mandrel can then be moved farther away from the first web path and thus from the first bundle of fibers 16, so that the first bundle of fibers 16 is completely released from the mandrel 17.
  • the second bundle of fibers 22 is guided with its portion 24 and its end 23 by a slider 28 which is displaceable parallel to the second bundle of filaments 22.
  • the slider has two pins 29, 30. When the slider 28 is moved up to the second bundle of filaments 22, then push the two pins 29, 30, the base 25 of the U, ie a portion of the loop 26, over the loop 26 away, so that a in Fig. 5 illustrated cross-knot 31 results, which reliably connects the first bundle of threads 16 and the second bundle of threads 22 together.
  • a holding rod is arranged approximately parallel to the mandrel 17, which has two portions extending parallel to the mandrel, which are connected by an angled portion.
  • a Knotvorgangs is a parallel section next to the thorn.
  • the second track path extends around the outside of the support rod, that the support rod is wrapped by the second thread bundle 22, ie, the base 25 of the U is located on the outside of the support rod and the two of the base 25 adjacent portion are arranged on both sides of the support rod, that is, a portion between the mandrel 17 and a portion outside.
  • the mandrel 17 is then withdrawn together with the support rod so that the base 25 hinsteigerert the angled portion and passes to the other parallel portion of the support rod. Thereafter, at least the support rod is moved in the direction from which the first bundle of fibers 16 comes, so that the base 25 of the U is pulled in the direction of the first bundle of fibers 16 and thus forms a cross knot.
  • filament-generating means 14, 15 are provided.
  • the first thread bundle generating device 14 is based on Fig. 6 to 8 explained in more detail.
  • the second filament-generating means 15 is constructed in the same way.
  • the filament-generating device 14 has a carrier 32 which extends transversely to the yarn sheet 10 and is oriented substantially horizontally.
  • the yarn sheet 10 is arranged in a yarn sheet path.
  • the projections 33 are approximately triangular in plan view and have a tip 34, the tip 34 is directed to the yarn sheet 10 out. Furthermore, the projections 33 have a recess 35.
  • Each projection 33 is associated with a gripper 36 which is displaceable parallel to the longitudinal extent of the carrier 32.
  • a drive 37 is provided to move the gripper 36.
  • each projection 33 is constructed of several layers 38, wherein intermediate spaces 39 are provided between the layers.
  • the gripper 36 has a plurality of layers 40, between which intermediate spaces 41 are arranged.
  • the layers 40 of the gripper 36 may enter the spaces 39 of the protrusion 33 and the layers 38 of the protrusion 33 may enter the spaces 41 of the gripper. This makes it possible to bring the projections and the grippers into coincidence with each other, as in Fig. 8 is shown.
  • the carrier 32 is movable in the direction of an arrow 42 on the yarn sheet 10 in such a way that the projections 33 enter the yarn sheet 10 and form there several groups 43 of threads. Then, when the grippers 36 are moved, the threads of a group 43 are combined into a bundle and received in the recess 35.
  • the filament bundles thus formed can be severed individually and in connection with Fig. 1 to 5 described procedure are placed around the mandrel 17 around.
