Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la connexion et la séparation d'une nappe de fils dans un processus de filage par fusion ainsi qu'un dispositif de filage par fusion. Lors du filage par fusion une pluralité de fils est générée par plusieurs filières et guidée en dessous des filières au moyen de plusieurs guide-fil de regroupement. Pour extraire les fils sous forme d'une nappe de fils à travers plusieurs galettes, les fils sont reçus et guidés par un injecteur d'aspiration et placés dans une séparation de fils prédéfinie dans un guide-fil de séparation disposé en amont des galettes. Pour obtenir un transfert sûr et reproductible, la nappe de fils est placée selon l'invention dans un guide-fil de faisceau pour la formation d'une convergence de fils et transférés dans un écartement en hauteur prédéfini entre eux au guide-fil de séparation par un mouvement relatif entre le guide-fil de faisceau et le guide-fil de séparation ou le guide-fil de faisceau et un guide-fils de séparation auxiliaire.
