Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour appliquer plusieurs fils sur des galettes rotatives (10.1-10.4) d'une machine de filage par voie fondue comprenant un injecteur manuel (16) et un dispositif de coupe (24), caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de transfert (17) et un deuxième injecteur manuel (18) sont associés à l'injecteur manuel (16).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert (17) comprend une trémie d'insertion (19) pour la réception d'un tube d'aspiration (20) de l'injecteur manuel principal (16) et un guide de fil d'entrée (22), le guide de fil d'entrée (22) étant associé sur le dispositif de transfert (17) à une extrémité d'aspiration (21) du tube d'aspiration (20) de l'injecteur manuel principal (16) disposé dans la trémie d'insertion (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert (17) comprend un guide de fil de sortie (23) agencé à distance du guide de fil d'entrée (22), le guide de fil d'entrée (22) et le guide de fil de sortie (23) couvrant un plan de circulation de fil (31) avec le dispositif de coupe (24) agencé sur le dispositif de transfert (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité d'aspiration (21) du tube d'aspiration (20) peut être positionnée sur l'injecteur manuel principal (16) à proximité du plan de circulation de fil (31) entre le guide de fil d'entrée (22) et le guide de fil de sortie (23).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (24) est agencé sur le dispositif de transfert (17) dans une zone entre l'extrémité d'aspiration (21) du tube d'aspiration inséré (20) sur l'injecteur manuel principal (16) et le guide de fil de sortie (23).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coupe (24) comprend un actionneur (26) et un moyen de coupe (25) couplé avec l'actionneur (26), l'actionneur (26) étant configuré pour être commandable électriquement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert (17) est associé à au moins un tableau de contrôle (27) comprenant un bouton de commande (28) pour l'activation du dispositif de coupe (24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de coupe (25) est formé par deux moitiés de cisaille.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de transfert (17) est maintenu mobile sur une paroi de bâti (13) supportant les galettes (10.1-10.4) entre une position d'exploitation et une position de repos.
- Procédé pour appliquer plusieurs fils filés sur des galettes rotatives (10.1-10.4) d'une machine de filage par voie fondue par les étapes suivantes :a. la reprise d'un premier fil filé avec un injecteur manuel principal (16) et le guidage du fil autour de plusieurs galettes rotatives (10.1-10.4),b. l'enfilage du fil dans un guide de fil d'entrée (22) d'un dispositif de transfert (17) et le stationnement de l'injecteur manuel principal (16) avec le tube d'aspiration positionné (20),c. la reprise d'un fil filé voisin avec un injecteur manuel auxiliaire (18) et le guidage du fil autour de plusieurs galettes rotatives,d. l'enfilage du fil dans le guide de fil d'entrée (22) et un guide de fil de sortie (23) sur le dispositif de transfert (17),e. le déclenchement d'un dispositif de coupe (24) pour le sectionnement du fil, une extrémité lâche du fil étant collectée par l'injecteur manuel principal (16),f. la répétition des étapes c à e jusqu'à ce que tous les fils puissent être guidés sur l'injecteur manuel principal (16).
