Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif servant à filer à chaud et à crêper plusieurs fils. Les fils sont filés en parallèle dans un système de filage à travers plusieurs filières et, après le tirage, amenés à un système de crêpage. Le système de crêpage comprend plusieurs filières de texturation destinées à former chacune un bouchon de fils à partir de chacun des fils filés, lesquels bouchons sont ensuite déposés conjointement à la périphérie d'un tambour de refroidissement afin d'être dissociés et d'obtenir respectivement un fil crêpé. L'invention vise à permettre une dissociation fiable des bouchons de fils dans le cas d'un enroulement multiple. A cet effet, les bouchons de fil à la périphérie des tambours de refroidissement sont guidés un à un les uns à côté des autres avec respectivement plusieurs enroulements. Les filières de texturation disposées en amont du tambour de refroidissement sont maintenues les unes à côté des autres selon un certain écart de crêpage.
