Claims (15)
- Dispositif destiné au brochage, de préférence automatique, de produits imprimés, avec une tête de brochage destinée à l'entraînement d'une agrafe à travers un dos de produits imprimés et avec un élément de cintrage destiné à cintrer les extrémités ouvertes de l'agrafe, la tête de brochage étant constituée de façon modulaire, la tête de brochage comprenant un outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) et un élément de retenue d'outil d'entraînement (2) destiné à être équipé de l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14), l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) pouvant être fixé de façon échangeable sur l'élément de retenue d'outil d'entraînement (2),
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif comprend plusieurs modules d'entraînement différents,
en ce que l'élément de retenue d'outil d'entraînement (2) peut être équipé de chacun des différents modules d'entraînement en tant qu'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14), et
en ce que les différentes modules d'entraînement sont prévus respectivement pour l'alimentation ou respectivement pour l'entraînement d'agrafes constituées de façon différente. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) est essentiellement constitué en plaque.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) peut, par le biais d'un système rainure et languette, être introduit/installé, de préférence dans la direction verticale, dans la tête de brochage ou respectivement dans l'élément de retenue d'outil d'entraînement (2) de la tête de brochage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) comporte au moins une ouverture ou respectivement un creux (13) destiné(e) à la fixation sur l'élément de retenue d'outil d'entraînement (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) est retenu sur l'élément de retenue d'outil d'entraînement (2) par un support s'étendant de préférence sur la largeur de l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) et par au moins un goujon.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le support et/ou l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) peut être bloqué par un moyen d'arrêt, de préférence directement, sur l'élément de retenue d'outil d'entraînement (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'arrêt est constitué en tant que moyen de raccordement détachable, en particulier en tant que raccordement vissé, vis à oreilles, blocage par ressort, blocage par encliquetage, élément de serrage rapide, etc.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le moyen d'arrêt est constitué de façon motorisée.

- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que, en tant qu'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14), il est prévu un module d'entraînement destiné à l'alimentation ou respectivement à l'entraînement d'une agrafe, de préférence préformée, avec une partie arrière constituée de façon rectiligne, et/ou
en ce que, en tant qu'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14), il est prévu un module d'entraînement destiné à l'alimentation ou respectivement à l'entraînement d'une agrafe, de préférence préformée, avec un oeillet. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que, en fonction du type d'agrafe souhaité, le module d'entraînement correspondant peut être introduit de façon modulaire en tant qu'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14) dans l'élément de retenue d'outil d'entraînement (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un équipement de détection destiné à l'identification de l'outil d'entraînement (1, 8, 14).
