- Encarteuse-piqueuse comportant au moins deux têtes piqueuses, fixées sur une unité de têtes piqueuses sous la forme d'un chariot d'agrafage (2) et destinées à agrafer un matériau en forme de feuille, en particulier du papier, du carton ou tout élément similaire, ledit chariot d'agrafage pouvant être déplacé conjointement avec le matériau à agrafer déplacé dans une unité d'encartage et de transport, de telle sorte que l'agrafage est réalisé pendant le transport du matériau à agrafer, la distance entre lesdites au moins deux têtes piqueuses pouvant être réglée, au moins une tête piqueuse (4, 5) étant mobile, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une unité d'entraînement (9-12, 45, 46) activable pour une tête piqueuse en vue du réglage automatique de la distance entre les têtes piqueuses (4, 5), il est prévu, en outre, un dispositif de blocage (27-41) pour au moins une tête piqueuse (4, 5), lequel peut être actionné par un système d'entraînement (40, 41) apte à être commandé.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu au moins deux enclumes de pliage (13, 14), au moins l'une des enclumes de pliage (13, 14) étant mobile, et une unité d'entraînement (19-22, 45, 46) pour le réglage de la distance entre les enclumes de pliage (13, 14).
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les têtes piqueuses (4, 5) et/ou les enclumes de pliage (13, 14) sont logées de manière mobile dans un guidage (8, 17, 18).
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (9-12, 19-22, 45, 46), destinée au réglage de la distance entre les enclumes de pliage (13, 14) ou entre les têtes piqueuses (4, 5) ou entre les têtes piqueuses et entre les enclumes de pliage (13, 14), peut être commandée par vole électrique, électronique, pneumatique et/ou hydraulique.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (9-12, 45, 46) destinée au réglage de la distance entre les têtes piqueuses (4, 5) est couplée à l'unité d'entraînement (19-22, 45, 46) destinée au réglage de la distance entre les enclumes de pliage (13, 14).
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le guidage (8, 17, 18) pour les têtes piqueuses et/ou les enclumes de pliage est réalisé sous la forme d'un guidage linéaire.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le guidage (8, 17, 18) est relié de manière immobile à l'unité de têtes piqueuses (2).
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une des revendications 6, 7, caractérisée en ce que le guidage linéaire (8, 17, 18) est supporté, sensiblement sur toute sa longueur, par l'unité de têtes piqueuses (2).
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisée en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (9-12, 45, 46) destinée au réglage de la distance entre les têtes piqueuses (4, 5) et l'unité d'entraînement (19-22, 45, 46) destinée au réglage de la distance entre les enclumes de pliage (13, 14) contiennent une commande à broche (9, 10, 19, 20).
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un capteur de position pour au moins une position des têtes piqueuses et/ou au moins une position des enclumes de pliage.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une position de référence pour au moins une tête piqueuse et une enclume de pliage, à partir de laquelle est effectué le réglage de la position de consigne.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un réglage de position.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu un capteur de collision pour éviter les collisions pendant le réglage de la position des têtes piqueuses et/ou de la position des enclumes de pliage.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (27-41) est prévu pour au moins une tête piqueuse (4, 5) et/ou au moins une enclume de pliage.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le système d'entraînement (40, 41) pour le dispositif de blocage (27-41) peut être commandé par voie électrique, pneumatique et/ou hydraulique.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 14 à 15, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (27-41) est réalisé sous la forme d'un dispositif de serrage.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 16, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de serrage comporte un élément de serrage (29) fixe par rapport au chariot d'agrafage (2).
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de serrage mobile (34, 35, 36, 37) est relié à la tête piqueuse (4, 5) et/ou à l'enclume de pliage (13, 14).
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon les revendications 16, 17, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de serrage est réalisé séparément du guidage (8) destiné au déplacement des têtes piqueuses.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 16 à 18, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de serrage comporte un élément de pression et/ou de traction (34, 35, 36, 37) qui exerce sa force perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement de la tête piqueuse et/ou de l'enclume de pliage correspondantes.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 17, caractérisée en ce qu'un poinçon (34, 35, 36, 37) est prévu pour former l'élément de serrage.
- Encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 18 à 21, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une transmission des forces (38, 39) pour le système d'entraînement de l'élément de serrage mobile.
- Piqueuse pour une encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 22, comportant au moins deux têtes piqueuses, fixées sur une unité de têtes piqueuses sous la forme d'un chariot d'agrafage (2) et destinées à agrafer un matériau en forme de feuille, en particulier du papier, du carton ou tout élément similaire, ledit chariot d'agrafage pouvant être déplacé conjointement avec le matériau à agrafer déplacé dans une unité d'encartage et de transport, de telle sorte que l'agrafage est réalisé pendant le transport du matériau à agrafer, la distance entre lesdites au moins deux têtes piqueuses pouvant être réglée, au moins une tête piqueuse (4, 5) étant mobile, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu une unité d'entraînement (9-12, 45, 46) activable pour une tête piqueuse en vue du réglage automatique de la distance entre les têtes piqueuses (4, 5), il est prévu, en outre, un dispositif de blocage (27-41) pour au moins une tête piqueuse (4, 5), lequel peut être actionné par un système d'entraînement (40, 41) apte à être commandé.
- Procédé pour l'agrafage d'un matériau en forme de feuille, en particulier du papier, du carton ou tout élément similaire, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise une encarteuse-piqueuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 22.
