Claims (7)

  1. Procédé d'alignement précis d'un produit à relier par rapport à un dispositif de reliure dans une encarteuse-piqueuse, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    a) détermination de la position précise du produit à relier
    b) comparaison de la position déterminée à la position attendue du produit
    c) amenée d'un écart de position déterminé comme grandeur réglée à l'unité d'entraînement
    d) réalisation d'un mouvement de compensation grâce au réglage de l'entraînement de la chaîne collectrice et/ou du dispositif de reliure de telle sorte qu'un écart de position déterminé soit compensé au début du processus de reliure.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de compensation requis est réalisé au sein d'un cycle de mouvement qui correspond en règle générale à un cycle machine.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de compensation entrepris est de nouveau annulé jusqu'au prochain cycle machine.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de compensation entrepris est pris en considération de manière correspondante lors du mouvement de compensation pour le produit suivant à relier.
  5. Encarteuse-piqueuse dotée d'une chaîne collectrice et d'un dispositif de reliure avec au moins chacun un entraînement séparé, l'encarteuse-piqueuse présentant des moyens servant à détecter la position du produit à relier et une unité d'évaluation pour comparer la position réelle déterminée à la position attendue du produit à relier et une unité de commande qui amène un écart de position déterminé comme grandeur réglée au moins à une unité d'entraînement.
  6. Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que les moyens servant à détecter la position du produit à relier se trouvent directement devant le dispositif de reliure dans le sens de marche de la chaîne collectrice.
  7. Encarteuse-piqueuse selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisée en ce qu'il s'agit d'au moins un détecteur pour les moyens servant à détecter la position du produit à relier.
