Claims (8)

  1. Installation pour la production de corps d'ouvrage brochés constitués de feuillets imprimés (2) pliés, comprenant un dispositif de convoyage (4) qui achemine les feuillets imprimés (2) à califourchon sur une sellette de brochage (3), jusqu'à un emplacement de brochage, et en amont duquel se trouve un dispositif (5) d'amenée desdits feuillets imprimés (2) ; et un dispositif de couture (8) qui est placé à distance latérale de ladite sellette de brochage (3) pouvant être entraînée, de manière oscillante, transversalement par rapport à la direction de convoyage (F) desdits feuillets imprimés (2) acheminés par ledit dispositif de convoyage (4), sellette par laquelle il peut être alimenté en feuillets imprimés (2), ledit dispositif de convoyage (4) étant commandé de telle sorte que la vitesse de convoyage et, de préférence, l'emplacement de brochage desdits feuillets imprimés (2) sur ladite sellette de brochage (3) puissent, respectivement, être modifiés ou adaptés aux différentes propriétés desdits feuillets imprimés, caractérisée par le fait que le dispositif de convoyage (4) est en liaison d'entraînement avec un moteur électrique (10) à angles de rotation pilotés, se présentant comme une commande (S) connectée à un ordinateur (C); et par le fait que ledit ordinateur (C) comporte une mémoire de données (19) dans laquelle des données, correspondant aux formats de différents feuillets imprimés (2), sont stockées et peuvent être transmises à la commande (S) dudit moteur électrique (10), de façon telle que la vitesse de convoyage desdits feuillets imprimés (2), vers ledit emplacement de brochage, puisse être ralentie au moins approximativement jusqu'à zéro sous l'action de ladite commande (S).
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par le fait que la vitesse de convoyage des feuillets imprimés (2) peut être accélérée, par la commande (S), préalablement au ralentissement.
  3. Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait qu'une butée (20), déterminant la position extrême d'un feuillet imprimé (2), est assignée à l'emplacement de brochage sur la sellette de brochage (3).
  4. Installation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée par le fait qu'un capteur (21) connecté à l'ordinateur (C), déterminant respectivement la position extrême ou l'emplacement de brochage d'un feuillet imprimé sur la sellette de brochage, et pointant vers ladite sellette de brochage (3), est assigné audit emplacement de brochage.
  5. Installation selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisée par le fait que la butée (20) et/ou le capteur (21) est/sont fixé(e)(s), avec faculté de réglage, dans la direction de convoyage (F) des feuillets imprimés (2).
  6. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans laquelle le dispositif de convoyage (4) compte deux bandes convoyeuses (6, 7) en révolution, formant un interstice de convoyage par des brins opérants.
  7. Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que le moteur électrique (10) est en liaison d'entraînement avec le dispositif de convoyage (4) par l'entremise d'une transmission intermédiaire (13) à courroie crantée.
  8. Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait qu'une courroie à crantage double, équipant la transmission intermédiaire (13) à courroie crantée, est en liaison d'entraînement avec des roues menantes (15, 16) de galets de renvoi (17, 18) occupant des positions voisines et associés à une bande convoyeuse (6, 7) respective.
