Claims (2)

  1. Encarteuse pour brochures (30) avec
    - un bloc de piqûre (28),
    - un poste de sortie (29) alimenté en fonction du cycle progressivement en brochures piquées,
    - un dispositif de lame de coupe frontale définissant un plan de coupe (31.1) d'un massicot pour la découpe des brochures le long d'une ligne de coupe théorique (31.5) respective avec
    - des composantes de moyens de transport comprenant un éjecteur de brochure (29.2) et un guidage de massicot (31.3) qui transportent les brochures du poste de sortie au dispositif de lames de coupe frontale,
    caractérisée par
    des capteurs (46) qui émettent des signaux définissant les positions de phase de la machine piqueuse (28) et d'une des composantes de moyens de transport et par une commande traitant ces signaux (48) qui commandent l'une des composantes de moyen de transport (29.2 ; 31.3) de sorte que la ligne de coupe théorique (31.5) respective se trouve dans le plan de coupe indépendamment de la largeur de la brochure respective (30 ; 30') en présence d'un angle de phase prédéterminé du bloc de piqûre (28).
  2. Encarteuse selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les composantes de moyens de transport comprennent un éjecteur de brochure et un entraînement d'éjection qui applique à l'éjecteur de brochure un mouvement périodique d'éjection,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'un de capteurs (46) détecte la position de phase de l'entraînement d'éjection (29.4) et la commande (48) pilote l'entraînement d'éjection (29.4).
