Claims (14)
- Dispositif (1) pour fabriquer un produit imprimé qui est formé à partir de plusieurs feuilles imprimées amenées dans un ordre prédéfini et assemblées à califourchon, et qui est relié par agrafage, notamment des magazines, des brochures ou des livres, composé d'un dispositif d'amenée (10) qui présente un dispositif d'ouverture (9) transférant les feuilles imprimées (2) ouvertes sur le tronçon de transport vers un support d'assemblage (12) en mouvement et un dispositif d'agrafage (15) monté en aval du dispositif d'ouverture (9), caractérisé en ce que le support d'assemblage (12) tournant sous le dispositif d'ouverture (9) autour d'un axe de rotation orienté transversalement par rapport à la direction d'amenée (F) des feuilles imprimées (2) passe d'une étape à une autre en se déplaçant d'un poste d'assemblage (11) des feuilles imprimés (2) nécessaires pour former un produit imprimé complet à un poste d'agrafage (14) du dispositif d'agrafage (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont prévus plusieurs supports d'assemblage (12) disposés autour de l'axe de rotation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le segment du tronçon de transport est formé par un tambour de transport (6) présentant plusieurs supports d'assemblage (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le segment du tronçon de transport est formé par au moins un moyen de traction (22, 23) d'un mécanisme de traction tournant autour d'un tambour de renvoi (24), auquel des supports d'assemblage (12) sont fixés à intervalles réguliers.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le poste d'agrafage (14) et un support d'assemblage (12) forment un dispositif d'agrafage (15).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le poste d'agrafage (14) présente un dispositif de cintrage façonnant un segment de fil de fer et un dispositif d'entraînement d'un dispositif d'agrafage (15) formé par une enclume prévue sur le support d'assemblage (12), lequel dispositif d'entraînement fait avancer le segment de fil de fer façonné.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité aval du tronçon de transport est réalisée en tant que sortie faisant suite à un poste d'agrafage (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la sortie débouche dans un dispositif de transport (16, 17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la sortie présente un dispositif de retrait enlevant le produit imprimé (3) du support d'assemblage (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de retrait est réalisé en tant que lame agissant de façon contrôlée sur l'arête intérieure du pli du produit imprimé (3).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 et 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un margeur de couverture pliée (26) est associé au poste d'assemblage (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 et 5 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un margeur de couverture pliée (26) est prévu entre le dispositif d'amenée (10) et le poste d'agrafage (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du dispositif d'amenée (10) est réalisée en tant que dispositif d'ouverture (9) d'un margeur de feuilles (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est relié à un dispositif (28) piloté par ordinateur.
