Claims (13)

  1. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées pour produits imprimés (27) constitués de feuilles imprimées pliées, avec des zones d'assemblage s'étendant parallèlement l'une à l'autre et tournant sans fin transversalement à leur dimension longitudinale, avec des supports (1) en forme de selle sur lesquels les produits imprimés sont assemblés et brochés, ainsi qu'avec un appareil de brochage rotatif (2) dont les têtes de brochage (10) disposées essentiellement en étoile sont entraînées en coïncidence avec les zones d'assemblage dans la région de brochage et présentent chacune un guide d'agrafes (17) à appliquer sur les produits imprimés (27) et un poussoir télescopique (29) engagé dans celui-ci, caractérisée en ce que la trajectoire volante des guides d'agrafes (17) et la trajectoire tournante (26) des supports (1) se coupent et les guides d'agrafes (17) sont basculants dans un support rotatif (8) de l'appareil de brochage (2), autour d'axes de basculement respectifs parallèles à l'axe de rotation de l'appareil de brochage rotatif (2) et en ce que, lors de la rencontre avec les supports (1) dans la région de brochage, rapportée au rayon (R) de leurs axes de basculement, ils peuvent basculer d'une position d'avance (a) à une position de recul (c) et sont maintenus de façon coulissante vers l'intérieur contre une force de rappel (32).
  2. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les guides d'agrafes (17) sont pourvus d'un accessoire de centrage (25) encadrant les supports (1).
  3. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les guides d'agrafes (17) peuvent être actionnés par une commande à séquence contrôlée (13, 14, 15), de telle façon qu'ils pénètrent dans la région de brochage en position d'avance (a) et qu'ils quittent celle-ci en position de recul (c).
  4. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les guides d'agrafes (17) sont montés, dans le support (9), de façon basculante autour d'un tourillon (12) respectif et sont reliés à la commande à séquence (13 - 15) par une articulation (13) disposée de façon excentrée par rapport à ce tourillon (12).
  5. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que plusieurs supports (9) sont disposés l'un à côté de l'autre sur un axe commun (5), à des distances de préférence réglables, les articulations (13) des guides d'agrafes (17) alignés l'un sur l'autre respectivement en direction de cet axe (5) présentant un tourillon d'articulation (14) commun continu, qui est de préférence guidé à ses deux extrémités dans une fente fixe de commande (15) de la commande à séquence (13 - 15).
  6. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que les guides d'agrafes (17) sont guidés de façon coulissante respectivement dans un corps de tête de brochage (11) et s'appuient sur une butée (23) du corps (11) opposée à la force de rappel (18), tandis que les poussoirs (29) engagés dans ceux-ci sont soutenus vers l'intérieur par une contre-butée (33) du corps (11).
  7. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les guides d'agrafes (17) et les poussoirs (29) engagés dans ceux-ci constituent des unités de montage respectives pouvant s'extraire du corps (11), du fait qu'ils sont écartés l'un de l'autre sous l'action d'un ressort (32) placé entre eux, mais sous l'action duquel ils peuvent cependant être appuyés l'un sur l'autre, à la manière d'une liaison de remorquage, au moyen d'une butée respectivement d'une contre-butée (31, 30).
  8. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que les butées (23) associées aux guides d'agrafes (17) sont constituées par des verrous déblocables (24), où il est prévu dans les corps (11) des têtes de brochage des contre-appuis (21) à ressort, qui s'accrochent à ceux-ci en position de verrouillage des guides d'agrafes (17), et qui peuvent au contraire coulisser jusqu'à une limite lors de l'enlèvement des guides d'agrafes (17).
  9. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 6 ou 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que les poussoirs (29) peuvent être actionnés au moyen d'une commande à séquence (35, 36) réagissant lors du passage des guides d'agrafes (17) de la position d'avance (a) à la position de recul (c).
  10. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que les poussoirs (29) portent à leur extrémité libre un galet de guidage (35), qui coopère avec un coulisseau de commande (36) ancrée, de préférence par un ressort (38), au support (9).
  11. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisée en ce que, se succédant dans le sens de rotation du support ou des supports (9), sont disposés l'un à la suite de l'autre un distributeur de fil pour agrafes (40, 41) et un coulisseau de pliage local du fil (43), ce dernier présentant un tracé s'engageant progressivement dans la trajectoire volante des guides d'agrafes (17) entre deux bras de guidage (171) de celui-ci et s'étendant dans la région de l'intersection de la trajectoire volante des guides d'agrafes (17) et de la trajectoire tournante (26) des supports (1).
  12. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que des doigts de pliage (39) disposés à l'intérieur des supports (1) peuvent être actionnés par une commande à séquence en synchronisme avec la commande des poussoirs (35, 36).
  13. Assembleuse et brocheuse combinées suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu, en plus du ou des support(s) (9), des rotors de centrage (28), qui présentent des supports (10'), disposés et commandés en correspondance avec les corps (11) de guides d'agrafes, pour des accessoires de centrage (17') encadrant les supports (1) et pouvant coulisser contre une force de rappel.
