Solche Einrichtungen sind an Fadenheftmaschinen zur Herstellung fadengehefteter Buchblocks bekannt. So u.a. bei einer Fadenheftmaschine INVENTA der Müller Martini Buchbindesysteme AG. Hierbei werden die Druckbogen einzeln am Förderende der ebenfalls sattelförmigen Zuführvorrichtung von der dem Heftsattel zugeordneten Fördervorrichtung erfasst und in eine Heftposition auf dem Heftsattel versetzt. Sobald der Druckbogen die Heftposition erreicht hat, wird der Reibungsschluss zwischen den den Druckbogen auf dem Heftsattel transportierenden Bändern der Fördervorrichtung gelöst und der Heftsattel mit dem Druckbogen in die Nähposition der Nähvorrichtung geschwenkt.
Diese weitgehend unelastische Antriebsverbindung zum Transport der Druckbogen gestattet keine präzise Positionierung der für einen Buchblock bestimmten Druckbogen auf dem Heftsattel und es leidet daran die Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit beim Aneinandernähen der Druckbogen. Die Druckbogen 2 werden rittlings auf dem Zuförderer 5 abgesetzt und taktweise in Förderrichtung F von einem nicht ersichtlichen, umlaufenden Zugorgan, an dem auf die Druckbogen stossend einwirkende Mitnehmer befestigt sind, weitertransportiert.
Die in Förderrichtung F an den Zuförderer 5 stufenlos anschliessende Einrichtung 1 -auch als Einschubeinrichtung bekannt-, die im Querschnitt satteldachförmig ausgebildet ist, erfasst und transportiert den vom Zuförderer 5 ankommenden Druckbogen 2 mittels der Fördervorrichtung 4, die durch zwei benachbarte, umlaufende Förderbänder gebildet ist, in eine Heftposition, die der Heftlage des Druckbogens 2 in einer seitlich der Fördervorrichtung angeordneten Nähvorrichtung 8 entspricht.
Die Nähvorrichtung 8 ist schematisch durch Nähnadeln -üblicherweise bilden eine Durchstich- und eine Hakennadel ein Nähnadelpaar- gezeigt und der Nähvorgang ist beispielsweise in den EP - B - 0 537 106 und 0 603 126 beschrieben.

  1.   5. Apparatus according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that the stop member (20) and/or the sensor (21) are or is secured so as to be adjustable in the conveying direction (F) of the printed sheets (2).
