Claims (12)
- Procédé pour fabriquer un corps de livre pour des livres, des brochures ou analogue à partir de feuillets imprimés pliés cousus au fil textile du côté du pli, qui sont transférés de façon accélérée, les uns à la suite des autres, par un convoyeur d'amenée sur lequel ils reposent à califourchon en ayant leurs parties latérales dirigées vers le bas, sur un dispositif d'alimentation coopérant avec une brocheuse disposée perpendiculairement au pli des feuillets imprimés, puis arrivent sur ledit dispositif d'alimentation et sont mis dans la position de brochage, avant d'être acheminés vers la brocheuse pour être cousus avec un autre feuillet imprimé afin de former un corps de livre, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation est déplacé vers la brocheuse avant qu'un feuillet imprimé n'ait atteint la position de brochage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'après avoir dépassé l'extrémité arrière du dispositif d'alimentation par rapport au sens d'alimentation, le feuillet imprimé est déplacé par ce dernier vers la brocheuse.
- Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, qui est composé d'une brocheuse (8) cousant des feuillets imprimés (2) entre eux au niveau du pli et d'un dispositif d'alimentation (5) coopérant avec cette dernière, qui déplace le feuillet imprimé (2) transféré de façon accélérée d'un convoyeur d'amenée (1) et mis dans la position de brochage dans une position de brochage perpendiculaire à la position précédente et qui présente un dispositif d'accélération (6) saisissant la feuillet imprimé (2) à l'extrémité du convoyeur d'amenée (1) et le mettant dans la position de brochage, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (5) pouvant être déplacé vers la brocheuse (8) présente un tronçon de transport avant par rapport au sens d'arrivée des feuillets imprimés (2) qui est réalisé en tant que sellette de brochage dégageable (14) pouvant être déplacée dans la position de brochage de la brocheuse (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation présente un tronçon d'entrée (19) situé en amont de la sellette de brochage (14) par rapport au sens d'arrivée d'un feuillet imprimé (2).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la sellette de brochage (14) est montée sur le dispositif d'alimentation (5) de façon à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe parallèle au pli d'un feuillet imprimé (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (5) est monté de façon à pouvoir être entraíné en pivotement parallèlement à l'axe de pivotement de la sellette de brochage (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un servomoteur à fraction de tour associé à la sellette de brochage (14) et au dispositif d'alimentation (5) est relié à un dispositif de commande.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande pour modifier les pivotements de la sellette de brochage (14) et du dispositif d'alimentation (5) est réglable et ajustable.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la sellette de brochage (14) en route vers la position de brochage de la brocheuse (8) est commandée en étant dégagée du dispositif d'alimentation (5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que, lorsque la sellette de brochage (14) est en position de brochage, le dispositif d'alimentation (5) présente une position de maintien en retrait par rapport au sens d'avance.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'alimentation (5) est ramené dans la position de départ avant la sellette de brochage (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de maintien (16) placé au-dessus du dispositif d'alimentation (5) est associé au support du pli de la sellette de brochage (14) dégagée du dispositif d'alimentation (5) ou se trouvant dans la position de brochage.
