Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour la fabrication de livres ou de brochures présentant un corps d'ouvrage cousu, constitué de feuilles imprimées regroupées, qui est assemblé à une couverture par une feuille de garde respective collée sur le côté avant et le côté arrière à proximité du pli d'une feuille imprimée, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles de garde constituent le début et la fin du processus de regroupement des feuilles imprimées destinées à un corps d'ouvrage, et elles sont, avec les feuilles imprimées, à nouveau déliassées et apportées au processus prévu de couture, ou en ce que les feuilles de garde sont introduites dans le processus de traitement après le déliassage des feuilles imprimées regroupées en un corps d'ouvrage et avant le processus de couture.

  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le processus de collage pour une feuille de garde s'effectue pendant, avant ou après le piquage de la première ou, respectivement, dernière feuille imprimée d'un corps d'ouvrage.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de garde ou feuille imprimée est, lors du processus de collage, pressée contre les feuilles imprimées ou feuilles de garde.
  6. Installation pour la fabrication de livres ou de brochures présentant un corps d'ouvrage cousu, constitué de feuilles imprimées regroupées, qui est assemblé à une couverture par une feuille de garde respective collée sur le côté avant et le côté arrière à proximité du pli d'une feuille imprimée, constituée d'un dispositif de regroupement (1) avec plusieurs presseurs (5 à 7) pour les feuilles imprimées, disposés le long d'un parcours collecteur (2), et d'un dispositif de déliassage (14) pour les feuilles imprimées (10 à 12), qui est cycliquement enclenché entre le dispositif de regroupement (1) et une machine de couture consécutive (26), caractérisée en ce qu'un presseur respectif (3, 4) pour une feuille de garde (8, 9) précède et suit, sur le parcours collecteur (2), les presseurs (5 à 7) du dispositif de regroupement (1), ou en ce qu'un presseur respectif (3, 4) pour une feuille de garde (8, 9) fait suite au dispositif de déliassage (14).
  7. Installation selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif de soutien et/ou de retenue, pouvant être entraíné, est prévu pour recevoir à l'état collé et pour maintenir les feuilles de garde (8, 9).
  8. Installation selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce qu'un dispositif d'application de colle (25) est prévu le long d'une sellette auxiliaire (24) du dispositif de couture qui précède la sellette de couture (19).
