Claims (19)

  1. Procédé pour la production au moins partiellement synchronisée de produits imprimés reliés, tels que des livres, des revues, des magazines, par le brochage de feuilles imprimées dans la zone du dos d'une liasse constituée ou par piquage à l'aide d'agrafes des arêtes de pliage de feuilles imprimées encartées, lesquelles proviennent d'une bande de papier ou sont des feuilles individuelles imprimées recto-verso de façon séquentielle par voie numérique, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier ou les feuilles individuelles imprimées sont coupées transversalement pour former des feuilles imprimées et pliées transversalement, puis, au cours de l'étape suivante, lesdites feuilles imprimées sont amenées soit vers une agrafeuse, soit vers une brocheuse située à l'opposé via des lignes de transport qui sont disposées perpendiculairement à la direction de transport.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de papier ou les feuilles individuelles imprimées sont munies d'un pli longitudinal avant la coupure transversale.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles imprimées pliées transversalement sont munies d'un pli longitudinal avant le brochage ou l'agrafage.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le pli longitudinal est réalisé au moyen d'un cône ou d'un triangle.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le pli transversal est réalisé au moyen d'une lame.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le pli longitudinal est réalisé au moyen d'une lame.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, pour le brochage, les feuilles imprimées sont assemblées en piles constituant une liasse.
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, pour l'agrafage, les feuilles imprimées sont encartées pour former des produits intermédiaires.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les feuilles imprimées présentent toute la largeur de la bande.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le changement de format d'une feuille et/ou de l'impression et/ou de la position d'un pli est distante dans le temps d'une modification déjà réalisée.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la modification intervient pendant le fonctionnement.
  12. Dispositif pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, comprenant une station de dévidage (3) pour la bande de papier (2) à dévider d'une bobine ou un dispositif d'alimentation pour amener des feuilles individuelles, un mécanisme d'impression (4, 5) imprimant par voie numérique des images ou du texte sur au moins un côté de la bande de papier (2) amenée ou des feuilles individuelles amenées, et un dispositif de coupe transversale (8) pour débiter la bande de papier imprimée en feuilles individuelles pour, ultérieurement, les brocher ou les encarter et les piquer, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de pliage (10) réalisant un pli orienté transversalement par rapport à la direction de transport des feuilles imprimées est monté en aval du dispositif de coupe transversale (8), ainsi qu'une brocheuse (21), une encarteuse-piqueuse (15) et deux lignes de transport (12, 13) opposées et perpendiculaires à la direction de transport qui permettent d'acheminer les feuilles imprimées pliées soit vers la brocheuse (21), soit vers l'encarteuse-piqueuse.
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de pliage (7) réalisant un pli longitudinal est monté en amont du dispositif de coupe transversale (8).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de pliage (11) réalisant un pli longitudinal est associé aux lignes de transport (12,13).
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de transport (13) associée au processus de brochage présente une assembleuse (19) assemblant les feuilles imprimées (14) en liasses (20).
  16. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de transport (12) associée au processus d'encartage et de piquage présente un support de transport en forme de sellette assemblant les feuilles imprimées (14) à califourchon pour en faire des produits intermédiaires, et une piqueuse (17) montée en aval.
  17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 12 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'il est relié à un dispositif de commande (31).
  18. Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de commande (31) présente une commande de ligne (32) qui est chaque fois reliée à une commande de machine (33) associée à une station de traitement.
  19. Dispositif selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que la commande de machine (33) d'une station de traitement présente chaque fois au moins un moteur électrique pouvant être commandé qui forme avec une unité de commande une unité d'entraînement.
