Claims (15)

  1. Procédé pour ajouter un encart (B) à des produits imprimés (P) qui sont transportés sensiblement en continu dans un flux de transport, lesdits produits imprimés (P) étant pliés ou reliés et comportant, de ce fait, chacun un bord plié ou bord arrière, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (P) sont transportés dans le flux de transport avec des bords pliés ou bords arrière orientés transversalement ou en oblique par rapport à une direction de transport (F) et sont transportés à travers un poste d'encartage (Z) dans une zone d'encartage en étant maintenus individuellement par des pinces (6, 6") au niveau des bords pliés ou bords arrière, au niveau de bords opposés aux bords pliés ou bords arrière ou au niveau des deux bords contigus au bord plié ou bord arrière, en ce que les encarts (B), pliés le long d'un pli (8), sont acheminés les uns après les autres dans le poste d'encartage (Z) et sont ensuite ouverts, et en ce que sur le bord plié ou bord arrière de chaque produit imprimé (P), transporté à travers le poste d'encartage (Z), est déposé un encart (B) ouvert, de telle sorte que le pli (8) de l'encart (B) est aligné sur le bord plié ou bord arrière du produit imprimé (P).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (P), maintenus individuellement au niveau de leurs bords pliés ou bords arrière par les pinces (6) d'un transporteur de produits imprimés (1), sont transportés vers la zone d'encartage, à travers la zone d'encartage et hors de la zone d'encartage, et en ce que les encarts sont déposés à côté des pinces (6).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (P), maintenus individuellement par les pinces (6) d'un transporteur de produits imprimés (1) au niveau du bord opposé au bord plié ou bord arrière ou au niveau des deux bords contigus au bord plié ou bord arrière, sont transportés vers la zone d'encartage, à travers la zone d'encartage et hors de la zone d'encartage.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les produits imprimés (P), maintenus individuellement par les pinces (6) d'un transporteur de produits imprimés (1) au niveau du bord plié ou bord arrière, sont transportés vers la zone d'encartage et hors de la zone d'encartage, et en ce que, pour le transport à travers la zone d'encartage, ils sont maintenus par les pinces (6") d'un transporteur auxiliaire (20) au niveau de leur bord opposé au bord plié ou bord arrière ou au niveau des deux bords contigus au bord plié ou bord arrière.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les encarts (B) sont acheminés vers le poste d'encartage (Z) les uns derrière les autres et avec les plis (8) en aval, ou en ce que les encarts (B) sont acheminés vers le poste d'encartage (Z) en étant maintenus individuellement dans la zone du pli (8).
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les encarts (B) comportent une ligne de pliage (9) potentielle, parallèle au pli (8) et écartée de ce dernier, et sont pliés le long de cette ligne de pliage (9) potentielle au moment de la pose sur les bords pliés ou bords arrière des produits imprimés.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les encarts (B) sont fixés sur les bords pliés ou bords arrière des produits imprimés (P), la fixation étant effectuée de préférence au moyen d'une colle, ladite colle étant déposée en amont du poste d'encartage (Z) sur le côté avant ou le côté arrière du produit imprimé (P) dans la zone du bord plié ou bord arrière ou sur le bord plié ou bord arrière, ou la fixation étant effectuée de préférence par agrafage.
  8. Dispositif pour ajouter respectivement un encart (B) à des produits imprimés (P) munis d'un bord plié ou bord arrière, ledit dispositif comportant des moyens de transport pour le transport sensiblement continu des produits imprimés (P) dans un flux de transport avec une orientation prédéfinie des bords pliés ou bords arrière, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport sont munis de pinces (6, 6") au moyen desquelles les produits imprimés (P) peuvent être transportés à travers un poste d'encartage (Z) dans une zone d'encartage dans un flux de transport en ayant les bords pliés ou bords arrière orientés transversalement ou en oblique par rapport à une direction de transport (F) et en étant maintenus individuellement au niveau de leurs bords pliés ou bords arrière, au niveau de bords opposés aux bords pliés ou bords arrière ou aux deux bords contigus aux bords pliés ou bords arrière, et en ce que ledit dispositif comporte, en outre, un moyen d'acheminement des encarts (2) et un moyen d'ouverture des encarts (3), qui sont équipés pour l'acheminement des encarts (B), pliés le long d'un pli (8), vers le poste d'encartage (Z) et pour l'ouverture des encarts (B) acheminés, ledit moyen d'acheminement des encarts (2) et ledit moyen d'ouverture des encarts (3) étant disposés et pouvant être exploités de telle sorte qu'un encart (B) ouvert peut être déposé dans le poste d'encartage (Z) sur le bord plié ou bord arrière de chaque produit imprimé (P) transporté à travers le poste d'encartage (Z), ledit pli (8) étant aligné sur les bords pliés ou bords arrière.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport pour le transport des produits imprimés (P) comportent un seul transporteur de produits imprimés (1) avec des pinces (6).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur de produits imprimés (1) et le moyen d'acheminement des encarts (2) sont disposés de telle sorte que les produits imprimés (P) peuvent être transportés en étant maintenus par les pinces (6) au niveau de leurs bords pliés ou bords arrière et les encarts (B) peuvent être déposés à côté des pinces (6).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur de produits imprimés (1) et le moyen d'acheminement des encarts (2) sont disposés de telle sorte que les produits imprimés (P) peuvent être transportés en étant maintenus au niveau des bords opposés aux bords pliés ou bords arrière ou au niveau des deux bords contigus au bord plié ou bord arrière et les encarts peuvent être déposés sur les bords pliés ou bords arrière des produits imprimés (P).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport, destinés à transporter les produits imprimés, comportent un transporteur de produits imprimés (1) avec des pinces (6) et un transporteur auxiliaire (20) avec d'autres pinces (6"), les deux transporteurs étant disposés de telle sorte que les produits imprimés (P) peuvent être transportés par le transporteur de produits imprimés (1) vers la zone d'encartage et hors de celle-ci et en ce que les produits imprimés (P) peuvent être réceptionnés en amont du poste d'encartage (Z) par le transporteur auxiliaire (20) et peuvent être transmis à nouveau au transporteur de produits imprimés (1) en aval du poste d'encartage (Z).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le transporteur de produits imprimés (1) et le transporteur auxiliaire (20) sont disposés de telle sorte que les bords pliés ou bords arrière des produits imprimés (P) peuvent être saisis par les pinces (6) du transporteur de produits imprimés (1) et le bord opposé au bord plié ou bord arrière ou les deux bords contigus au bord plié ou bord arrière peuvent être saisis par les autres pinces (6") du transporteur auxiliaire, et en ce que les produits imprimés (P) peuvent être amenés à distance des pinces (6) du transporteur de produits imprimés (1) en vue du transport à travers le poste d'encartage (Z).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les autres pinces (6") sont équipées pour saisir les deux bords contigus aux bords pliés ou bords arrière et en ce que, pour amener les produits imprimés (P) à distance des pinces (6) du transporteur de produits imprimés (1), ledit transporteur de produits imprimés (1) comporte dans la zone d'encartage une courbure l'écartant du transporteur auxiliaire (20) ou ledit transporteur de produits imprimés (1) et ledit transporteur auxiliaire (20) sont situés à distance uniforme l'un de l'autre et les autres pinces (6") du transporteur de produits imprimés (1) peuvent être déplacées dans la zone d'encartage transversalement à la direction de transport.
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que les autres pinces (6") sont équipées pour saisir les bords opposés aux bords pliés ou bords arrière et en ce que la trajectoire de transport du transporteur auxiliaire (20) comporte une boucle pour amener les produits imprimés (P) à distance.
