Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif de formation de corps de livre, à savoir de corps de livre collés ou non collés à partir de signatures imprimées dans une machine d'impression située en amont ou de signatures préalablement imprimées réalisées dans un cycle situé en amont, comportant :
    un premier dispositif de convoyage (19) qui prend en charge des signatures imprimées par la machine d'impression située en amont ;
    au moins un aiguillage à signatures (20) associé au premier dispositif de convoyage (19) ;
    plusieurs deuxièmes dispositifs de convoyage (21), chacune des signatures transportées par le premier dispositif de convoyage (19) pouvant être acheminée en fonction de la position de l'aiguillage ou de chaque aiguillage à signatures (20) respectivement vers un des plusieurs deuxièmes dispositifs de convoyage (21); et
    plusieurs formeurs de corps de livre (22), un formeur de corps de livre (22) étant respectivement associé à un dispositif de convoyage sur deux (21), les signatures faisant partie du même corps de livre pouvant être acheminées vers chaque formeur de corps de livre (22) en fonction de la position de l'aiguillage ou de chaque aiguillage à signatures (20) à l'aide du deuxième dispositif de convoyage (21) coopérant avec le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22) ;

    au moins un aiguillage à signatures (20) associé au premier dispositif de convoyage (19) ;
    plusieurs deuxièmes dispositifs de convoyage (21), chacune des signatures transportées par le premier dispositif de convoyage (19) pouvant être acheminée en fonction de la position de l'aiguillage ou de chaque aiguillage à signatures (20) respectivement vers un des plusieurs deuxièmes dispositifs de convoyage (21) ; et
    plusieurs formeurs de corps de livre (22), un formeur de corps de livre (22) étant respectivement associé à un dispositif de convoyage sur deux (21), les signatures faisant partie du même corps de livre pouvant être acheminées vers chaque formeur de corps de livre (22) en fonction de la position de l'aiguillage ou de chaque aiguillage à signatures (20) à l'aide du deuxième dispositif de convoyage (21) coopérant avec le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22) ;
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente plusieurs bras (23), étant associé à chaque formeur de corps de livre (22) respectivement un bras (23) qui prend en charge les corps de livre formés dans le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22), après déblocage par le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22), sur celui-ci ;
    un troisième dispositif de convoyage (24) sur lequel les corps de livre peuvent être déposés à l'aide des bras (23) et qui achemine les corps de livre vers un dispositif de dépôt (25),
    chaque formeur de corps de livre (22) présentant un dispositif de compression (31) à l'aide duquel le corps de livre formé dans le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22) peut être compressé et ainsi compacté du moins par endroits.
  4. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par au moins un dispositif d'application de colle (41) à l'aide duquel de la colle peut être appliquée sur les signatures à réunir en un corps de livre.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le ou chaque dispositif d'application de colle (41) est disposé en amont du formeur de corps de livre (22).
  6. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les formeurs de corps de livre (22) ont un format variable en ce qui concerne la longueur de corps de livre et/ou la largeur de corps de livre et/ou l'épaisseur de corps de livre, des signatures ayant une largeur de format et une hauteur de format défini pouvant être réunies dans ceux-ci en un corps de livre d'une épaisseur de format définie à format variable.
