Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif de formation de corps de livre, à savoir de corps de livre collés ou non collés à partir de signatures imprimées dans une machine d'impression située en amont ou de signatures préalablement imprimées réalisées dans un cycle situé en amont, comportant :
    un premier dispositif de convoyage (19) qui prend en charge des signatures imprimées par la machine d'impression située en amont ;
    au moins un aiguillage à signatures (20) associé au premier dispositif de convoyage (19);
    plusieurs deuxièmes dispositifs de convoyage (21), chacune des signatures transportées par le premier dispositif de convoyage (19) pouvant être acheminée en fonction de la position de l'aiguillage ou de chaque aiguillage à signatures (20) respectivement vers un des plusieurs deuxièmes dispositifs de convoyage (21) ; et
    plusieurs formeurs de corps de livre (22), un formeur de corps de livre (22) étant respectivement associé à un dispositif de convoyage sur deux (21), les signatures faisant partie du même corps de livre pouvant être acheminées vers chaque formeur de corps de livre (22) en fonction de la position de l'aiguillage ou de chaque aiguillage à signatures (20) à l'aide du deuxième dispositif de convoyage (21) coopérant avec le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22) ;
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente plusieurs bras (23), étant associé à chaque formeur de corps de livre (22) respectivement un bras (23) qui prend en charge les corps de livre formés dans le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22), après déblocage par le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22), sur celui-ci ;
    un troisième dispositif de de convoyage (24) sur lequel les corps de livre peuvent être déposés à l'aide des bras (23) et qui achemine les corps de livre vers un dispositif de dépôt (25).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le premier dispositif de convoyage (19) est orienté horizontalement et transporte dans le sens horizontal des signatures imprimées individualisées et le cas échéant pliées.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le troisième dispositif de convoyage (24) est orienté horizontalement en-dessous du premier dispositif de convoyage (19) et transporte les corps de livre dans le sens horizontal.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes dispositifs de convoyage (21) sont respectivement orientés obliquement de haut en bas entre le premier dispositif de convoyage (19) et les formeurs de corps de livre (22) .
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes dispositifs de convoyage (21) sont réalisés de manière à pouvoir être superposés au niveau des mêmes signatures avant leur introduction dans le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22).
  6. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 bis 5, caractérisé en ce que les formeurs de corps de livre (22) ont un format variable du point de vue de la longueur du corps de livre et/ou de la largeur du corps de livre et/ou de l'épaisseur du corps de livre, sachant que des signatures ayant une largeur de format et une hauteur de format définies peuvent être réunies avec un format variable en un corps de livre à épaisseur de format définie dans ceux-ci.
  7. Dispositif selon une des revendications 1 à , caractérisé en ce que chaque formeur de corps de livre (22) présente une butée (27) qui peut passer d'une première position dans laquelle des signatures faisant partie d'un corps de livre peuvent être regroupées au niveau de celle-ci et une seconde position dans laquelle celle-ci débloque un corps de livre formé dans le formeur de corps de livre et qu'est associé à chaque formeur de corps de livre (22) un convoyeur de corps de livre (28) qui, dans la seconde position de la butée (27) du formeur de corps de livre, achemine le corps de livre formé dans celui-ci en partant du formeur de corps de livre (22) vers le bras (23) coopérant avec celui-ci.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque convoyeur de corps de livre (28) se présente sous forme d'un tiroir qui tire le corps de livre formé dans le formeur de corps de livre respectif (22) par son extrémité arrière hors du formeur de corps de livre respectif en direction du bras (23) coopérant avec le formeur de corps de livre respectif.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque convoyeur de corps de livre (28) se présente sous forme d'une butée avec laquelle le corps de livre formé dans le formeur de corps de livre respectifs (22) est en contact par une extrémité avant.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le convoyeur de corps de livre (28) ou un dispositif de serrage supplémentaire coopérant avec celui-ci serre le corps de livre respectifs à tirer par son extrémité arrière ou son extrémité avant.
