Nach einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist jeder Ableger zwischen einer ersten Position, in welcher demselben ausgehend von dem mit demselben zusammenwirkenden Buchblockbildner ein Buchblock zuführbar ist, und einer zweiten Position, in welcher von demselben einen Buchblock auf der dritten Fördereinrichtung ablegbar ist, überführbar. Vorzugsweise ist der Anschlag des jeweiligen Buchblockbildners ausschließlich dann von der ersten Position in die zweite Position überführbar, wenn der mit dem jeweiligen Buchblockbildner zusammenwirkende Ableger in die erste Position überführt ist.
