Claims (4)
- Installation de rivetage utilisant des rivets poinçonnants pour grouper le rivetage d'éléments de fixation (1) sur des éléments de carrosserie (2, 3) en tôle préformée, en particulier bruts, comprenant- un outil de serrage (4) composé de parties (5, 6) supérieure et inférieure, mobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre dans leur course et appuyées sur le contour de l'élément en tôle en conformité de surface dans la position fermée,- plusieurs unités de pose de rivets (7) disposées dans les positions de rivetage de chaque élément de fixation avec à chaque fois un poinçon de rivetage (16) disposé sur l'une des parties de l'outil et une matrice de rivetage correspondante (10) sur l'autre partie de l'outil, et, comprenant- un entraînement linéaire actionnant les unités de pose de rivets conjointement dans la direction de la course de rivetage lorsque les parties (5, 6) de l'outil se trouvent dans la position fermée respectivement après l'admission d'un élément de fixation (1),caractérisée en ce que
le poinçon de rivetage (16) et la matrice de rivetage (10) d'au moins une unité de pose de rivets (7) sont, dans le sens de rivetage, décalés angulairement par rapport à la direction de la course (H) de l'entraînement linéaire et l'unité de pose de rivets est couplée à l'entraînement linéaire par une cinématique d'inversion de course (12, 19, 20, 21 ; 18, 22, 23, 25). - Installation de rivetage utilisant des rivets poinçonnants selon la revendication 1,
