Definitions

  • the invention relates to a laboratory device according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a generic laboratory device is eg in GB 2 431 570 A disclosed.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to develop a laboratory device which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and enables in a simple manner a flexible use of a laboratory space. If possible, the laboratory device should be simple in design, robust, easy to handle and inexpensive.
  • the invention relates to a laboratory device according to claim 1.
  • An advantage of such an embodiment is that teaching or teaching rooms with such a laboratory device allow multiple use with different teaching or teaching. These lesson types include classical frontal teaching, work in small work groups, and work in experimental groups in science subjects.
  • the laboratory bench according to the invention can be stowed in the inner cabinet space of the cabinet.
  • the cabinet forms a kind of garage for the laboratory bench.
  • Tables and chairs are then easily and suitably adjustable, eg in rows.
  • the combination of laboratory bench and cabinet also has the advantage that a complete, but also very compact unit exists.
  • the terminals of the laboratory bench can always remain fully connected, e.g. Electricity, water, sewage, gases, media, etc.
  • all supply and disposal lines and cables should be connected to the cabinet. From the cabinet to the laboratory bench, these can be routed to the fittings and built-in sockets provided by the laboratory bench.
  • the leads and cables pass closely past the axis of rotation or are passed through the axis of rotation. This is a clear guide and the durability of the cables and lines is calculable and high, kinking and damage by handling are prevented.
  • a braking means between the laboratory bench and the floor and / or a locking means between the laboratory bench and the cabinet may be provided.
  • the design of a cabinet usually includes a front, a back, an upper side, side walls and a bottom side.
  • a cabinet floor is not mandatory, because the bottom side is closed by the footprint.
  • both sideboards and highboards are suitable as cabinet types. Highboards provide additional storage space, especially for teaching materials and lab utensils. However, they can usually only be placed on walls. Sideboards can be set more flexibly in the room because you can overlook them even when seated at the appropriate height. Sideboards are therefore suitable, for example, for placing in front of a wall, a window front or freely in the room, e.g. in the space axis.
  • the axis of rotation is aligned geodetically vertically. Consequently, the laboratory bench can be swiveled horizontally. All loose items in, on or on the bench must therefore not be secured against pivoting or cleared away. Test setups can thus remain built up to the next teaching unit and can be swiveled into the interior of the cabinet. This protects the experimental setup in the cabinet against access. Also protruding monitors, swivel arms and the like can be easily folded.
  • a further embodiment of the invention provides that the laboratory bench is pivotable about the axis of rotation by at least 80 degrees.
  • the laboratory bench is very far out of the closet and is easily accessible for people.
  • several people can be arranged around the laboratory bench.
  • pivoting by at least 90 degrees is possible.
  • the laboratory bench has a support means for supporting on a floor (in particular the floor), which is arranged in the second pivot position outside the cabinet space.
  • Laboratory benches can have a considerable weight.
  • the axis of rotation and the laboratory bench can be formed inexpensively and with low rigidity.
  • a tipping is prevented.
  • the laboratory bench has rollers for support on the floor, in particular the floor.
  • the laboratory bench is easily swiveled.
  • the bench is sustainable in any position between the first and second pivot positions with a roller.
  • the roller sits at the opposite end of the axis of rotation of the laboratory bench.
  • the laboratory bench has at least two rollers, so that, together with the axis of rotation, at least one three-point bearing of the laboratory bench results relative to the floor. Accordingly, the laboratory bench is then stable and does not tilts.
  • a roller is combined with a recess in the cabinet bottom or a bottomless cabinet. Then the roll does not have to be guided over a step when swiveling the bench.
  • laboratory benches provide that they have at least one of the following connections: a liquid drain, an air outlet or a switching element (for example a button) and / or one of the following features: a desktop camera or a microscope.
  • a laboratory bench can be supplemented by a task light, a computer, a monitor, a network connection, an image signal connection, a switching element for switching image signal sources and / or a (desktop) camera.
  • a work surface is optional insofar as it can also be provided by separate work tables of the laboratory device. These work tables should also be for
  • Frontal teaching be suitable. Especially for chemical experiments, it is helpful to provide a chemically resistant work surface on the laboratory bench.
  • a basic equipment with a power connection, a water connection with faucet, a liquid drain, a basin and a gas connection is suitable.
  • This basic equipment could be supplemented by a gas vent, although experiments are carried out in which toxic or unpleasant gases could arise.
  • microscopes can also be accommodated externally and set up as required. Storage space can be provided by the cabinet and / or the laboratory bench.
  • the laboratory bench can be designed in such a way that all the necessary equipment is available for teaching science.
  • Modern forms of teaching are increasingly integrating new means of communication in the classroom, so that it makes sense to supplement the laboratory bench with a computer, a monitor, a network connection, an image signal connection, other image signal inputs and / or outputs, switching elements for switching image signal sources and / or a camera can be.
  • the laboratory device comprises several laboratory benches in a room, it is possible to communicate with one another via the equipment with image signal connections, camera and screen. This allows individual students or teachers to easily share content, such as work instructions or results.
  • the camera is mounted on a maneuverable arm to be able to be flexibly positioned.
  • each lab bench can be equipped with up to 5 HDMI inputs, where students can connect a notebook or tablet computer.
  • content could then be shared, for example, with other playback devices, such as monitor the lab bench, a central room monitor, a beamer or a smartboard.
  • a flexible swiveling camera would be suitable, among other things, to share a real-time image with the individual workplaces at the laboratory bench, the teacher or a central room monitor.
  • devices for wireless transmissions of Image and sound can be integrated on the basis of current and future standards, such as MiraCast, Apple TV or WiDi.
  • a further embodiment of the invention provides that the cabinet has a cabinet door.
  • a cabinet door is suitable for producing a harmonious and high-quality visible side of the laboratory device.
  • the cabinet door should at least be able to close the cabinet together with a wall of the laboratory bench, except for this, however, provided open shelves in the cabinet.
  • the cabinet door conceals the laboratory bench in the first pivot position, in particular completely.
  • the bench can be made flexible, because it is not required as a closure element for a part of the cabinet.
  • an embodiment in which the cabinet in the second pivot position of the laboratory bench is at least partially closable with the cabinet door.
  • the cabinet door is in a non-interfering position and allows a large work area around the bench.
  • the cabinet door consists of several door elements. These can be two segments. Then, for example, one of the segments can be folded away to the rear, so that the second segment can close the cabinet in the second pivot position.
  • a door type is also referred to as a hinged door. However, it may also be a multi-part sliding door, which are pushed back after swinging the laboratory bench.
  • roller shutters from a variety of segments can be used.
  • Particularly space-saving is a variant of the laboratory device in which the axis of rotation is arranged on one side of the cabinet and a hinge of the cabinet door on the opposite side of the cabinet.
  • the bench can then be almost the same length as the cabinet is wide.
  • several cabinets with laboratory bench can be accommodated and there are more workplaces available.
  • an optional supplement to the laboratory device provides that the cabinet door has a support roller for supporting on a floor, in particular the floor. That's it possible to store relatively long doors stable, without having to make the cabinet and the door hinge very stiff. Because the laboratory bench is swung out, it makes sense to store the cabinet door exclusively on one side of the cabinet, so that the cabinet door extends over the entire cabinet width.
  • a variant of the invention is particularly advantageous, in which the laboratory bench has an internal storage space.
  • a particularly flexible space concept offers a laboratory device in which the laboratory bench has an adjusting edge, to which at least one working table can be set in the second pivoting position.
  • the laboratory bench has an adjusting edge, to which at least one working table can be set in the second pivoting position.
  • at least a part of the work tables, which are necessary in a Frontallehre also used in the practical teaching content at the laboratory bench. Consequently, the desks do not need to be set aside.
  • available work space is used, which does not have to be part of the laboratory bench.
  • the laboratory bench and the cabinet can be configured in a correspondingly compact manner.
  • the outer shape of the laboratory bench determines the preferred table type of the work tables.
  • a rectangular basic shape or, for example, a regular polygonal headboard are suitable for the laboratory bench.
  • a rectangular laboratory bench can be supplemented by using (classic) rectangular work tables.
  • trapezoidal work tables are suitable for pitching to create a closed, polygonal work surface around the head end.
  • octagonal work tables can also be used.
  • a laboratory bench for the frontal teaching which is therefore preferably used by the teacher
  • a rectangular basic shape is the preferred choice.
  • the (teacher) desk can be hired easily.
  • Round or polygonal table arrangements are particularly suitable for small workgroups, because each is positioned approximately equidistant from the laboratory bench and experimental set-up. There are fewer conflicts over the best jobs.
  • the invention also relates to a laboratory device in which the laboratory bench has an actuating edge to which at least one work table is set in the second pivot position.
  • a plurality of work tables in particular at least 3 to a maximum of eight work tables, are employed on the positioning edge or the positioning edges of the laboratory bench.
  • an addition to the invention provides that at least two working chairs can be positioned or, in particular, positioned on the work table (s) which are employed on the positioning edge of the laboratory bench.
  • the working height of the laboratory bench is at least as high as that of the salaried work tables.
  • the laboratory device is particularly flexible if the height of the laboratory bench is adjustable. As a result, it can be adapted to the height of work tables different age children.
  • a variant of the invention is particularly compact ausgestaltbar, in which at least one construction on the laboratory bench is configured flat foldable, in particular by a flexible coupling or a pivot joint.
  • This may include, but is not limited to, a water connection, a faucet, an air vent, a work light, a monitor, or a camera.
  • a particularly high level of security is achieved if the cabinet can be closed with an optional lock, for example with a door lock. Especially children can not use the laboratory bench without authorization and, if necessary, access further utensils in the cupboard.
  • Safety can be further increased by the fact that the laboratory device has centrally releasable switches and / or valves. The teacher could then release the necessary connections of the laboratory bench as needed, for example electricity, gas and water.
  • the laboratory device may have a control unit.
  • One or more laboratory benches can be connected to such.
  • the control unit should have a safety lock, e.g. a key, a card reader or similar.
  • An automatic switch-off of all (safety-relevant) connections of the laboratory bench is desirable in the first pivot position.
  • a second laboratory bench can additionally be arranged in a cabinet.
  • a cabinet is suitable for more people.
  • a laboratory device ausgestaltbar such that a plurality of cabinets, each with at least one laboratory bench are provided in a room.
  • the Fig. 1 . 5 and 8th each show a three-dimensional representation of a laboratory device 1 with a cabinet 10, a laboratory bench 20 in the second pivot position P2 and different numbers of work stations consisting of a work table 50,51,52,53,54 and a work chair 70,71,72,73,74, 75th In the second pivot position P2, the laboratory bench 20 is at a right angle from the cabinet 10 from.
