Claims (15)

  1. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue comportant un élément de base (7) en forme de grille dans lequel est/sont entrelacé(s) un ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou plusieurs rubans à tresser (1, 1'),
    caractérisée en ce que
    une multitude d'ouvertures (2) ménagées sous forme de micro-perforation absorbant le son sont réalisées dans le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou dans les rubans à tresser (1, 1').
  2. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    une partie au moins des ouvertures (2) présente une largeur maximale de moins de 1 mm, en particulier de moins de 0,5 mm, de préférence de moins de 0,3 mm.
  3. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    une partie au moins des ouvertures (2) présente une section transversale circulaire, ovale, polygonale, rectangulaire, carrée et/ou triangulaire.
  4. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que
    une partie au moins des ouvertures (2) est réalisée sous forme d'ouvertures traversantes.
  5. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon l'une au moins des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que
    une partie au moins des ouvertures (2) est réalisée sous forme de renfoncements fermés sur un côté.
  6. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon l'une au moins des revendication précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les ouvertures (2) sont disposées en étant réparties sensiblement régulièrement sur la surface du ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou des rubans à tresser (1,1').
  7. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon l'une au moins des revendication précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou les rubans à tresser (1,1') est/sont constitué(s) sensiblement ou complètement en matière plastique, en particulier en PVC et de préférence en PVC dur.
  8. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon l'une au moins des revendication précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou les rubans à tresser (1,1') est/sont constitué(s) en matériau résistant aux rayons UV,
    et/ou
    en ce que le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou les rubans à tresser (1, 1') est/sont constitué(s) en matériau élastique.
  9. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon l'une au moins des revendication précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou les rubans à tresser (1, 1') a/ont une longueur comprise entre environ 1,5 m et 3,5 m, en particulier entre environ 2 m et 3 m, de préférence d'environ 2,5 m,
    et/ou
    en ce que le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou les rubans à tresser (1, 1') a/ont une largeur comprise entre environ 15 cm et 25 cm, en particulier entre environ 18 cm et 21 cm, de préférence d'environ 19 cm,
    et/ou
    en ce que le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou les rubans à tresser (1, 1') a/ont une épaisseur comprise entre environ 1 mm et 3 mm, en particulier entre environ 1,5 mm et 2 mm.
  10. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon l'une au moins des revendication précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou les rubans à tresser (1, 1') est/sont réalisé(s) en forme de plaque.
  11. Paroi ou clôture pare-vue selon l'une au moins des revendication précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le ruban à tresser (1, 1') ou les rubans à tresser (1, 1') est/sont réalisé(s) sous forme de marchandise en rouleaux.
