Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Badewanne mit Längsseitenwänden, die an einem Ende in ein eine Rücklehne bildendes Kopfteil und am anderen Ende in ein Fußteil übergehen, wobei Längsseitenwände, Kopfteil und Fußteil die Wannengrundform aufspannen, die bodenseitig von einem Wannenboden abgeschlossen ist und wobei einem Fußraum der Wanne wenigstens eine mit Abstand zum Fußteil angeordnete Fußstütze zugeordnet ist, wobei die wenigstens eine Fußstütze von einer die Wannengrundform nach außen durchbrechende Ausbauchung in der Längsseitenwand gebildet ist und wobei die sich zum Wannenboden hin verjüngende Wanne im Bereich des oberen Wannenrandes die Wannengrundform aufweist, wobei die Längsseitenwand in Richtung Wannenboden verlaufend, die, vorzugsweise stetig größer werdende, Ausbauchung ausbildet und schließlich in den Wannenboden übergeht.
  • Eine derartige Badewanne ist aus der WO 2008/130258 A1 bekannt. Eine ähnliche Badewanne mit Fußstützen offenbart die FR 2 702 645 A1 . Badewannen gibt es bekannterweise in den unterschiedlichsten Ausgestaltungsformen, wobei körperlange Badewannen mit ovaler Wannengrundform wohl am weitesten verbreitet sind. Ein die Rückenlehne bildendes Kopfteil ist dabei üblicherweise bogenförmig ausgebildet und geht in die Seitenwände über, die sich zum Fußteil hin gegebenenfalls annähern, um das Füllvolumen der Wanne und somit den Wasserverbrauch je Wannenfüllung zu begrenzen. Neben besagten körperlangen Badewannen gibt es u. a. auch Sitzbadewannen, Eckbadewannen mit beispielsweise rechteckförmiger bzw. ovaler Wannengrundform. Ebenfalls gibt es Eckbadewannen bzw. diverse Raumsparformen.
  • Badewannen für Menschen mit großer Körperlänge weisen eine lichte Länge des Wanneninnenraums im Bodenbereich von um die 1300 mm auf. Ist die Benutzung derartiger Wannen durch Menschen mit geringerer Körpergröße, gegebenenfalls durch heranwachsende Kinder, vorgesehen, so ist für diese ein entspanntes Liegen in der Wanne wegen der mangelnden Fußabstützung praktisch nicht möglich. Deswegen wurde es bereits vorgeschlagen ( EP 0 460 410 A1 ), dass die den Wanneninnenraum begrenzende, das Fußteil bildende Stirnwand mit wenigstens einer Stufe in Wannenlängsrichtung in den Wanneninnenraum vorragt und einen in Badewannenlängsrichtung abgestuften Fußteil bildet. Damit wird eine Badewannenkonstruktion geschaffen, die es einerseits Personen mit größeren Körperlängen gestattet bequem zu liegen, als auch Personen mit kleineren Körpergrößen eine entsprechende Abstützung gibt, um ein Einsinken in die Badewanne beim Liegen zu vermeiden. Ein wesentlicher Nachteil dieser Ausgestaltungsform ist allerdings, dass der Fußraum der Badewanne erheblich beschränkt wird, womit ein bequemes gemeinsames Baden zweier Personen aufgrund der beengten Verhältnisse im Fußraum praktisch nicht mehr möglich ist. Eine ähnliche Badewanne offenbart beispielsweise die DE 7610690 U und die GB 490251 A . Alle diese Druckschriften offenbaren in den Wannenraum vorspringende, den Baderaum verkleinernde Fußstützen. Um den Wannenraum zu verkleinern sind auch bereits in die Wanne einsetzbare Trennwände bekannt ( DE 35 44 254 A1 ). Ausgehend von einem Stand der Technik der vorgeschilderten Art liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Badewanne derart auszugestalten, dass sie in gleicher Weise für große wie auch für kleinere Personen geeignet ist und dabei kleineren Personen eine Fußabstützung bereitstellt.
  • Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch, dass eine Trennwand vorgesehen ist, die in die für einen Halt und für eine Führung der Trennwand sorgende Fußstützen gegenüberliegender Längsseitenwände einsetzbar ist.
  • Die Fußstützen ragen somit nicht in den von der Wannengrundform aufgespannten Wannenraum vor und behindern somit ein gleichzeitiges Baden von beispielsweise zwei Personen nicht. So kann eine Person problemlos im Bereich des Kopfteils und die andere Person im Bereich des Fußteils Platz nehmen. Dies wird durch das Versenken der Fußstützen in der Seitenwand ermöglicht. Dazu weist die Seitenwand im Bereich der Fußstützenebenen entsprechende Ausbauchungen auf. Diese Ausbauchungen können insbesondere derart ausgebildet sein dass die Längsseitenwand bzw. die Längsseitenwände wellenförmig ausgebildet sind, also gegebenenfalls rippenförmige Stege vorgesehen sind, welche die Wannengrundform aufspannen und die Ausbauchungen dazwischen, also zwischen den Rippen, vorgesehen sind.
  • Um gegebenenfalls nicht die gesamte Wanne mit Wasser für ein Bad füllen zu müssen, also um Wasser zu sparen, ist eine Trennwand vorgesehen, die in Fußstützen gegenüberliegender Längsseitenwände einsetzbar ist. Die Trennwand kann an der gewünschten Stelle, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit des Badewannennutzers, eingesetzt werden und nach Gebrauch wieder entnommen werden. Die Fußstützen sorgen für einen sicheren Halt und für eine ordentliche Führung der Trennwand.
  • Vorteilhaft ist es insbesondere, wenn jeder der beiden Längsseitenwände wenigstens eine Fußstütze, vorzugsweise mehrere Fußstützen, insbesondere vorzugsweise drei bis vier Fußstützen, zugeordnet ist bzw. sind. Damit kann die Sitzposition in der Wanne frei gewählt werden bzw. kann die Abstützung im Zuge der Körperreinigung problemlos gewechselt werden.
  • Um Personen mit unterschiedlichen Körpergrößen gleichermaßen guten Halt bzw. eine gute Abstützung geben zu können, empfiehlt es sich, wenn die den verschiedenen Längsseiten zugeordneten Fußstützen zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind. Dieser Versatz erfolgt insbesondere stufenförmig bzw. auf Lücke versetzt, womit im Idealfall eine mit heranwachsenden Personen "mitwachsende" Badewanne geschaffen wird, die für Personen mit einer Körperlänge von bis zu über 190cm gleichermaßen geeignet ist. Dadurch, dass die einzelnen Fußstützen zueinander versetzt angeordnet sind, weisen die Fußstützen unterschiedliche Abstände zum Fußteil auf, und somit auch zum Kopfteil auf. Die sich zum Wannenboden hin verjüngende Wanne weist im Bereich des oberen Wannenrandes die Wannengrundform auf, wobei die Längsseitenwand in Richtung Wannenboden verlaufend, die vorzugsweise stetig größer werdende Ausbauchung ausbildet und schließlich in den Wannenboden übergeht. Die Wanne weist dabei vorzugsweise im Bereich des oberen Wannenrandes dieselbe Wannengrundform und somit lichte Weite wie eine Standardbadewanne ohne Fußstützen auf. Badewannen verjüngen sich üblicherweise sowohl im Längsschnitt als auch im Querschnitt zum Badewannenboden hin. Eben um dieses Maß der Verjüngung kann die Ausbauchung beispielsweise problemlos in den Seitenwandteil eingearbeitet sein und aus der Wannengrundform nach außen ausgebaucht sein, ohne eine Montage der Badewanne zu behindern.
  • Die Wanne ist außenseitig vorzugsweise isoliert, beispielsweise eingeschäumt. Zudem kann eine Kopfstütze im Bereich der Rückenlehne vorgesehen sein, die gegebenenfalls mit Saugnäpfen an der Rücklehne befestigbar ist.
  • Zur einwandfreien Abschottung des Badebereiches der Wanne vom nicht mit Wasser gefüllten Bereich empfiehlt es sich, wenn die Trennwand wenigstens im Kontaktbereich mit der Wanne mit einer Dichtung ausgestattet ist. Im Bedarfsfall wird die die Trennwand mit Aussteifungen ausgestattet sein, um ein Ausknicken der Trennwand durch den Wasserdruck, bzw. bei Abstützung mit den Füßen auf ihr beim Baden, zu vermeiden. Enden diese Aussteifungen mit Abstand von den Seitenrändern der Trennwand, so können diese Aussteifungen auch als mit den Seitenwänden der Badewanne zusammenwirkenden Anschlägen dienen und damit die Trennwand zwischen den Seitenwänden der Badewanne gegen ein Verschieben halten. Zudem kann die Trennwand unter Ausbildung eines Wellenbrechers oberseitig in Richtung des Badebereiches vorspringen. Damit können beim Badevorgang hervorgerufene Wellen am Überschwappen in den nicht mit Wasser gefüllten Bereich behindert und gegebenenfalls in den Badebereich zurückgeworfen werden.
  • In der Zeichnung ist die Erfindung anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels dargestellt. beispielsweise dargestellt. Es zeigen
    • Fig. 1 eine Badewanne mit versetzten Fußstützen in Draufsicht,
    • Fig. 2 eine Badewanne mit unversetzten Fußstützen in Draufsicht,
    • Fig. 3 die Badewanne aus Fig. 2 mit eingesetzter Trennwand und
    • Fig. 4 u. 5 die Trennwand aus Fig. 3 in Vorder- und in Seitenansicht.
  • Eine Badewanne 1 umfasst u. a. Längsseitenwände 2, die an einem Ende in ein eine Rückenlehne bildendes Kopfteil 3 und am anderen Ende in ein Fußteil 4 übergehen. Die Längsseitenwände 2, das Kopfteil 3 und das Fußteil 4 spannen die im Ausführungsbeispiel ovalförmige, ergonomische Wannengrundform 5 auf, die bodenseitig von einem Wannenboden 6 abgeschlossen ist.
  • Einem Fußraum 7 der Wanne 1 sind mehrere mit Abstand zum Fußteil 4 angeordnete Fußstützen 8 zugeordnet. Diese Fußstützen 8 sind von die Wannengrundform 5 nach außen durchbrechenden Ausbauchungen 9 gebildet. Die Wannengrundform 5 ist im Bereich des oberen Wannenrandes mit dem Bezugszeichen 5 und im Bereich des unteren Wannenrandes mit dem Bezugszeichen 5' bezeichnet, wobei die Ausbauchung 9 von der Wannengrundform 5' im Bereich der strichpunktierte Linie 5' der Wannengrundform, im Bereich des Wannenbodens 6, angedeutet ist.
  • Jeder der beiden Längsseitenwände 2 sind im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel drei Fußstützen 8 zugeordnet, wobei die den verschiedenen Längsseitenwänden 2 zugeordneten Fußstützen 8 zueinander auf Lücke versetzt sind und wobei jede der vier den einzelnen Längsseitenwänden 2 zugeordneten Fußstützen 8 einen unterschiedlichen Abstand zum Fußteil 4 aufweist.
  • Des Weiteren ist in der Figur angedeutet, dass sich die zum Wannenboden 6 hin verjüngende Wanne 1 im Bereich des oberen Wannenrandes die Wannengrundform 5 aufweist, wobei die Längsseitenwände 2 in Richtung zum Wannenboden 6 abfallen und vorzugsweise stetig tiefer werdende Ausbauchungen 9 ausbilden.
  • Um gegebenenfalls nicht die gesamte Wanne mit Wasser für ein Bad füllen zu müssen, also um Wasser zu sparen, ist eine Trennwand 10 vorgesehen, die in einander gegenüberliegende Fußstützen 8 der in den Längsseitenwände 2 eingesetzt werden kann. Diese Trennwand 10 kann mit Aussteifungen 11 ausgestattet sein, um ein Ausknicken der Trennwand 10 zu vermeiden. Außerdem springt die Trennwand 10 unter Ausbildung eines Wellenbrechers 12 auf der Oberseite in Richtung des Badebereichs vor. Durch eine Dichtung 13 an der Trennwand 10 entlang des Wannenbodens 6 und entlang der Längsseitenwände 2 kann ein wasserdichter Abschluss durch die Trennwand 10 gewährleistet werden.
  • Bei der Anordnung mehrerer Ausbauchungen 9 in Wannenlängsrichtung hintereinander werden die Ausbauchungen 9 auch in Wannenlängsrichtung tiefer, um bei sich im Fußbereich verjüngenden Längsseitenwänden 2 eine Trennwand 10 für alle Ausbauchungen 9 vorsehen zu können.

Claims (7)

  1. Badewanne (1) mit Längsseitenwänden (2), die an einem Ende in ein eine Rücklehne bildendes Kopfteil (3) und am anderen Ende in ein Fußteil (4) übergehen, wobei Längsseitenwände (2), Kopfteil (3) und Fußteil (4) die Wannengrundform (5) aufspannen, die bodenseitig von einem Wannenboden (6) abgeschlossen ist und wobei einem Fußraum (7) der Wanne (1) wenigstens eine mit Abstand zum Fußteil (4) angeordnete Fußstütze (8) zugeordnet ist, wobei die wenigstens eine Fußstütze (8) von einer die Wannengrundform (5) nach außen durchbrechende Ausbauchung (9) in der Längsseitenwand gebildet ist und wobei die sich zum Wannenboden (6) hin verjüngende Wanne im Bereich des oberen Wannenrandes die Wannengrundform (5) aufweist, wobei die Längsseitenwand (2) in Richtung Wannenboden (6) verlaufend, die, vorzugsweise stetig größer werdende, Ausbauchung (9) ausbildet und schließlich in den Wannenboden (6) übergeht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Trennwand (10) vorgesehen ist, die in die für einen Halt und für eine Führung der Trennwand (10) sorgende Fußstützen (8) gegenüberliegender Längsseitenwände (2) einsetzbar ist.
  2. Badewanne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der beiden Längsseitenwände (2) wenigstens eine Fußstütze (8), vorzugsweise mehrere Fußstützen (8), insbesondere vorzugsweise drei bis vier Fußstützen (8), zugeordnet ist/sind.
  3. Badewanne nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den verschiedenen Längsseitenwänden (2) zugeordneten Fußstützen (8) zueinander versetzt sind.
  4. Badewanne nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den verschiedenen Längsseitenwänden (2) zugeordneten Fußstützen (8) unterschiedliche Abstände vom Fußteil aufweisen.
  5. Badewanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (10) wenigstens im Kontaktbereich mit der Wanne (1) mit einer Dichtung (13) ausgestattet ist.
  6. Badewanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (10) mit Aussteifungen (11) ausgestattet ist.
  7. Badewanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (10) unter Ausbildung eines Wellenbrechers (12) oberseitig in Richtung des Badebereiches vorspringt.
